New experience!!!! Called today to find out class times and how to get started. Everyone I spoke…read morewith was informative, kind and made me feel comfortable to try a new work out experience. Staff made recommendations for my first workout. Staff assisted me in renting the yoga mat and towel. Picked yoga for the first work out. Others working out were very encouraging in the common areas. Loved it was a private workout and you could sweat in a private area. There is also an area with weights and bands for a workout without the heat. Spinning and rowing are also available to use in the saunas. Team reviewed the safety features for members who work out when they are not there. Also reviewed program and fees as well as the specials they were running. Couple of notes of areas of opportunity: -hard to watch the instructor while in poses. Difficult when you are new to the moves. With experience and time would get a lot easier -website doesn't describe well that it is 24/7 when you are a member. This was great to learn once I arrived that it has very flexible times to attend. Looking for a new way to step up your workout, this would be a perfect switch to. Overall great experience and a sweaty and energizing workout. Absolutely recommend.

It is open 24 hours a day so no excuses for not getting your workout in. The staff explained the infrared suana would help with recovery. The workouts are streamed into the sauna so no live instructors. There is an area to do a little workout or stretch on your own. You do need their special Matt's for the saunas. If you forget yours you can rent one through the vending machine for the day.

This is not just a gym, it is a wonderful community of (mostly) women that support each other…read moreunconditionally both in and out of the gym! Classes are small and OH MY GOD are they effective! Get ready to work your butt off (literally) and grow muscles you never knew you had. The coaches are all fantastic and will help you grow in strength both physically and mentally. They will also help you modify to fit whatever your fitness level is. Joining FIT is one of the best decisions I ever made! 1,000 thumbs up!

I can't say enough about this gym!…read more LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! It is a great place to go for all shapes and sizes, all ages, all skill levels. Classes ranging from 5:05am to 5:30pm so it's hard to have an excuse not to go. Classes are anything from Strength, Cardio, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Kickboxing and more! Open Monday through Saturday. It's a small group fitness setting and everyone supports each other it can start to feel like our little "FIT" family. There are also a wide variety of instructors so you don't always get the same person each time. The owner keeps me accountable and checks in to see how I'm doing or why I haven't been to class in awhile. She's all about the journey and keeping you on your toes about your goals. Since working out at FIT for about a year I finally reached my weight loss goal that I've had for 5+ years. Unfortunately, Christmas got the best of me and I gained a little back but I'm back in the saddle and doing one of there challenges. The challenges are great because she sets you up with a grocery list and daily meals so it takes the hassle out of the,"what are we going to eat tonight..." deal that we all can struggle with. I've lost so many inches, my mood has improved and I just feel all around better than I did before I started working out at FIT!
