Recently I have been going to Tai Chi with Lindsay and when I leave that class I just feel amazing. Meredith on Sunday Yin Yoga has a special gift in guiding you to a peaceful place. I love Sandra's Thursday shred as the time goes by so fast. Kandee Bishop is also amazing at keeping you energized and her format is great for bar class. I recently tried Aaron's for Root Hatha and can't wait to go back. The pool is beautiful and they take great care of it! The cafe is great and people are friendly and they have great service. My son canceled it 3 times on line and said membership canceled everytime. They said he never filled out the form. Can't cancel in person had to do it online. They gave me one month refund should had three according to an email. So if you are planning on joining be aware canceling isn't easy. Son liked the gym otherwise.

It's nice to see a place that not only allows deadlifts, but has a platform and doesn't blink at chalk-use. Also, I love the mural on one of the main walls painted by a local artist. Very nice work. If I lived in DM, I would get a membership here.

Until that same evening--6 hours after I hung up--I received a generic recruitment call from Orangetheory Clive asking if I wanted to set up my free first class. I'm livid. Nilsson my son really loved getting in the pool and learning a few things! They did songs, and taught them some safety things, and did some swimming and jumping in the pool all by themselves! He liked the jumping into the pool best I think! Parents are in the pool with the kids and its a really fun half hour class that always ends with some free swimming! Locker rooms are super nice by the pool and they have swimsuit dryers which I had never seen before! This cost is extra, but you can take these classes even without a membership! Good stuff!
