The customer service though is what led me to write this review. One of the instructors was SO rude. I was told I could level up to a 1.5 class and she constantly made comments about how I couldn't do something because I was new or I wasn't used to doing something a certain way. We all were just looking at each other and smiling because her energy was so off. They actually gave me a new class because I had complained. So I go to the new class and show up at the door at 8:01 AM and was refused to come in. I said hey it's only 8:01 and I have seen many other ladies come in 2-3 minutes after. Dani still refused to let me in. This place is the worst!!! I do not recommend. Complete waste of money.

Also reviewed program and fees as well as the specials they were running. Couple of notes of areas of opportunity: -hard to watch the instructor while in poses. Difficult when you are new to the moves. With experience and time would get a lot easier -website doesn't describe well that it is 24/7 when you are a member. This was great to learn once I arrived that it has very flexible times to attend. Looking for a new way to step up your workout, this would be a perfect switch to.
