That was over a year ago and I'm still 20 lbs lighter than when I started - AND my last physical has me still in great health! Working with Grant was a life changing experience for me. His kind nature and genuine care for his clients is evident in how he advises and trains each individual. It wasn't just me! I've had a half dozen friends work with Grant after watching my transformation and the chain keeps growing - Love it :)

MyBootcamp is hands down one of the BEST workouts in the DC area. If you're looking to get harder,…read morebetter, faster, stronger in the most efficient and functional way possible - MyBootcamp is it. I first met Grant at his indoor cycling classes at Revolve, and his rides were and always are mentally and physically tough. I had started to build up my endurance and strength through cycling, but the thought of trying out MyBootcamp was still intimidating. I mean, c'mon - I saw pictures of MyBootcampers pulling tires, slamming firehoses, and tossing sandbags. I thought I wouldn't survive my first session last March, but afterward I actually felt like a complete badass. I whipped that firehose and learned how to properly do kettlebell swings, among other things. Plus I was the only girl there (thanks Matteo, Rob, and Neal for letting me kick your butts that day :). (Side note: most sessions are filled with fit, athletic and attractive ladies, so all the single men in DC should definitely sign up... just sayin' ;) ) Four months later and I'm incredibly proud of how strong I've become because of MyBootcamp. Grant and Chris have taught me how to really push myself mentally and physically. They know exactly when and how to push me to get past my comfort zone, and because of that, my endurance/strength/mobility levels are at the highest they've ever been. Now I'm addicted to improving those levels with each workout, and my two favorite "Grant-isms" that stick with me every time are 1) There is never perfection, only progress; and 2) Being strong is only good if it's actually useful. Other things that I love about MyBootcamp? I love that the workouts are outdoors; I love the camaraderie; I love the new mobile app which makes managing your MyBootcamp addiction even easier; and most importantly, I love how much Grant and his team care about you. Thank you, Grant and the MyBootcamp team - I couldn't be more thankful.

This studio is far bigger than the one I go to in MA. The coaches here are great, the studio is large and nice, and there is plenty of parking. If you're looking for a great workout I highly recommend this studio. I burn no less than 600 calories per session.

I feel very confident saying that there is not a single OTF owner anywhere else in the world as engaged or passionate as Scott. He takes class regularly, is always at the door to greet members (and knows me by name already), and holds mini games and contests to keep things fun. When OTF has promotions or special days, Scott takes it to the next level, and it makes it really fun to come work out here. The front desk staff is amazing - super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always positive. Coaches are great, and of course, it's always a great workout. I really feel like Scott has created an incredible gym culture, and I think everyone should come give it a try! Every single member of the team makes me feel cared about and valued, and I'm really happy I found OTF in Frederick!

Per the contract you have to wear a "uniform." What that uniform is, is not specified but you can assume it's a Soldierfit shirt. If you intend to workout often, 5 days or more a week, you have to wash the same shirt everyday or risk being admonished or have your membership terminated without a refund ( meaning you have to pay in full If you have a 6 month or year membership). Or you're simply unhygienic and wear a sweaty shirt multiple days in a row. The own Steve stated I could purchase more shirts, which is ridiculous given I'm paying 129 a month. Providing new members with three shirts to start off would be more reasonable but as I mentioned the gym is money focused not patron focused. In general, the workouts are okay but the atmosphere is very lackluster and better suited for ppl looking to learn how to workout rather than ppl with fitness or an athletic backgrounds. Patrons can also be distracting as they often will ask me what to do instead of the instructor. This is okay from time to time but can be burdensome to ppl looking to focus in on their own goals and workout. Overall, I regret signing a year contract and will be be very cautious when dealing with any future contracts with uniform requirements that could impact or promote poor hygiene. Note, Rockville is a more fast pace athletic gym so there are alternatives. Gaithersburg is a very small gym and the instructor I met was not attentive or appreciative of my time when I met with him for a consultation. Note, Gaithersburg offered me a 90 dollar rate but Clarksburg charged me 129, once again showing how money centric the owner of Clarksburg is.

All the while I also wanted Kip to help me feel more confident about my body. Kip customized a workout plan for me that was safe but showed quick results. He also was very understanding of my travel schedule for work. He pushed me hard and kept me motivated (which is hard to do with me). I enjoyed the way Kip would keep some pattern to my workouts so I could see my results, but I also liked how he kept things changing from time to time to keep it fresh. He has a lot of knowledge, experience and wisdom to help you achieve a body you never thought you could achieve and you likely won't on your own. I'm happy to report that I completed 3 triathlons that year and achieved a greater sense of personal confidence in my body where I cared more about feeling strong and fit then the number on my scale. I also happened to get engaged that year (my husband proposed right after I came home from a workout with Kip! :)) Needless to say, I wanted Kip to help me look and feel as good as I could for my beach wedding and he succeeded! I achieved 18% body fat, lean muscle tone and confidence. The only reason I stopped training with Kip is because I moved to California. If I was still in the area, I'd be using his services right now to help me recover from pregnancy!! I try to convince him to move to Cali often :) If you are ready to make a difference in your internal confidence, appearance or physical fitness, I highly recommend In-Fit.

Shady financial practices. Had a membership for years and canceled it for Covid. Six months later,…read morethey started charging my card again, by their mistake, and it went unnoticed for a long time. They did a partial refund but stiffed me still for over $1000. Some advice, if you're going to give your credit card to a company that practices like this, is to make sure you block them with your credit card company after your membership is up. ( the following is a reply to the reply from one life) Hi Kelly, I think it might be wise to get some facts straight before you reply. Your regional manager never "explained" anything. After looking through the internal notes of the account, the general manager thought I should be refunded. But he could not authorize such a large refund and had to kick it up the chain to the regional manager. After many attempts, the regional manager essentially ignored the flagged requests from the general manager. So please, do your due diligence and look through the internal notes on the account. I don't judge a company by the mistakes they make, but how they fix them.

In the time I was there, they opened up several new rooms in the gym, including more benches, racks, and deadlifting platforms. They also seemed responsive to their member surveys and it seemed like my suggestions for improvement were actually taken into account based on the changes I observed. I typically went during the mornings and found that I rarely had to wait for equipment, which is always a plus. Better experience here than most gyms I have been to.
