I finally got the exchange to visit their location the other day and it's been amazing to see their growth over the years! The space is very cute, they have plenty of indoor seating and also have a nice area in the back for people to enjoy. The chef still cooks each meal to order out of the food trailer/truck in the back. The owners are so kind and always make me feel welcome when I visit. The food is always incredibly fresh and delicious. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but I never mind because I don't really consider the food they serve to be fast food. I always have a great experience when visiting to TRC and everything I have tried from their menu has been delicious!

It's always a bit of a hit or miss when ordering through delivery apps if your food arrives hot and fresh by the time you get it. This could be due to a variety of factors including the food sitting for awhile at the restaurant before pickup, traffic for the driver, or simply the fact that some food just do not transport very well while still maintaining their freshness. Thankfully however, my order of wings arrived still piping hot, with the waffle fries only slightly on the soggy side due to being locked away inside a container. To Wings & Things credit, they were very good about including a lot of napkins, knowing how messy eating wings can get. They also included plenty of ketchup for the fries, as well as a side of ranch for my wings. So I definitely appreciate them not skimping on the condiments like some establishments do. I ordered the 10pc Lemon Pepper Spice Jumbo Wings w/ a side of seasoned waffle fries. LOVED the flavor of the wings, and they were all seasoned and marinated well. Each wing was pretty meaty and juicy, and I honestly would not have minded eating just that for multiple meals during my Miami stay.
