One thing to mention is that the food is tasty but is not necessarily diet food. They don't list the calories or ingredients on the packaging. Not a big deal to me but if you are counting calories, you'll have to do it manually or else where. I do find the portions to be just on the spot. It's satisfying but not huge portion. You can also get meals made in bulk. They can customize your order a little. And they till make it all fresh on the same day of pickup. That way you food is fresh and good for 7 days.
