Everyone I worked with was super friendly and they found me stuff that is not only going to improve my snowboarding, but make my trips a lot easier, and more fun because I finally have the right gear that fits me correctly. 1000 out of 10 this was one of the best shops I've ever been to! Then on November 16th I received another email stating that my order was placed on back order AGAIN and that it'd be shipped out on 11/30.  I then received an email on November 27th saying that my order has shipped, however, everytime I check tracking it says "pre-shipment, waiting on item from seller to ship"... it's now December 18th. Just a few days until Christmas.
