I am really glad I contacted Fitness Machine Technicians to fix my 2010 Nordictrack Treadmill before contemplating on whether to throw it away yet! The button for the speed and console were not working and it was frustrating finding a technician in Sacramento that can fix this problem. The technician that arrived fixed my problem in less than 30 minutes, lubricated the belt and taught me how to get the buttons to work again if this happens again! Turns out the buttons just freezes when the weather gets cold. The technician was so nice and didn't charge me the full price to fix this problem! My wife hired Fitness machine technicians to move a treadmill from upstairs to the driveway which needed to be taken apart to move. After taking it apart they moved the small part outside but left the biggest part in the upstairs hallway for my wife and 11-year-old daughter to deal with. The two grown men didn't want to take it down the stairs (which again were specifically why they were hired). As they are willing to leave a mom with a job half done I would not recommend hiring them. Thanks for the job half done. I called to schedule an appointment for maintenance on a Horizon T101 Treadmill. I had started this process with another company, which turned out to be a nightmare. I am one of those people that 1000 percent believe in paying professionals to do professional work. I am not handy at all. During the first SIP I was able to get an off brand bike reasonably priced online within 2 weeks that I had to assemble. After a couple of months it started making some weird noise and the manufacturer was super unhelpful diagnosing the issue. Bart and Joy were a pleasure to work with. It was very easy to setup an appointment especially during a pandemic! I had my off brand spin bike serviced and they assembled a brand new Horizon T202 treadmill. We called Fitness Machine Technicians after our 3 year old treadmill started making a squeaking and knocking sound. We were able to get an appointment for a tune up and diagnostic in less than a week. Alex came out and quickly diagnosed parts that needed to be replaced and let us know that they should still be under warranty with the manufacturer. His report was extremely thorough and the manufacturer was able to use it to process the replacement within a day. 2 days after the parts arrived, Alex was back and did the install within 20 minutes and it runs like it's brand new! My elliptical started sqeeking so I took the moving parts apart and lubricated them, put it back together. Still sqeeked with a new noise. 5 Star Experience. Bought a second hand Life Fitness elliptical and in less than a month some critical components failed. I called Life Fitness repeatedly and no one would answer the phone. Fitness Machine Technicians answered, came out, and diagnosed the problem. They got back to me fairly rapidly with a quote for the repairs which included ordering replacement parts. Eventually I was able to get a hold of Life Fitness and was able to get a bit better deal on the replacement parts as the customer service rep was able to find the warranty from the previous owner and wanted to help me out. It took nearly two months for the parts to arrive. And when they did Life Fitness was MIA on scheduling an install. I texted the Fitness Machine Technicians customer service and got on the schedule for a day or two later. Cody came out for the install today. The parts are now installed, and my elliptical is running again. He did a great job and I couldn't be more pleased!!! read more

FMT had a guy come out the next week and treadmill was up and running again, better than ever. I used fitness machine technicians to repair my treadly 2 and Alex was very kind, took good care not to damade my wood floors and fixed the problem for a few extra month. The treadly 2 is a bad design and they want you to repackage and ship back to new jersey for fixing. After it broke again Alex came back for free and found a cracked roller, and because treadly wont ship parts to them so they can fix it i have to scrap an 800 dollar treadmill. They've been a pleasure to work with, very prompt, very professional in all aspects of my interactions with them and their technician, Cody, has been excellent. Cody diagnosed the problems and parts needed to repair my elliptical. Bart wrote up and emailed an accurate estimate to repair and requested whether to proceed. I okayed the estimate, they ordered the parts then scheduled a followup appointment when the parts were received. Cody returned and quickly repaired my elliptical which now works perfectly, perfectly balanced and smooth without any abnormal sounds of any sort. I couldn't be happier with the results.
