She would make sure that I got all the points of each move. She would customize each exercises to avoid triggering my back pain. It worked great. I had stronger muscles and less back pain now. About to weigh in tomorrow after finishing body morph round 8. Wow, what a great program. If you follow the meal plan and exercise four times a week, you WILL lose weight. Never once during the whole program did I feel hungry with the meal plan I was given. They also make it adaptable for vegetarians like myself and also have a menu for vegans. The exercise classes are wonderful. The HIIT classes are fun and incorporate different exercises so it's never the same. Rheanna is wonderful for getting you going in the morning and Jennine's Zumba/Piyo is my absolute favorite class and workout! The great thing about this program aside from unlimited HIIT group workouts, is that you get 4 personal training sessions, and I can't praise my trainer Jennine enough. She motivates you and pushes you, and it's super helpful to have biweekly one on one sessions to work on form and get the best out of this program. I am enrolling in another round of this program and will continue to do so till I have reached my goal weight. A shout out to Jenn, the owner, who is always smiling and seems to know everyone's name! I just completed the body morph challenge and I'm so happy with the results. It is not easy if you go from doing nothing consistent for about 7 years because you had 3 kids and work full time (excuses,excuses!) but this is a great kick-start to healthy living habits. I found comfort in maternity jeans (not pregnant) and layered clothes. I always wanted to find something to get me over being so lazy and this was it. The morning workouts started my day, especially with Rheanna who is always so encouraging and chipper at 6 am. She was also my trainer and she helped me get to my goals. I've been training with Jennifer Longsworth of Fit Style since February 2018. I had Knee Meniscus Removal Surgery 2 years ago and have been unable to do most activities I previously did. My pain level varies from a 5 to a 7. Arthritis is now a daily issue. At 58 I've decided to not take pain pills. I'm trying to find a way to deal with what I've been dealt. Physical Therapy can only take you so far, but has not been enough to allow me to function normally. Jennifer is a transformative person in my life. I have been attending the Fit Style gym for three weeksas a participant of the Body Morph Program. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I went in to do a free trial of a HIIT Class with Jennine, and from that day I was hooked. Some of my favorite classes include Zumba/Pi-Yo, Kettlebells, Cardio Kickboxing, and Fall Frenzy. The instructors l've worked with so far, Jennine and Tristin, are very helpful, encouraging, and inspirational. They provide modifications for all the workouts to help even the most novice exercisers (such as myself). Additionally, I've completed three personal training sessions with Jenn. She is a talented and highly motivating trainer. She makes the workouts very diverse, challenging, and catered specifically to you. I am just finishing my second Body Morph program- i completed my first round successfully last year and am on course for another success . Since then I have frequented this wonderful gym for Personal Training and I also attend the exercise classes which are such good value for money. The classes are so varied - Ive done kettle bells, HIIT , Zumba, PiYo and summer shape up classes- they get booked up quickly but they are taught by experts who make the classes motivational and fun- they look out for your form and give you modifications on all the exercises to suit your personal needs. This really is the pull for me here compared to other large gyms with large classes- you don't get as much attention as you do at Fitstyle. The gym itself has a warm personal feel to it- all the trainers are so supportive and professional , the other clients are also supportive and cheer you on in your journey- it really is like belonging to a family. Total life changer! I'm at the tail end of the Body Morph program and can't say enough how awesome all the trainers and the other body morphers are! Program is easy to follow and is comprehensive including nutrition meal plans, personal training, and class participation. Certainly have learned a lot about nutrition, weight training, and the importance of good form. I love the variety of new classes including kettle-bell and Zumba. All instructors are friendly and knowledgable. Class sizes are smaller than other gyms which provides great motivation to work harder and instructors provide individualized tips on doing the exercises properly.
