The bar is very unusual. The name Mile 303 comes from the fact that Medina is 303 miles from New York Harbor via the historic Erie Barge Canal. That explained the unusual bar. The Food Menu was not extensive but that is not a bad thing. My Wife picked out the Tacos. She informed me that they were quite different and quite tasty. I ordered The Bolonaise.
