Many people came out to show their support of this new location. They were fully staffed with lots of wonderful knowledgeable, friendly employees. Their store was so beautiful! There was so many beautiful things. I bought toys, clothes, household goods, things for my garden! Some wonderful tea, and the list goes on. Nearly everyone in that store had a full basket. As an off-price retailer, Marshalls stores carry a selection of brand-name and designer fashion, in addition to household goods, and toys and more. The new 24,089-square-foot location in the Cedar Breaks West will join the more than 1,200 existing Marshalls stores. I thoroughly enjoyed myself shopping through this store. I'm sure you will too! I've been to many Marshalls, however, this Marshalls is better than any Marshalls I've ever been in! As I was checking out, Lucas helped me. He taught me all about their credit card and got me a 25% discount today! He also told me that there is a HomeGoods coming in soon and I can use the same credit card at HomeGoods. I went today to buy my Spring wardrobe and walked out with nothing entirely based on the service. I was in the store a total of 20 minutes and picked out a few items. Both salespeople were behind the counter talking. After waiting for awhile to interject on the 2 sales people's loud conversation about whether skinny jeans were for older women & out of style I asked about a specific item I saw online. They did not have it in store and started to offer to order it for me. Instead of following through with the order they went on a tangent amongst themselves about how THEY didn't even get their discount on that particular (Beach) line. I stood there about few minutes listening to them talk about the discount percentages they got on everything else. As a customer I should not hear this conversation, nor do I care one bit about their discount when I'm paying full price for items. I set my items down and walked away, thinking one of them would snap back to the task at hand which was helping me, as a customer. As I walked out I heard one of them say robotically, "have a nice day". I went back in and told them both exactly why I would never spend money in that location again to help them achieve their daily sales goals. As a customer we have options where & how we spend our money. Sadly, I will stick to online to avoid crap in store service.

I could be wrong, but I have noticed some of the big chain businesses in Pflugerville are a little bit smaller compared to most of the big cities in Texas. My experience here the first time was smooth and fast. My wife and I came here for some Christmas decorations. Needless to say when we shop together we have the same type of buying taste most of the time. The service of the front desk is pretty fast when busy or slow. All the staff have greeted me with a smile and ask how I am doing as I walk into the store and when I am shopping around. As another elite Yelper stated in their review this store stays stocked and has a great selection to choose from and value of their deals/sales for the products are not bad at all. Parking here isn't too bad at all. Getting into and out of the parking lot is a bit challenging due to the Stone Hill shopping center's layout of back to back intersections. Overall, I enjoy my shopping experiences here and I look forward to many more.

It's an old school style Mall that we spent hours wandering, but this is a new school style gift shop which has all kinds of fun stuff, offensive stuff, and lots of cat stuff which we love - which is why we spent a good 15 minutes in here and bought several things. It's not cheap though, so I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, saying that it will help your wallet. It won't do anything but suck money out of your wallet, but you might be really happy with some of the trinkets and gift items that you find here.
