My son, being preoccupied with shopping because this is his type of store, did not see this but when we told hm about it after we left we had to talk him out of returning the over $200 in merchandise he had just purchased because we knew how much he wanted these things. Undoubtedly, despite its appeal, he said this was his last time in this store. In addition, everything seems over-priced.

I took an unopened box of lights that I purchased at another Family Dollar to this location. The manager on duty refused to honor the return policy stated on Family Dollar corporate website. I'm amazed that our community keeps this place in business yet their quality of service is less than satisfactory! WHY DO WE PATRONIZE THESE CORPORATIONS AND GET POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! Unorganized stores, long wait times in long lines, managers making up policies, district managers unresponsive to complaints. I called the corporate office and I am still waiting on a call or response to my complaint.
