When I explained I was out of town, it was agreed that I could pick it up the following weekend. When I drove over to the store, it was closed as I was told that there was a staff emergency, and they were unable to open until later in the day. I was then informed that I would need to pick up the order by the following weekend, otherwise I would be charged and not receive the products. I explained I was having surgery this week and most likely would not be able to make it then. Now I am being charged for products that were not received. I have filed a charge dispute AND am filing a better business bureau complaint. DO NOT purchase from this store as they are all about sales and policies and don't care about their customers!
