I've been able to use this service a few times thanks to Groupon. It's a great concept but they have lots of room for improvement. You're mostly paying for convenience. The food ranges from tolerable to good. Not great. I know they're trying to be healthy, but the desserts especially could be much better. I like that they put the caloric content and nutritional info right on the package. I used to reuse the little plastic containers, but they seem to have cheapened their packaging now so I don't know if I'll be able to do that this time. I sooooo wanted to give Fit2Go 5 stars, but I can't. :( The Good: Their food is great and convenient. Sweet mashed potatoes, OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! Lime chicken and the chocolate truffles made me incredibly happy! You can choose your meals, and they accomodate your dislikes, allergies, low-carb diets, etc. They provide nutritional information of every meal on their web page and on top of every container. Their webpage is convenient. The staff is very attentive, quick to respond, and truly concerned about your problems. The bad: Well.... I bought 2 groupons for fit2go, and I understand that the volume of orders can be overwhelming. Nevertheless, I normally need my lunch before 1pm, or I will roam around my kitchen and eat whatever catches my eye. Their delivery times state that your food will be delivered from 10h30am until 12h30. The whole first week, my meal was delivered past 12h30. Thrice past 1h30pm. Once even at 2pm!!!! Their staff if incredible and they apologized every time I complained. But unfortunately this does not make up for late meals. Most days I just stored the meals in the fridge and left them for the next day so I could have my lunch at 12h30. I love their food, but their scheduling should be carefully monitored. read more

I may have died and gone to heaven! Fit2Go is Godsend for a chick who really hates to cook but likes to eat healthy. I recently ordered two Fit2Go coupons through Groupon. The coupons allowed me to get both lunch and dinner delivered to my doorstep for 5 days for $40. You can't beat that price (the non-Groupon rates are a bit more pricey). The food is super yummy and extremely healthy. I have to admit that I was a bit concerned about some of the deliveries...beef goulash? Ew, my mom used to force me to eat that sort of dish when I was younger. Clearly, Fit2Go needs to give my mom their goulash recipe. Any concerns I had about the g'lash disappeared as soon as the first spoonful hit my mouth. Delicious! Nutritional information is provided for each dish (and Fit2Go even provides Weight Watchers points info on the packaging) and the weekly menu is posted online so you can review your meals for the week. I've given Fit2Go a second try after a few years on hiatus. I've been looking for a healthy meal service since my life is pretty busy and I don't want to commit to learning how to cook healthy meals. Fit2Go has the most reviews and they are pretty decent, so I gave it another go. I bought a few vouchers. I'm so glad I did. It's been quite a delight. The meals are delivered to my doorstep Monday-Friday around 9:30am. All items are fresh and ready to eat. I haven't experienced any item that tastes terrible. Everything has been decent and healthy. The items go very hand in hand with my workout routine. I feel the difference in my muscle tone and digestive system. My meals are pretty packed with protein and with the weight training and water intake, it's doing wonders to my body. There is a good variety I get every day so I don't get bored. I'm pretty hooked and don't want to stop the service. I'm so happy that I gave them another try. read more

It's amazing how any times they DEFEND their food every time someone says something bad. They blame the CUSTOMERS for their food Quality. Stating that the customer must be the reason the food SUCKS due to how they store it. Since when is STORING THE FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR from the time it arrives, end up with poor quality food?? Canned Vegetables, Browning Lettuce and Customer service who says we will bring this to managements attention and then defends how fresh their food is. Then if you state another opinion back, they said they will continue to speak to management. They also tell you , WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY COMPLAINTS SUCH AS YOURS... maybe they should read the reviews because that is a LIE. They advised me that they get their food FRESH every Tuesday and Thursday. I complained about SOGGY tomatoes and OLD fruit as well as the lettuce. Not to mention the "vegetable soup" is watery spices. There are NO vegetables in the soup, Campbell does a better job. They have a DISLIKE category on their website where you can choose the ingredients you do not want delivered to you and they do NOT follow it. I was delivered ingredients I made sure were on that list BEFORE the week trial began. They advised me that they ensured it wouldn't happen again but my trust at this point is just done. I mentioned to them that the Salmon was very dry to almost the texture of dried tuna. The chicken doesn't look fresh either. The beef lasagna was FROZEN and then cooked. Stoffer's does a better job with frozen lasagna!! The most disappointing thing of this whole experience was the quality of food. I don't mind how the food looks , as long as it tastes good and this did not. For $69.00 you get what you pay for . I would NOT pay full price for the items and I don't care how much fit2go tells you that this is FRESH food, it is canned, dried, and old. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! You would do a better job putting aside one of your Sundays and prepping your own FRESH food. FIT2GO....... Tried Fit2Go on a Groupon I bought, 2 meals/day for 5 days. The food was not bad, but surely not Paleo (as I'd requested) and the portions were just too damn small. I ate both "meals" for lunch at the same time and ended up getting more food for dinner. The delivery service was great, on time and organized. True to its name, Fit2Go seems to me to be more of an on-the-go, quick-snack type of meal plan, not complete meals for someone after/during a long day's work. read more

Healthy portioned meals with some creative combinations that have inspired my own at home cooking at times! It's nice to not worry about meal prep for a week, and also knowing I won't go crazy spending money (and calories) for a workday lunch I might not even enjoy. Fit2Go saved my booty (from getting bigger) when I was recently in Miami on a last minute business trip. Determined to keep my post holiday diet and body in shape I ordered Fit2Go meals. My experience: easy, delicious & I stuck with my diet! Being someone with a rather indulgent taste in foods (macaroni & French Fries... yes please!) when I eat healthy it HAS TO BE delicious or I'll ditch my plate and run for the Golden Arches- fit2Go was more than satisfying. Fish with Pesto Cream Sauce was very yummy and I had another pork dish which was awesome- the meat was juicy and tasty. I wrote this email to the CEO and he hasn't responded, horriable customer service: Hello I received a call today, after my lunch was delivered saying that you won't honor my Groupon, the girl who called said that I have used a Groupon before and she was right. However, since the beginning of this year, I've purchased approx four Groupons to take advantage of the deals and like any person, whenever I see a deal or coupon, I take advantage of it. I (and my husband), have been loyal customers, ordering food from you weekly for several months. I looked at the fine print from my first Groupon dated Feb 3, 2014 and it reads "Limit 1 per order" and I compared it to a recent voucher and I see that the fine print has changed to read "Limit 1 per account". I didn't know that the fine printed has recently changed and since your company has accepted them in the past (several times), I didn't know it was an issue now. Going back to my conversation, the girl on the phone kept putting me on hold to answer my questions and then handed me over to another lady. Who told me that my lunch today would be free (which consisted of three meals). What I don't understand is if you recently changed your "fine print" and you've already delivered my lunch today, why not honor the Groupon for this week and ask me not to purchase anymore Groupons under this account? This would have been the proper way to provide customer service and not be so rude with me on the phone, like if I did something wrong. Now you lost me and my husband as a customer. On top of that, your salads haven't been fresh, you squeeze all the food containers into a small bag, sometimes you mess up my order, sometimes the food drips and the bag is handed to me dirty with spilled liquid coming from the food. My friends have complained about (not so fresh) salads, but I have remain a customer and haven't complained until now. The food is actually good. Unfortunately their operations are awful. They should not offer the option of removing items from the menu that someone doesn't like or may be allergic to. I specified I didn't want chicken, raisins and cucumbers. First week I receive chicken one day. They apologized. I continued. Second week I got raisins twice and chicken once. I called again baffled at the fact they kept making mistakes. They went on to say that wasn't their normal service. I continued. Third week I receive chicken twice again and something with raisins. I love Fit2Go because they offer healthy portioned meals that are mostly delivered to your desired location. I usually order lunch from there (ahead of time of course). Their meals vary from week to week and you can have it personalized for example if you have a food allergy. A typical lunch includes a salad or soup, entrée and dessert, cost around $11 delivered. I've never ordered wraps or the dinners but I hope to try in the future. Good for those that want to meal prep and watch their figures but don't have time to do so. read more

I am new customer and started receiving fit2 meals for the first time this week. I was not satisfied at all with the quality of your food or service. I was promised the meals were going to be delivered by 12:30 daily. Only one day I received it at 12:45. The rest of the days I received the meals after 1:00 pm and this past Thursday I received it at 2:00 p.m. My lunchtime is 11:00 a.m. and I can wait until 12:30 but as you can understand I cannot wait until 2:00 pm to eat my lunch when I arrive at work at 7:00 am every day. The quality and temperature of the food was unacceptable. The food arrived each day with room temperature for food that should be refrigerated. The containers are plastic and do not maintain the temperature that is meant to be kept for certain food. The levels of sodium are not accurate with the label and what you advertise. The lasagna was uneatable. It was very salty as was the chicken and turkey. I could only take a bite out of it and throw it out. I found myself purchasing food from the vending machine because I could not eat your meals. In addition and the main reason for my compliant, my food arrived on Friday with MOLD. I have been made a believer. After writing a mostly negative review with two stars, all of my issues with Fit2Go were promptly addressed and resolved by Cesar. There was a setting in my account which was causing my meals to be altered. The issue was fixed and my meal choices were flawless this time around. So let's start with customer service, which is exceptional. I had a problem and it was solved quickly, politely, and efficiently. One star off here: The taste is fine. It's not terrible by any means. I will definitely forgive some of the taste for the healthful factor. Also, some meals are actually quite tasty. My favorite is the Portabella Steak Salad. I love the lasagna!! I also really like the fish. But I am not a picky eater and I can't get through some side dishes. I've gotten some sketchy looking vegetables and it's disappointing to i get browned salad (doesn't always happen-- this week my lettuce was green, crisp, and fresh). The portions are GREAT! I honestly can't believe some people think it's too little. My suggestion would be to put the food on a plate. The containers look small but they fit quite a bit of food. Sometimes it's just mental. When you actually dump it out into a plate, it's a LOT of food, barely fits in one plate. Plus you get dessert! The chocolate chip cookie is not only my favorite dessert, but it's one of the best cookies everrrr! In the past they've delivered my meals late, however, this week it has been early, which is fabulous. I don't foresee it being an issue again. The convenience factor is the best part of all of this. LOVE this service. been thinking about it for a few months, but initially balked at the cost. Then i realized i was wasting so much money & food trying to cook for one & never being able to finish leftovers before they spoiled, and/or spending even MORE than this service costs, by eating out - and either way i did not get consistently good nutrition. i'm a musician, I keep odd hours, and often don't have time nor inclination to bother cooking a whole hot meal just for myself. so i decided to give this a try and IMHO it is more than worth the 'convenience' cost to know i will have filling, healthful, meals every day that magically show up at my door (LOL) - no matter what unholy hour i get in - instead of winding up eating sandwiches, eating out, or snacking. what i like about the food is it's not fancy and gourmet - what i'm interested in is basic, everyday, tasty, unfussy dishes - and that's exactly what it is. BROWN rice, not white rice - yay! and they also have good variety - it's not just 'steamed vegetables' every day for instance, but creative recipes with different seasonings and accents (cranberries and/or nuts in a salad and in rice, broccoli & potatoes together in a lightly seasoned sauce.) Food is not overcooked or undercooked - the fish is perfect every time (not easy to do when it's intended to be heated in a microwave). Portions are just right; restaurant portions are WAY too big for me, are more expensive, and don't reheat well so they wind up getting thrown out. These portions are perfect for me. i'm not left hungry and not over-full. Salad dressing and sauces are plenty for the portion given. i agree the desserts aren't that great (except i ADORE the fruit crepe!) - but there is a substitution option; a list of items that they will switch out for main course or dessert - you can get fruit salad instead of the sweet dessert, which i do all the time. One way that i economize is by not ordering the 'full meal' every day. i do the full meal mon-wed-fri, and an add-on of the less expensive (by half) 'additional meal', or salad & wrap, which is my next day's meal. the only reason i did not give the full 5 stars is there is room for improvement with delivery time - it's not a huge issue for me, but it is inconsistent; their info says delivery will be by 10:30 am, but it was 12:30 pm or later last week, and nearly noon this week so far. I've been ordering Fit2go for about a month now. The portion is perfect and the food taste good. Food arrives everyday at the same time. No complains. You can customize the type of diet you're fallowing. My only complain would be that the menu online should be for the type of diet we selected, I believe is only the fit2go smart the one showing. Amazing. I first tried them out with a Groupon a few months ago because I was moving and didn't have time or the utensils to cook... now I have a monthly plan. I tried fit2go for 2 weeks....first time was in early Sept and the 2nd time, just last week. When I first tried it, I was really impressed, I loved it. I though the food was great, tasted good, it was fresh, delivered on time, and most important, healthy. I recommended it to a few of my friends that bought their Groupon deal, and after they tried it, I didn't hear the same thing back from them... Well, since I realllyyy liked it, and I thought it was great, I could not really believe that my friends didn't like it, and the things they thought....therefore, I decided to buy another week deal last week. This time, I was not satisfied with the food. Perhaps I was just too excited about my first week or biased by My friends opinions that thought all meals tasted the same....and I got the same impression this week. The food tasted the same almost every day (except for the tilapia florentine which was great), it was not as fresh as the 1st time I tried (the lettuce on my salads had that brownish color, the "fresh fruit" was just not fresh) A few of the meals this week I just didn't eat...I absolutely love the wraps, but this week all wraps just tasted the same....except for the meatball wrap....I want to try one more week, I just really need to give my taste buds a rest, since this week I had the feeling that I has eating the same thing over and over everyday I would still recommend it to anyone who is looking for a meal delivery service, to give it try...Its worth it. Fit2go is an excellent idea. I found the Group on deal and I ordered it for 1 week. It was a little confusing to order with Groupon, but I called Fit2go and they walked me through all the process. They're really nice and professional. The food is good and I love that they have all the calorie contents on it. My only complaint is that they serve too many carbs; however, it is my fault because I should have let them know and I'm sure they would have taken care of it. My hubby also loved it. He's a guy with an appetite. At first I thought it was not going to be enough, but he was happy and satisfied. The deliveries were prompt and on time. Terrible experience with this company. I had first used them when I purchased a Groupon in July 2020. Fast forward to now, I wanted to give them a try (and was paying a lot more then I did with Groupon). To start, all the foods did not have their nutritional information..when I reached out I was told they were switching systems and were trying to post something on Instagram but that labels would be back on the following week. Assuming this was planned they could have pre-planned to post the information for this week on social media. Then, they had advertised free delivery. I emailed on their website on Monday and heard nothing back. I reached out to the email address on their site and their manager, JC explained the free delivery was for people who sign up for weekly plans not order week to week but would refund me the $14.00. Fast forward to today, multiple emails between JC & their office manager, Simon, and I still never received my refund. Literally almost a week since my initial email. They also owed me a meal credit for a missing portion of one of my orders plus a credit per JC. So, in total, I was owed my refund plus two meal credits. I got NOTHING. They emailed multiple times Saying it was "done" but it wasn't. I have received no refund, no credits in my account. And to top it off, the food was alright but not as good as it was from summer of 2020. Overall, I would stay away. They have poor communication, organization and don't care about keeping their word to clients. If simple administrative tasks can't get done or fall through the crack, I can't imagine what other things could potentially be falling through cracks. Judging how they couldn't manage to get my stuff done I wouldn't even be surprised if they went another week without their nutrition labels. read more

Honestly wish I had read reviews before buying the Groupon as I would normally but I got excited bc its food and I love food! Especially supposed healthy foods that make my life easier. I'd like to point out that this is maybe the second review I have ever written about any service...... I have only tried them a couple days now but I can tell you it was a bad decision. The first round of food arrived Monday around 11am which ironically was a total fluke that I was home because I work a relatively normal work schedule. Any other days it has sat out in the heat for several hours before I am home to retrieve it. Whats worse is that this is the only meal service I have personally tried that does not deliver their food in cooler bags with ice packs (which typically is then left out for the driver to retrieve when the new batch arrives....pretty simple concept). The food is warm and not exactly appealing after knowing that. The Monday that I had actually been there to except the order, it was obvious that the meals had been previously frozen as there were a couple frozen bits in it, maybe in anticipation that nobody would be there to get it at that time?? One of the items was cauliflower and it was legitamely a pile of gooey mush. Absolutely disgusting. The turkey meatballs were tasty, but if it were another day like today of sitting in the heat for 6 hours I probably wouldn't have eaten them. I personally don't get how they would think this is acceptable if they've done any research on their competitors. A response to another persons complaint regarding the same thing was that they typically cater to offices so timing isn't as much an issue. Soooooo if that's the case then maybe you shouldn't deliver to residences?? Its a Flawed system in my opinion unless you work from home and rarely leave your house. I'm returning to edit this post and add to the fact that I chose the gluten free menu and although I don't have celiacs disease I do have a high sensitivity to it and something that ive eaten in the past day and a half (which has been from this company only) certainly triggered it and has made me feel horrible! Another reviewer also posted about an issue with receiving foods she specifically indicated as an allergy on more than one occasion. So basically if you have zero food allergies, agoraphobia and cannot bare the thought of leaving your house or zero standards with regards to the food you're eating then sure give em a try..... read more

I give 2 thumbs up to the ease of ordering the meals online.. but I have a few downfalls.. customer is not the best.. i called for 2 weeks in a row to try to see if they would be willing to drive literally 2 blocks away from their delivery zone.. once I got through they asked me for the address where I would want to see, I was told it'll be brought up to the supervisor to see if they approve. I never received a call back, then I spent another 5 days trying to reach someone till I got through for an update.. turns out they say they can't it's "Way out of their way" to deliver to my work location.. another idea I'd suggest to them is to deliver their food at least with ice packs. When I receive my meals they feel as if they've been in the car for hours with no refrigeration. This could be risky with some foods. read more

I was excited to come home and try a vegan meal for the first time. According to the menu for today, August 14, 2017, I was suppose to receive parm mushrooms, black bean burger, mashed potatoes and Oreo Van. Muffin. However, I received 2 grilled veggie containers, one mix fruit container and a black bean burger. To add another issue, I went into the ingredients tab and requested not to be given broccoli and cauliflower due to stomach issues, and when I open the containers thats what I had.
