Some of the items may have minor cosmetic damages such as a dent. The store run tests on them to make sure they are fully functional. Those appliances are under the manufacturer warranty, and I believe A4L also offers warranty. 2. Knowledgeable Staff: The sales associates were friendly, helpful and well-informed about the products. Michael, the store owner, helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each options and we decided on the refrigerator, washer and the dryer that are not only beautiful but also functional for my family's needs. 3. Fast Delivery: The store offered delivery, which was a huge plus for me. What to consider: 1. Cosmetic Flaws: like I mentioned earlier, some of the discounted items had minor scratches or dents. While these didn't impact functionality, it's something to consider if aesthetics are important. 2.
