Service: Fantastic. They knew we were tourists and looking for a quick bite for the road and was very accommodating in explaining the process as well as ingredient recommendations. We normally go to the PPole Pizza in Coral Gables, but we were in the area. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they made sure we were satisfied with our food. Honestly for the price and taste I will definitely come back/order again.. we ordered through door dash. Personally I loved the amount of cheese they put on it idk if it's bc I only chose one topping but it was great! My friend said that he would've liked more crust which I agree with because I did love the little amount of crust that I did get lol, I feel like they could let the pizza cool down for an extra minute or so and then cut it bc it wasn't cut when I got it!! To me it tasted like Pizza Hut but better if that makes sense but this pizza is really good!! But with that being said This pizza would not be good for you if you don't like super thin crust! I personally love all kinds of pizzas.. but the crust is extremely thin on these pizzas but I think that's what makes it so good!! We traveled down to the Hallandale area spur of the moment and had a big lunch so decided pizza would probably be best for all of us for dinner. We had never even heard of this place but saw the reviews so we took it to go. We had the Italian, Gables and Cheese. All three were kids and parents approved. The Gables had just the right amount bacon to mix nicely strong flavor of Gorgonzola. The crust was thin, and crunchy and cooked perfectly. The cheese pizza was very good as well. Just a good cheese pizza all around. The Italian, although unique to many, includes ingredients we absolutely adore. One of our most favorite pizzas ever in the world has balsamic glaze, and arugula on it. This pizza did MOT disappoint with flavor. The only thing I will say is they missed about half the pizza for the balsamic and cheese. We ended up using a fork to move the arugula around to try to get at least the glaze over all the pizza. These were great pizzas all around and we will be back. One additional things as well is that for some reason it seemed like there wasn't enough salt? Not quite sure how that happens with the ingredients that are included but we all agreed that a bit more saltiness would have left us in complete awe! Exact same concept as &Pizza in NYC, but pies seem a tad smaller. Basically as many have said, build your own oval pizza. Pizza is good, not exactly mind blowing good, but will do in pinch. But the oval pies are somewhat small and ordering via Door Dash, total for one of these babies comes close to $20, for what equals to about 3 slices or 2.5 slices pending your favorite pizza joint. So any real value for your money, is really for pick up not delivery. But if you're in the mood for a somewhat different pizza pie experience, give 'em a try. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!! Manager Jay (J) is unprofessional and rude to customers and his own front line staff. I walk in to get two pizzas. First time there. One of the staff ladies is starting to add toppings to my pizzas. Her manager - (Jay or J) seems abnormally agitated and starts yelling at her "GET THESE PEOPLE MOVING FASTER!". Mind you, there's one family behind me. No line. I don't think much of it. A few moments later, I become the target of his anger: with a condescending and angry tone, he tells me to move because I'm taking too long to pick my toppings. I wasn't - and even if I were, there are better ways to help a customer finalize their order other than belittling and berating them. So unless you want to be humiliated for taking an extra few moments to decide on your order, AVOID! Plenty of other good pizza places in the area. read more

First look I see thin flatbreads on plastic or metal sheet. kid Behind counter says no it's thin neopolitan like in naples. I've had newhaven and, chicargo and coal /food fired thin crust So I give the kid a try! You definately do not have to worry about burning the inside of your mouth on the cheese that barely melts or the crust that doesn't even turn brown. I use to come here all the time and it was amazing the people that work was nice I remember a guy that works there a tall gentleman that's from Russia with a nice accent very nice respectful and helped us build our pizza for the first time ! But now a couple months has pass and the employees have changed completely and the service have to admit not the best at all the restrooms was very disgusting and the older lady that build my pizza was extremely rude and took it out on my pizza and made it extremely salty and soggy as well had tried to charge me extra money for the cheese but then when I spoke to the supervisor the manger they advice me there was no such thing as extra for cheese when you can build your pizza ur own way and also the pizza was cold and the tables where so dirty horrible service now very unhappy for this to happen read more

However, they kept pushing back the expected delivery time every 20 minutes, until they finally cancelled my order AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS!!! The said to call the restaurant, but their AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM IS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. They told me I was first in line to speak to someone, and then every 5 minutes they pushed my hold time back. WHAT A JOKE. I have no idea if my credit card was charged for the order. Honestly a all around good place. The pizza dough was very good! It was tasty to eat on its own. It was light and fluffy. You can make your own 100% custom pizza for $10, or just order one of a list of their favorites! They make each pizza from scratch and bake it in front of you. Takes about 5-7m from start to finish including you ordering the pizza and paying. Only downside was that the cuts on the pizza were not the best and uneven, also some of the toppings slide to one side when it was being removed.
