I've been attending FBBC for about 5 months. I first signed up for the summer 6 week challenge. I've done a lot of group fitness and group training programs over the years and I always end up getting bored. Fit Body Boot Camp is different every single day! I was a little skeptical that a 30 minute would be enough, but I saw gains in endurance and strength within just a couple of weeks. It's really motivating to see that progression. Doing the workouts 4-6 days a week plus following the healthy eating guidance, I lost 8 lbs and 5% body fat in that first 6 weeks. I became a member after the challenge because I really enjoyed the workouts, was feeling great, and the shorter duration makes it easy to fit into my schedule. It's a really supportive atmosphere with both the trainers and other members. They are great with showing modifications and encouraging you to push to your limits when you need it. read more
