The owners started with one gym (this location) and have expanded to several more over the years, yet they remain involved in all locations. All of the coaches are great but I want to give a shout out to Anson Fisk! As luck would have it, I end up in his sessions more often than with other coaches. Anson is very enthusiastic and motivating but more importantly, he sees each person individually and works to correct form when needed. As for community, Krave partners with a local non profit each season (Special Olympics, ARL, etc.) and members are encouraged to participate in an event supporting each non-profit. There are also challenges (just completed a six-week one) and occasionally a social event. To me, Krave is much more than just a gym!

This gym has a sauna, a hot tub, and an abundance of showers and bathrooms to choose from. Also, educated and experienced trainers that attend trainings on a very frequent basis bringing back & implementing their new knowledge to their customers/ clients. I love the gymnasium! It has indoor basketball courts, volleyball courts, and an indoor track. Also, outdoor volleyball courts with tournaments you can sign up for, a bike trail (I think). Nilsson my son really loved getting in the pool and learning a few things! They did songs, and taught them some safety things, and did some swimming and jumping in the pool all by themselves! He liked the jumping into the pool best I think! Parents are in the pool with the kids and its a really fun half hour class that always ends with some free swimming! Locker rooms are super nice by the pool and they have swimsuit dryers which I had never seen before! This cost is extra, but you can take these classes even without a membership! Good stuff!

There were a lot of unsupervised children while we were there, which is annoying. It's not the staff's fault but it would be nice to be able to use the equipment without kids running into you or cutting you off. A kid also kicked a water bottle from the top floor and almost hit a mother walking with her baby below. It seemed chaotic but it was still fun. I'd love going for an adult only time if that was a thing.
