I told her that I was and, two weeks later, I started my own juice detox. My 6 juice & 2 booster shots were promptly delivered every morning. The first juice is a lemonade made with water, lemons, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. It's my favorite juice of the day. The 2nd juice is a green juice made from water, spinach, kale, pineapples and lemon. It's my least favorite juice. The 3rd is also a green juice but it's a bit sweeter and more palatable than the last. The 4th juice is made from carrots, the 5th from beets and the 6th is also a green juice. There are two booster shots daily and they are citrus ginger, tumeric, lemon or ginger. The flavors alternate daily. They are 2 ounces and I took them around lunch and dinner time. While doing the 5-day detox, I had more energy than I have had for weeks before. I was not really hungry but I wanted food. The evenings were the hardest when I came home to make dinner for my family and had access to all this food! Everything smelled delicious!! I stuck to the juice detox and lost 6 lbs. I drank all my juices in the order instructed. It was definitely easier than I thought. I did not have hunger pangs and I didn't wake up hungry in the middle of the night wanting food. I still can't believe that I survived 5 days without food. Next time I will try the 3-day juice detox. Thank you Clean Meals Miami!!

I recommend trying to come earlier in the morning as it's less busy during this time. I've come here at different times throughout the years and have waited in line sometimes but never when it's early morning. The food is delicious and so far has been very well-varied. Additionally, you can tell right away that the food is very clean, healthy, and made with great ingredients. I have yet to encounter a meal I don't like. Second, customer service. Their customer service team is very responsive to the emails I've sent them with various questions, and they are always helpful. For example, when I emailed them letting them know I didn't like mushrooms, they replied the same day saying they'd make a note to the kitchen and avoid sending me meals with mushrooms. Additionally, the delivery is usually at a consistent time, so you'll know more or less when your meals will arrive. Lastly, they are very considerate, this week, due to Hurricane Matthew, they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver on Thursday, so on Wednesday they left both Thursday and Friday's meals. Third, results. I started Paleo Crave because working out wasn't enough to lose all the weight I set out to lose, I needed to eat better. With Paleo Crave, I know I'm getting great food, and portion control without having to measure anything. After week 1, I had lost just over 10 pounds, and just over 2 inches off my belly. I've also lost another 4 pounds this week (week 2). Moreover, I can tell that I have more energy, I never get that bloated feeling after eating, and I have yet to feel hungry! If I had to give them a negative comment, I'd say that the service does seem pricey, but that's not fair because their prices are on par with similar services. I definitely recommend their service.

I have divorced parents, meaning I live at a different location for half the week. Jane was able to create a schedule so that I would receive my meals at whichever house I am staying at for the particular day. I love how the meals aren't just chicken and meat. Some have shrimp, mahi, lamb, etc. the quality and taste is amazing! The meals are delicious and have helped me tremendously in portion control!

Their quesillo (tortilla filled with melted cheese and pickled onions) took me back to the days of my childhood where I would steal money from my mom's purse so I could go out and get one. Delicious and worth it. Super cheap too. Their picos are just like the ones in Nicaragua. All I needed was a cafecito and I would have been in pico heaven. A pico is a dessert but it's made with a pastry filled with cheese and topped with sugar. It's the only time I'll eat a sweet/salty combo without complaining. I took pictures of everything else I couldn't bring back and when I sent them to my family, they were all jealous. We don't get this type of place in CA so I'm already sad that I can't go back anytime soon.
