I've been back here like three times in a month and I enjoy the peace and organization here. I am not sure if they still have the rewards system like they did (I earned $ rewards to use for certain $ amount you spend). I just came back here after searching other two locations in a different city and got the under seat luggage. It was the same amount than the non name brand I found in other retail discount stores.

When I returned to the store to resolve the issue, the employee MISSY LANIE gave me a very hard time. She told me she could not process the return and insisted that I contact the .com team instead. Actually, I called customer service before I went to the store, it was hard to get a live person and the AI agent asked me to go to return them in store. Her attitude was unprofessional, and despite my explanation that the store had issued expired items and I simply needed a refund, she continued to refuse and said it was a "final sale" order. Eventually, she processed the refund, but she unnecessarily called security, which felt intimidating and completely inappropriate. Throughout this experience, I did nothing wrong. The store provided expired products and then attempted to avoid resolving the issue, causing significant inconvenience as I had to pick up the order and return to the store. Instead of assisting customers, the staff created obstacles and even resorted to calling security, which is unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing, and based on the way I was treated, I am no longer comfortable visiting Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack.

Clean, well organized but sadly the buck stops there…read more I struggled with considering this recliner- it had all the features we wanted but we had never purchased furniture or any large item from Target and I was skeptical of how it would go. I have purchased many large furniture items and appliances from a couple other retail stores in the area and always experienced excellent customer service so I proceeded to order this chair for my husband.. We hoped it would benefit him. as it turns out, I should've trusted my gut. The ordering and paying experience wasn't bad, but from the moment we got the chair and had to move it into the house ourselves, then unbox It -I knew this experience would be different. After removing it from the box and getting it in the appropriate room, I spent four hours trying to put it together. it's true that the back and the seat go together pretty easily however, the directions were very poor, and I had a lot of difficulty trying to assemble the rest of it. I never could accomplish it once I had the main pieces put together. My husband did attempt to sit in it. We did not plug it in since it wasn't complete and I didn't want any harm to come to it. after that one time of sitting in it, there was a button that was placed into the back of the chair, possibly for decoration, but it had come out and was just dangling on a string and unable to be placed back into the chair, the arms of the chair had to be stuffed with pillow like objects that wasn't too difficult however it was impossible to get the material of the Arrms of the chair down to Velcro to the crease of the seat so that the arms wouldn't flop around. I also couldn't find the padding for the intetior of the recliners back. After a time consuming investigation it was located UNDER THE SEAT of the recliner. I don't know if I was supposed to just know this, but having never put together a recliner I had no clue cushions also were unable to be fit into the area they were supposed to go and zipped in. I found it ludicrous that per the instructions it was supposed to be a 20 minute job. We would not recommend this chair to anyone and sadly after trying to get some help to return the chair it turns out we will have to pay to hire someone to take the chair and its parts back to Target. We cannot get it back into the box it came in-we still have the box, but it is broken down-so UPS cannot come and get it even though it qualifies for a heavy piece of furniture that would ordinarily qualify for Pick Up. I also had a lot of trouble reaching the right department because the phone number posted for returns of Heavy items, on the target app was not working properly so you could not get to speak to a live person. I have enjoyed shopping at target throughout my 70+ years, but I will never consider shopping there again. I'm very unsatisfied with the outcome of all this and putting the burden back on us of returning the chair even though it doesn't work, it's damaged, and impossible to put together

CECE the younger black woman was extremely rude and refused to give me my original receipt back…read moreafter we had completed a refund. I still had other items on my receipt but she told me she wasn't allowed to give it back. She gave me a huge attitude and started cussing at me and yelling In front of customers. I DID get my receipt back by the way after she complained about it. !! Asking me " what you gonna do about it " I'm NOT fighting over a damn receipt ! She needs to be fired.

Had a really disappointing experience at this location. I bought something and realized I didn't…read morewant it moments later due to the quality being poor, but when I went back to return it with my receipt, they told me I couldn't because I didn't give them my email at checkout. Then they said the printer was broken and *maybe* I could try again in two weeks before my return window closes. That made no sense, especially since I had the physical receipt in hand, but they kept blaming me for not giving them my email and rolling their eyes. On top of that, the employees were loudly gossiping about their exes, store policies, and how they wish they could kick customers out right at closing, while people were waiting to check out. After I left, I overheard them speaking negatively about me for simply asking about a return. Super unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I've loved Windsor for years, but I don't feel comfortable returning to the store after this. Overall the quality in clothes has gone down over the years, strings hanging off clothes and cheap materials, it's not worth the money spent.
