In the one year that Jen and I have been dating, this place has improved and provided many fun days and nights. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Whether you come here to dine, shop or just hang out and enjoy the weather with others, this place is a solid choice.

Shout out to Heather for being so kind and patient with me…read more I only recently started shopping with kohls after signing up for their rewards. I had a few coupons I wanted to use. Heather was patient in answering my questions about the eligibility of using multiple coupons. However, I ran into a problem using the coupons because my phone was acting up. Heather went above and beyond to help and didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time. Her customer service skill is exceptional and I feel comfortable enough returning to this location to browse and shop in the future.

The employees won't order it for you. They force you to download their app, use the unsecured public WiFi, and do it yourself. It took 15 min to get it to work. If you don't do it yourself, then oh well, go shop someplace else. The clothes are all polyester now. Even from last holiday to this holiday the same exact T-shirt went from 65%cotton to 65% polyester. I returned it. I don't buy as many clothes anymore. They don't sell jewelry either. It was taken over by Sephora. I used to buy new earrings every month. It's been years now. Overall the service and lack of inventory keep me away. It's too bad because Chino has no other stores. They all closed.

I feel like there's a well known stereotype that Walmart workers are just grumpy rude people. I…read moretypically don't believe in that as I've had plenty of good experiences at Walmarts. Today in particular did bother me though. I feel like it's a fairly new thing that Walmart offers digital receipts instead of physical ones (maybe it's new or maybe I don't go to Walmart enough). Anyway I wasn't sure if I had to pull the digital receipt up for the lady by the exit to check. So I asked. She said It was fine and I assumed she was being nice because she saw my hands were full. As I proceeded to walk away after thanking her she said "but you're supposed to" under her breath with clear attitude. Honestly the only reason this bothered me is because she could've just told me yes and I would've pulled it out or she could've just held her breath and been annoyed to herself. There's no reason to be rude when you're upset with yourself for not complying to the rules. Especially after I asked. Other than that. This Walmart is always clean and it actually smelled really good in there today. Some positives I suppose.

It was delicious, silky, velvety, crunchy and flavorful pistachio paste and kadayif. It was good overall, but it was a little sweet so I would prefer if it came in dark chocolate. I will be on the lookout. LOL! Great customer service. Friendly staff. Ambiance is huge.

My girlfriend was having issues with some new shoes she just bought elsewhere and her feet were hurting bad. She was able to find some sandals that gave her relief. When we got to the checkout line, it was about 25-30 customers deep and all registers were open. The only issue was we were on our way to see a movie and needed to leave. A wonderful employee saw the pain my girlfriend's feet were in and overheard that we needed to get the movies. He offered to ring up the one item for us so that we could make our movie on time. If it wasn't for her being in pain and us being in a time crunch, we would have refused, but due to the circumstances we were extremely grateful. This act of kindness made our day and provided us with a fantastic experience at TJ Maxx and even our movie. Great store, great selection, wonderful service.

Great place to visit when you're in the village for some window shopping. Decent amount of parking in the plaza if you are a car driver. Stock is decent and so is the selection. Since it's not in a super busy area, it's not as messy and disheveled as some of the other locations. Suburban hellscape, am I right? Back when the international students thought sports brand messenger bags were in vogue, I was able to get a Nike one here that lasted around 2 years and was affordable to my poor high school self, so that was nice. Can't really say I bought anything in the recent years, but from memory, not a bad location.

Everything just feels calmer and more put together than usual, which is saying a lot for TJ Maxx. TJ Maxx has definitely earned its spot as one of my favorite locations to pop into when I'm in the mood for a successful treasure hunt.
