Positives: Many options for customizing menus and excluding items you don't like. Delivery service is great & driver is courteous. Ordering is easy. Can set up delivery to home or office. Chicken and fish dishes are pretty good. Meatballs are tasty. Negatives: Size portions are small (but still manage to fill me up). The quality of the turkey is not great-tastes canned. Some of the meals and sides are too ethnic (e.g. yuca, & some peruvian idk what). Deserts are not worth the calories. Overall, it's a good value and solves the daily lunch quest. Would recommend to a friend. read more

I Found them via groupon.com. I was very impressed; the food was very tasteful, especially the little treats they put in the bag. The portions were perfect. I stuck to a five-day lunch & dinner meal plan with them, along with my own healthy breakfast and I lost 2.25 pounds in that week. All I did for exercise was walk for three miles two days out of the week.   I think they could hire a few more drivers because the lunch was delivered a little late. But that's probably because a lot of people bought the Groupon special that week. Other than that, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. read more

Excellent Food Delivery Plan! I have been receiving the meals now for 8 months and feel that the quality and value of these meals is exceptional. I have tried various meal plans and this by far appears to be the most healthy, fresh and varied service. The Customer Service is very good and you are able to change whatever food items you might not like or want, for other items. I would hightly recommend this service for a good and healthy diet option. read more

Reliable delivery and good quality and tasting food.

I ordered my first week using a Groupon. 5 days, 3 meals per day for only $64- way too good to pass up!! Regular priced with everything I ordered would have been $136. I have to say, so far so good! They are prompt to my office every day. The food is packaged and labeled well, and I've liked almost everything. I did the no carb option so I'm definitely still hungry but I'm only on day 2. The protein shakes are GNC low carb brand and the chocolate is the best flavor. The snack bars are organic which I like. The veggies are fresh and I think the quality of meat is good too. I read some old reviews saying otherwise but I disagree. I'm pleasantly surprised and will be placing a second order at full price! read more

I have really enjoyed their food. So far I have not received anything I don't like. The portions are small but there is a variety and surprisingly filling. I was also surprised at how good the desserts are. I will concur read more

Found this company on Groupon for awesome price so I decided to check it out, big mistake. Yes they delivery everyday so you can have your meals "fresh" but this is all canned food! The food is bland, no taste, tastes super fake. I'm not sure what I paid for. read more

Bought a living social for 3 meals for a week. After I figured out how to use their website the delivery began. I'm a teacher so I expressed concerns about getting my meal delivered at a certain time. This is day 3 and I am unimpressed. They delivered it late one of the days so I couldn't eat lunch. Delivery aside, the food is okay at best. They do not care about presentation AT ALL. And the grilled veggies are bland like they took them from a microwave bag. Not impressed with the quality of food whatsoever. Will not be ordering again. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and order from Primitive Nutrition, they deliver the day before and the food is MUCH BETTER. read more

I wanted to like this meal delivery service but ehhhh. I tried them last year and I tried them again a few months ago and I am just not convinced. Let me break down my review. On the plus side - you can buy a Groupon so it makes the one week very affordable, the ease of online ordering is wonderful and also I thought the food was tasty and the portions were rather large. What I didn't like was the delivery - sometimes my meals were delivered pretty late like at 1:30-2:00pm. Also I ordered meals for my husband and myself to the same address and different people would deliver at different times. I never understood that! But anyway, what I really didn't like is that I don't feel the nutrition facts are accurate. For example they would send an overstuffed wrap and claim it was under 400 calories. The nutrition labels just didn't make sense to me and I felt I was eating a much higher calorie content than the labels stated. So because of that and the delivery hassle I wouldn't order from here again. read more

The process for ordering with a groupon is a little confusing but customer service is very helpful. The food is healthy and most of the food was delicious, although I liked some meals more than others. For example, their salad meal options were a bit bland, but the side salads were usually tasty. I would have liked it better if they served more fresh fruit and less "healthy" desserts that taste like tofu. That being said, they were reliable, convenient, and the groupon price is excellent. On my budget I won't be doing the regular-priced service, but would recommend it to anyone who want to eat healthy, has the money, and lacks the time to cook. read more

Fit2go has excellent options, just-right portion sizes and everything tastes great!

The freshest food. The freshest menu. The freshest diets. The freshest selection. The freshest on-time daily delivery. The freshest taste. And for $14 per day...the only problem I have is what took me so long to find Fit2Go! read more

Very impressed with this meal delivery service. Not only is the food good but the service is excellent! The meal delivery person ran late yesterday and Fit2Go credited me for a full days' meals and still had my meals delivered to me. Now that's great service. I also highly recommend Fit2Go for us too lazy to cook gals who are tired of eating out for lunch every day and want healthy food at an economical price! read more

If you don't mind being served a steady diet of bland, hospital style food, then this is the service for you. I mean, seriously, this stuff is pretty terrible. I don't really have anything good to say. I love to cook and I cook pretty healthy. I use a lot of fresh produce and herbs and spices... my food usually tastes pretty damn good. I was hoping that this would be better than my own cooking. It was slightly better than that time I had my appendix removed and I had to eat hospital food for 4 days. Enjoy! read more

Fit to go... into the garbage. This was our second tryout for a home delivery food service after finding this deal on Groupon. We were very excited about a week of lunch and dinner taken care of with the easy delivery advertised. Further the healthy food and calorie count really made it easy to be excited about this program. Once the first meal arrived however, the disappointment was huge. To start they did not deliver until 12:30... so lunch was challenging to organize as my wife and I have different schedules and places of work... got that resolved by not having lunch on day one. Next was the quality of the food. The portions are very small, maybe this is one way to save on calories. The taste was simply put: bad. Figuring that everyone could have a bad day, and maybe it was simply not quite our taste, we looked forward to day two. It got worse. The pasta dish was overcooked and the "turkey burger" was frankly inedible. The same quick mix of peppers seemed to be premade and was added to about 50% of the dishes. The salad portion was too small and contained many wilted leafs. One of the deserts had some strong resemblance to a frozen meal that was cut into little squares and repackaged. The week continued much the same way with all but 2 dished out of the 10 that were actually decent. I am not sure what they are doing in their kitchen, but we were really glad that we got this deal for 50% off... full price would have been cause for a refund (something that was not possible due to the Groupon deal). If you are thinking about this company, I strongly suggest to give them a trial run before committing to a full week! read more

Extremely satisfied with their service, food quality, ease to place an order.....Fit2Go won me over as a regular customer. Thank you for providing a healthy alternative. read more

I was excited to purchase a Groupon to try fit2go, because a few of the girls at work were raving about them. Although the menu for my week was minimal with few choices, I refused to be deterred and pressed on in excitement for my "mind blowing experience," as my co-worker suggested. I received 2 meals a day for 5 days. I have to say, I was a little disappointed. Some of their foods are a little bland. You can have excellent flavor in food with quality spices, without adding calories. If the taste improved, I might consider ordering again. read more

I used to like their food but the last time I ordered (2 weeks ago), the quality had really worsen. The meals were tasteless and it seemed like the same sauce was used for the chicken, pork and beef. The Parmesan Mushrooms were so bad I threw them in the garbage. I don't think I will be ordering from them any time soon :( read more

Never had a worse experience than this. I missed a day of delivery because they said they had the wrong address after I gave it to them online and by phone. I asked for no starches in my meals and they delivered lasagna, cheeses, and crackers. I got some of the same veggies prepared the same exact way 3-4 out of the 5 days. And to top it all of I found hair in one of the meals. I call and no answer or call back, I email and all they said was "sorry this usually doesn't happen". Amazingly horrible. read more

Fit2Go - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Miami, Florida

Fit2Go is a HORRIBLE company. One star is even too good for them -- wish I could give them a negative rating. Food is bland and overcooked. The food is never fresh and there have been several occasions where the food was actually MOLDY!!! It is also the same food again and again. You get bored of the food very quickly. Customer service is beyond miserable. Don't waste your money on this company. There are plenty of other companies that provide fresh and healthy food where you don't have to waste money on this garbage. Those other companies also cost less. Why spend a lot of money on disgusting food? It's not worth it -- believe me. read more

I have been usint Fit2Go on and off for about 3 years. They recently changed their menu to offer different dietary needs, which for me is great. I am lactose intolerant and they are offering a dairy-free menu. Overall, the food is flavorful and well-portioned. Delivery is prompt and customer service is responsive. read more

Great food delivery service. I like the quality and especially the presentation. Each item comes in an individual packaging and neatly organized. My delivery time is usually around 1230 which is my only downside but it's not a big deal. Would highly recommend. read more

Amazing food, try the fish salad it's so yummy! Perfect portion sizes and very affordable. I'm no longer stuck on what to eat at work for lunch! read more

My delivery was either really early or really late, mostly late. After a while I got tired of the food since the food would rotate every few weeks and portions were small. I thought Fit 2 Go was good until I try another service. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DONT RISK IT AND ORDER FROM ANOTHER PLACE TRUST ME. I ordered from this place and spent a lot of money to get meals delivered for Thursday and Friday at my hotel while I was recovering from surgery. Thursday came and I got no meals delivered. It took forever to finally get someone to answer my call and then I was told they didn't see my order in the system and then they switched the story later saying that the driver had delivered the food outside my hotel door. My hotel checked the cameras and they said no one dropped off any food outside my hotel door or at the lobby. Because of covid-19, delivery drivers aren't even allowed to go upstairs and I was told that the food was taken upstairs outside my room. They LIED and then refused to get me a refund. They gave me a credit. How do you give a credit for three meal preps that were missed on a specific day. I had to then order food from somewhere else and pay even more. I'll be making a report with the better business bureau as well and with the city of Miami. If you're not so lucky and the driver can't find your place or you don't get tour food for whatever reason, you won't get your money back and good luck trying to speak to someone over the phone. read more

Update..We all know Fit2go has had a very difficult time over the past year....and was a disaster for past 6 months. I cashed out my $1,000 credit and fed the people and staff in my building. Josh...the newly sole owner ...personally delivered the meals over 3 days. I was assured the problematic co-owner and husband is no longer with the company. I have used Fit2go every week since 2007. I hope the last 6 months is just a blip ... I never want anyone else to receive a sugar free jello cup or yogurt again as a dessert. The website is looking better...and able to access it to order. It is not like it was 2 years ago prior to COVID but that is to be expected. I am changing to 3 stars because of the shake up in ownership and management...the food and website seem to be improving. The people in my building enjoyed the food and were impressed the current owner personally delivered....I will keep checking back frequently to see if this is something that will work for me in the future.... read more

Loved these, just wish they were cheaper ... But they were really helpful when I didn't have time to cook.

I have to give Fit2go 5 stars because they deserve it. I have tried sooo many different food delivery places because I just hate to come home and cook after a long hard day at work. I finally found one that I love so much. I have been using them for a few months now and they are the shit. Food is delicious, delivered right to you every morning. I always have soo many yummy choices . I can go from eating meat, to chicken to fish to even vegan when I want. I order 1, 2 or 5 days. its how I choose to order. I am not forced to eat lunch and dinner. I can order lunch one day and skip dinner or I can order lunch and dinner. I get to create my own food schedule and this way you don't waste money. I highly recommend Fit2go. you will not be disappointed, and their customer service is also on it with very quick replies. thank you fit2go for easy ordering and such yummy, healthy food with the perfect calorie and carb count with every meal. even snacks are part of the meals. I have lost 12 lbs and 3inches off my belly in a month doing fasting and eating fit2go. very happy customer. read more

I'm going to be a little biased, because I just started it, since I got the deal on Groupon. So far, so good. Especially for diet food. It's real food, not frozen crap. And it's portion controlled. I work odd hours (4p-4a), so I need to have some organization, when it comes to my meals. While this isn't for everyone, it seems to work for me. With my strict workout schedule, and this plan...the results should be amazing. I'll be following up with this review. read more

First off I would like to say the food was good and like their options and variety online. The negative part was their delivery to my apartment. The first few times it was very inconvenient for me to meet up the delivery driver because he had a hard time finding parking and didn't want to park in other nearby streets, when other delivery companies have no issues delivering it to my front door. And finally I never received my last order and had to call them for a refund. This just left a bad taste in my mouth and will no longer be ordering from them. read more

I'm in love!! It's like having a private chef...hungry? Here you go, Madame, have a fresh baked tiramisu.

I don't like to give one star to a place with good service, but I have to. I tried the living social deal because I wanted to lose 5 lbs. you know, before the holidays...honestly, it will help you lose weight because the food is gross. The chicken breast is dry, so make sure to order a soup along with it so you can throw it in there. I ordered the salmon salad and they sent it in the tuna salad container so I was thrown off. The dressing was good. Honestly, that dressing and the beef lasagna were the only good meals. The sweet potato mash was very bad. I'm sorry, I feel bad writing this but it's true. I loooove sweet potato, and this tasted horrible. I'm going to stop writing because it's not nice. If you are looking to eat healthy, buy a slow cooker and make your own. Sorry. read more

I love Fit2Go, their food is delicious, healthy, and they have a nice variety (which is challenging in my case as I only eat poultry & sea food). The food is tasty and always fresh. I love that you're not locked in; I spend months at a time away from Miami, and I love that I can pick the service back up with no penalties, and I don't have to contact them to stop service for as long as I need. In addition, their website is excellent and has lots of options to customize your sides & protein. read more

Hit and miss. A little more miss than hit. Some items are very tasty, others simply were not. It started out with great promise, as initial meals were quite solid. We did it for three weeks, but the final week was a bit of a fail. There was one of two entrees missing one day, and they were unavailable via phone the next day. And then our final meal mostly ended up in the disposal and we headed to a restaurant. That's where we stopped. A good experiment, but just not for us. read more

Fit 2 Go is the best thing to happen to us at the office. Lean, price friendly and reliable.

I initially tried their food at an event hosted at my gym. I won a one-week of food gift certificate and was very impressed by both the delivery and the taste of all of the food I received. I have since ordered either using a Groupon certificate or by paying with a credit card. I love that each container gives you the macro nutrient value of the foods and if you count WW points, they give those to you too. read more

I've been using Fit2Go's service for a couple of weeks now. The food is tasty even though it is healthy. Their customer service if great whether you rely on online assistance or telephonic assistance. The best part is that I have started to lose weight and I feel good about what I'm eating. The service pays for itself with what I'm saving on groceries. I highly recommend it to anyone that is interested in a healthy meal delivery service. read more

We used this company before and it was great! I purchased a Groupon for Fit2Go because it was a great deal. After purchasing the Groupon and selecting my meals for the week, I learned the following day, Fit2Go would not deliver to my gym, it was "too far". Again, I'm a repeat customer and never had an issue before. I wish Fit2Go had an online tool which automatically tells you if you are eligible for delivery. Fit2Go was no help either. Unfortunately, it was a big waste of time and money and I look forward to Going with another program. read more
