So I go to the new class and show up at the door at 8:01 AM and was refused to come in. I said hey it's only 8:01 and I have seen many other ladies come in 2-3 minutes after. In the Lifespa, Josh has been an incredibly talented massage therapist and has helped me with resolving stress and pain. I have recommended him to many people! Recently I have been going to Tai Chi with Lindsay and when I leave that class I just feel amazing. Meredith on Sunday Yin Yoga has a special gift in guiding you to a peaceful place. I love Sandra's Thursday shred as the time goes by so fast. Kandee Bishop is also amazing at keeping you energized and her format is great for bar class.
