The absolute best eye center in Dallas hands down ! A+…read moretreatment from everyone you encounter who works there !

We had a very positive experience with the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) after cataract surgery. This…read moreadvanced lens allows vision to be customized after surgery using gentle UV light treatments that fine-tune the lens power. Following surgery, my husband wore special UV-blocking glasses full-time for several weeks and returned for quick, painless in-office light sessions. These treatments precisely adjusted the lens shape and power to meet his individual vision needs, including nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. Once the desired vision is achieved, a final "lock-in" treatment stabilized the results. The process is done one eye at a time. My husband is experiencing clear vision much sooner than Dr. Warren originally anticipated and is already going in this week to have his second eye done. From start to finish, his experience has been outstanding. Every member of the team was professional, kind, and attentive. Appointments were efficient, well-organized, and we truly felt cared for throughout the entire process. The surgery center itself is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology. See my pics! We are extremely grateful for the exceptional care and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering this type of surgery.

I started wearing reading glasses at 45 yrs after having a 20/20 vision. My brothers decided to do in LASIKPlus in Plano TX and they paid $1000 less but their experience wasn't as good, although they are doing better now. My brothers had headaches after the procedure and pain during. I didn't have ANY PAIN and Dr. Bowen doesn't use any "dark glasses" I didn't have to get my eyes dilated! They use other high tech cameras and gadgets! I didn't feel any pain! And had a blast with the "explosion of colors and shapes" that you experience during the procedure :) LOVED IT! Highly recommended !

Jagger, who was in his 20s at the time, could not have been more right. How he knew this nugget of truth in his 20s is remarkable. I went to see Dr. Nettune about eye surgery. I liked the fact that the building has huge letters on it "Eye Institute of Dallas" because frankly if you need eye surgery you can't possibly see the addresses on the buildings. So that was a good start and much appreciated. The office was clean and modern. They practiced. social distancing in the availability of chairs, which I liked tremendously. I arrived before my appointment time but I did not have to wait too long to get started. All of the people with whom I interacted were friendly, professional, and very competent. I went through a battery of exams to assess my situation. It was all very thorough. When I was able to see the doctor I did not feel as if he was trying to upsell me or rush me into something I did not need. I told him my situation and my end goals, and we decided on a course of action that seemed appropriate. My surgery is upcoming as this review is written but I feel confident that I have made the right decision.

I was given a prescription for contacts and one for glasses. Strong Eye Care asked me to send a copy of my current contact lenses prescription so they could see how they had been previously prescribed. I sent a picture with a box clearly labeled with an L to show which was which. I got the new prescription, filled it and got several boxes of contacts. I have been having trouble focusing so I checked the new prescription with my old ones and saw that they were backwards. I spoke with Dr Strong and his fix to his office's blunder was to write me a new prescription. What about all of the boxes of contacts I bought? What about all the headaches and the discomfort of not seeing properly? I seriously thought something had happened to my eye sight. Some moron at Strong Eye Center asked for my old prescription only to ignore it and give the wrong prescription. Simply writing me a new prescription does not correct their mistake. They need to own it and make it right!
