Parking can be limited in this plaza. This is located at the end of the plaza near the Canton Palace. If you are claustrophobic, then this may not be the place for you. This store is jam packed from the floor to the ceiling! If you are going to buy something, be careful of picking it up because it is like taking a jenga block from the tower. It may just topple over on you. Aisles are very narrow with items being stacked and stacked on top of each other. Although this store is small, it does have a lot of variety crammed in here. In the back is where their refrigerated items are located. Prices are okay. The first row when you walk in is the snacks and candies. Walk straight back to find the fresh veggies. Since this place is crammed, some items may not have prices on it so don't hesitate to ask an employee for prices. The staff here are very friendly. Overall, this place didn't stand out to me much. If they were a bit more organized, then maybe I would take the time to drive to this market. read more

Yes, it's a small space jam-packed with products, but it doesn't matter because if you don't feel like exploring, they will take you straight to where your grocery list items are. 3. They carry things I haven't been able to find in other Asian grocery stores. If you're looking for something that's hard to find, you'll probably find it here. 4. Everyone is so nice & helpful. They even helped me carry my groceries to the car today (I had a lot). I know the parking is a pain. Staff are pleasant and helpful, jumping in to help you find what you need without being asked (thank goodness - I'm not sure I could have found it without them!). I used to come to this supermarket a lot when I lived in the are. I'm a little further now so my trips are less frequent. However, I really appreciate the selection of vegetables here. I always come in for Lemmon grass as I love cooking and making Lemmon grass tea and they never disappoint. I also love their selection of Asian sauces and spices. Hidden in the corner of the plaza, I checked this Asian Supermarket out mostly because of its close vicinity to Canton Palace. I wanted to see what the store had to offer. It was a place I could potentially visit often if they had the necessities since it is close to my school. As I entered, I was overwhelmed with the sheer amount of items packed into this place -- literally stuffed, all the way from the ceiling to the floor. There is not a free shelf of counter in sight. There was about four or five aisles to be explored and on I went. It was really hard to find things as the lack of organization hindered my observation on what actual items they carried. One benefit however, is the variety of fresh vegetables they carry. Moreover, I was kind of scared for things to fall on my head as I navigated the store. I feel like if anyone was to fall or have some sort of accident, they'd have nothing stable to grab on to and even if they did grab on to something, there's no way of knowing if something might fall on you. This place is not handicap/disabled friendly at all as someone with a fall risk or even a wheelchair would have a really difficult time navigating the store. I feel that they should cut down on their products and carry less stock/items as it will not only benefit their store but their customers as well to have a more comfortable space. read more

This Chinese grocery store has been in business for 16 years as of 11/1/2007. On top of that, they stock things high - literally to the ceiling! And I mean... the products would even be touching the ceiling! I'm a bit terrified in bumping into things here! Everything is crammed together into this tight space - not because it's that small - but it's because they use every space they have that they can spare - and gosh, they have tons of things here! As far as fresh things, I think Lucky Mart still has more things, but you can find few produce here as well as sausages and ginger. They have a lot of dried products, rice, and anything that comes in a can, bottle or bags. They even have baked goods wrapped in bags shipped in from a Chinese bakery in New York. The variety here is pretty impressive. On top of that, you can find Chinese herbs, teas, and medicines - it's generally a well stocked place in all things oriental (except for interior design). And if you do come here, I noticed some Asians from this store going to Canton Palace two or three doors down to eat dim sum or other Chinese food. read more

First off, Ken is the BEST! He is such an awesome person and he is so sweet to all his clients. He is always helping everyone and always has a smile on his face. I personally love shopping here for noodles and Chinese goodies. They have such a wide variety of different items and are always fully stocked. They have tiger balm that works great for joint soreness and headaches, which is a lifesaver for me and a must have anywhere I go. My family and I have been shopping here for the last 9 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else for our merchandise! We love this grocery and the store owners are AWESOME! Although this store lacks organization and space, you can find TONS of stuff. I also suggest checking the expiration date on the products. I always buy the fresh noodles that are in the fridge, although sometimes good, sometimes bad. Vegetables are ok, don't go crazy. But I always buy the basic ingredients here that are bottled, can't go wrong with that. And sometimes the owner does a discount!!! It is very disorganized, not much turnonver on their product. We love this store! yes, it is jam packed, but the couple who run it are great at helping you find everything you're looking for. very friendly and we love spicy peanuts, buying a big ol' crazy knife (stainless, of course!) for 8 bucks and all sorts of noodles, rice and condiments that we need to make great chinese and asian dishes at home. produce in the back coolers is very clean and fresh too. get some veggies, hoisin, ginger and soy sauce and tell me you don't love them and their store! can't wait to go today to stock up! read more

Compare to the new Asian stores in S Florida, this one is small and crowded. In front of the shelves there are stacks of boxes so even I in my petit frame have to crab-walk through the aisles. Things are disorganized too, squeezed into any space there may be. However, staff is friendly and helpful, and has great memory of where things are and what they have. As others have mentioned, check expiration dates!! Things can be seriously past their sell-by. read more

It is a family run store - that means they care about the customer. I have been going there for "White Rabbit Candy" and I have been a happy customer. The store is well stocked - like three times a regular store - But they know where everything is for you to buy. I enjoy going there to see what I don't even know what I want to buy. Went here in search of shin ramyun black - they dont carry it, but they have the regular kind ($14 for a 16 pack!) and a lot of other varieties. Their produce section is a bit lacking, and you are at risk of knocking over every single precariously stacked pile of herbs, teas, and glorious noodle soups. In my radius, this is by far one of the better Eastern Asian Markets that I've come across. They have a multitude of products, and no- there's no one walking up and down the aisle to assist you - but if you bring your product to the cashier, he/she will gladly tell you how to use the product. Today went to TK Chinese Grocery looking for a specific Chinese chili sauce. We visited another Asian grocer without successfully finding what we were looking for. When we arrived to TK the counter man shouted a friendly greeting to us. While checking out a prior customer the counter man helped guide us to the product we sought. The store is tiny much like the stores in Chinatown NYC. The store is so much like home. Shelves are over flowing with wonderful products. Its fabulous to find this little gem so far from NYC. We look forward to visiting again. Prices are very reasonable and help in locating products is welcome. read more
