It works a variety of muscles, your core, involves cardio, and you will sweat like crazy. Take advantage of their free classes and try it out. Bring a yoga mat and towel or rent them there. It is good for the mind also-it helps you relax and recognize your strengths. You will stretch and bend and flex in creative ways. And yes...I walked away with sore glutes from squats and lunges.
