I've emailed them 4 times with no response. I purchased 3 tactical stockings on october 30th. On November 9th I received an email stating that my order was on back order and that it would be shipped out on 11/20 from the California warehouse (I live in arizona so it shouldn't take long to receive my order). Then on November 16th I received another email stating that my order was placed on back order AGAIN and that it'd be shipped out on 11/30.  I then received an email on November 27th saying that my order has shipped, however, everytime I check tracking it says "pre-shipment, waiting on item from seller to ship"... it's now December 18th. Just a few days until Christmas. I hope I get my order some time in the future, especially seeing how I placed my order about 2 months ahead and I paid $105 for these items. please get back to me with some updated information! read more

Big Giant SCAM DO not buy from this company. The look good on the outside (and have a nice Facebook page that looks legit), but that's all. No customer service, nobody manning a phone, email address is non-valid. It's pitiful. Already contacted my bank and the BBB, and reported them to Facebook. read more

I placed an order We'll over two weeks ago for a watch. They charged my account 94.99 but have not answered my inquiries or my emails. I have ordered items before thought natural parks depot was a reputable company but obviously I was wrong. I am planning to notify my USAA fraud department and report this as a fraudulent charge. My advise? DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. read more

I would give 0 stars, but it wasn't an option. Ordered items and never received them. Multiple emails and phone calls made over a 3 week period, but never got to talk to anyone or received any response....ZERO. Stay away from this seller. read more

Simply Put the customer service is horrible if anything. I would have left 0 Stars but that is not possible. I tried to leave a review on the National parks Depot Facebook page but miraculously its not visible? I ordered the Monkey Pak Bundle that was supposed to come with a medium pack and a thirst pack both with water bladders. I only received the one medium pak and bladder. I reached out to the so called customer service line only to leave a message mid day on Thursday and not get a response. I left multiple voicemail's, messages through FB Messenger, and emails. Don't get fooled by the replies immediately canned response, its all automated. You know I read the story of the founder about how he changed his life and let me tell you in this industry customer service keeps people coming back and this my friends sends me away pulling my hair out. I have reached out to them again multiple ways today and informed them that I would be leaving a review and I got a canned message again referring me to shop using the messenger app. I think not. If I have any more contact with them today I will post it, if not beware! read more

DO NOT buy from . Will take your order and take your money and then you never hear from them again. They don't reply to e-mail or answer their phone. Left messages, no call back. Filing a complaint with BBB and a fraud report with my bank. read more

So far my experience has been poor and not what was expected. I paid for an item that is no where to be found. Customer service said it was supposed to ship out this week but of course, it didn't. I just found out that this company was founded by an X-Convict. That in itself isn't a problem but I'm very suspicious that I've been scammed out of over $100. Sometimes people go back to what they know...I hope this isn't the case. If I ever get a reply from customer service that gives me a shipping confirmation or if I receive my product, I will revise this review accordingly. UPDATE: I got a reply FB message (they wouldn't answer email) telling me it's delayed another 2 weeks. They asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I didnt respond immediately as I was trying to find the item elsewhere. Less than 18 hours later they cancelled my order on their own. Stay away from NPD, it's run by an irresponsible X-convict that hasn't yet learned about running a business. read more

12/19/2016 UPDATE: National Parks Depot finally sent me an order confirmation and tracking number. They also replied to my Facebook IM. Just checked the tracking number and my tactical stocking was delivered today. I will check what was sent and post another update tomorrow. Too be continued..... Eek, Methinks not, indeed! Total scam and I fell for it. I do wish I had checked the reviews first as others have stated. I ordered and received a generic email confirmation. I called the number for customer service and received a recording. I emailed and have had no response. I have just filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company. read more

Sounds like a few people didn't have good experiences with National Park's Depot? I've ordered thru them 2- tactical flashlight's I broke one of the lights by over spinning the zoom lens ! It's a really good rechargeable flashlight and haven't had any problems with the second one. I also ordered the headlamp...it's amazing! I love it!! I actually just tried to order another one but it looks like it closed down? And I also ordered the bigger military style backpack... really good quality...it's now my "bugout" bag. read more

I ordered a tactical stocking on 10/26/17. I never received it when I emailed them they said they would send one out. As of 1/24/18 I have never received the item or the refund I requested. I just tried to email them again and they've blocked me. I wouldn't buy anything from this site. read more

OH how I wish I had checked in on this site beforehand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! MAJOR SCAM!!!! They have 24 hours before I am on the BBB website and I am calling the fraud alert on my credit card. They did charge my card. . . a week ago. . . for the tactical stocking. The order # is "incorrect" on their "track my package" site. There is no customer service. I sent my second e mail today. I have called and left a message today. Don't take my $$ and walk off without it- I will gladly support a local business but these guys are BAD BUSINESSPEOPLE!!! RUN AWAY!!!!! Will give updates when and IF they get back to me. read more

I placed an order but never received a confirmation that it was received. My paypal account was charged so someone got the money. Called the number on the receipt from Paypal and all you get is a "someone is not available" message and to leave your info. I did, twice, no response. Sent and email to their customer service. no response. I filed a dispute with paypal. I know I will not be shopping here anymore. Good luck if you do! read more

Received a watch after a four week wait, day two it developed moisture under the face of the watch. Water proof my butt, also doesn't stay connected any farther than 4 feet if it can stay connected period. Wrote an email and still no response. read more

Ordered a bag from these guys on a whim. The price was right, shipping was free, and it appeared to be just what I was looking for. The material quality was good, however 9 months after purchase, all but 2 of the zipper pulls have broken, the bag looked like a decent size online, but don't expect this to fit a normal human. Kid, maybe, but not a full grown adult. I was looking for an overnight type bag, to sling over my shoulder, and go, this isn't it. Room for a couple of of socks, undies, and a shirt. Jeans...pass. Just not happy with the overall experience. read more

Ordered here got part of a order emailed a few times complained on their Facebook page and got a email saying that the person was new and asked what the problem was told them again and never heard back from them. Def will not be ordering from here again or recommending them to anyone. Had no problem taking my money should have no problem making the order right read more

I ordered the tactical stockings from them and over a month later have not received the order. I should have emailed a while ago but only emailed them today about this order. Until orders are being delivered, avoid this company. read more

Christmas has come and gone and i still have not recieved the 3 tactical stockings i ordered on 11/10. They Will not respond to any efforts to contact them. Web site is now down. Total scam! Do not order from these people! read more

Bad business..only rated a 1 star because it would not let me select no stars. .... I placed my order Nov 13, 2017. I received a preshipping notification November 29, 2017. I have contacted email I received notice from with no response 2x. My order still remains in preshipping. Absolutely worst company to order from. read more

Update on the National Parks Depot GeoTrek watch- Paul from National Parks Depot reached out to me with an offer to resolve the issue after reading the Yelp review. That's a big deal to me, an online store that reads and reacts to reviews. So kudos to National Parks Depot for trying to fix a problem. read more

Ordered a pair of convertible pants almost 2 months ago. Received a confirmation number then nothing else. I have emailed and phoned the company several times, at least 5 phone calls. Nobody ever answers the phone, leave the request info so they could get back to me. Nothing. I'm not even sure now if this is a real company. I will NEVER deal with them, if there is a "them," again. Don't waste your time. read more

I placed an order for 3 of their stockings on 11/15. The last email I got was on 11/22 saying they had been shipped and was given a tracking number. I've checked the tracking number and it says the package has not reached the post office to be shipped. I checked the depots website and it says currently closed due to change in ownership. These are Christmas gifts and I would really like to receive them especially since they've got my money! read more

Yeah, this is a total scam just like many of the reviews below state. The email address and phone number provided on the receipts are either bogus or ineptly run. I'll be disputing the charges in hopes of recovering funds. Guess I just need to be more careful, but it sure did look like a legit site. Was really looking forward to giving as a gift at a friend's Christmas party so this really stinks. I'm sorry for anyone else who has to find out the way I just found out that I got scammed. It's a pretty crappy feeling. read more

Wish I'd checked reviews here as well! Ordered 4 stockings October 13th, my credit card was charged that day as well. Here it is Dec. 7th and still no notification of shipping! Customer service is just an automated recording that I've left a voicemail at, but a week later haven't heard a word. Sent an email and If I don't hear back tomorrow will be calling my credit card company!! read more

I ordered 2 stuffed stockings in November, I still have not received them. But they want me to review their product. I have sent 3 times that I have not received my product with no response. read more

Ordered 3 tactical stockings on October 13, 2016. Payment cleared that day. Received all three this morning December 5, 2016. They were jammed into a box with no packaging material and no thought to the items inside. They shipped only after I complained via email multiple times. Not at all what they were advertised to be. The stockings themselves are okay but the items inside are cheap, plastic junk that you can find in a dollar store. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I suspect the company pays for all the 5 star reviews, because there is no way I could be the only one who was had! Their website and Facebook do not allow any negative reviews. read more

I have had good service with purchases from this company in the past but this year I ordered 4 tactical stockings and received only one. I have tried emailing them with no response and have received an email saying they were shipped giving me a tracking number but you go to the usps site and they say they have not received the package! I am VERY disappointed with this. I will never purchase from them again. I am a very sad customer from Colorado who at the last minute has to go find 3 gifts for my fellows. read more

Placed an order on dec 1, website says that orders shop within 1-4 days but I never received a shipping confirmation which they claim they send after shipment had been made. I tried to track my order on their website but their tracker has been "temporarily unavailable" for a week. I tried to call and email and I've had no response although they claim that customer service always responds within 72 hours. I put a claim through with my credit card company hoping to be refunded especially after reading these other reviews. read more

I ordered my stockings 12/01 and received then today, 12/14. The stockings are cool. Great quality item. I had been trying to contact them, but I had no luck. I never received confirmation that my order had shipped and then no response to my calls and emails. I was getting suspicious. However, I did receive my order and I love it. Had there been better communication, a higher rating would have been given. read more

I ordered the tactical stocking for my husband for Christmas. An empty stocking came with a note that the contents are out of stock indefinitely and I need to file a dispute with my credit card company. What the heck?!? WHAT A SCAM! read more

I ordered my stocking on November 27th and got it today (12/14/2016). I am very pleased with the quality of the stocking as well as the items inside. It did take three attempts to get a response from their customer service regarding the status of my order, but after a few days I did get a reply and they assured me that my order was being shipped, it arrived a few days later. I'm assuming the delay in response was due to the overwhelming amount of orders being processed during the holiday season. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Same issue as the others. Ordered in November and have heard nothing from theta point but card was charged the day after the order. Left several messages and voicemails with no response. Email does not work so I have a call already in to my bank. Please do not order anything from them! read more

I placed an order on October 20, 2016 from National Parks Depot. My account was charged within 24 hours. It's been over a month and I have received no merchandise, no emails, no tracking numbers or anything else. I have called their customer support line many, many times. No one is ever available to take your call and no one calls you back. I've sent information request and get no response. I'm beginning to wonder if this is even a legitimate business or not. The real sorry partyt is what I ordered were gifts for my children. At this point I would rather not give them a single star rating. read more

I ordered 3 items on May 21st. One of the items arrived in a timely manner. As of today I have not received the other 2 items. The tracking number provided for one of the items I haven't received isn't valid for USPS (which is what the email said the number was for), UPS or FedEx. I've emailed and called and never heard back. This is so disappointing as some of the items I ordered were for birthday presents for family members - those birthdays have now passed by. I wish I knew what to do to get what I've paid for. read more

So recently ordered from them and read all the reviews...... I ordered a smart watch from them and although it's limited in its use so far and the app for it is basically useless and totally made in China. For the money it's not a bad item. Haven't had it long but so far I like it definitely making me want an apple smart watch, but this is a good downgraded affordable version to see if you really like and or need a smart watch. Quality seems pretty good even though the secondary strap to hold the band in place broke off the second day having it besides that it's a very basic smart watch. The firmware and compatibility definitely needs a major upgrade if that was done this watch would fly off the shelves. Purchases the watch and had it with basic shipping inside a week. read more

Customer service never responds even after multiple threats the reverse the charges. There is no number to call if you want to talk to someone. Item was "back ordered" for four months. I order the coffee mug with carabiner handle. I received a shot glass with a cheap carabiner tack welded to it. The stainless is almost as thin as my razors, I'm afraid to use it as I think my sip of coffee may prove to be too much for the welds and I don't want to get an ounce of coffee spilled on me. Now I'm not saying it was them but after I received my order I also started receiving text messages for other scams, like debt forgiveness, and IRS forgiveness, and multiple sell from home pyramid schemes. read more

Hands down worse company to deal with if there is ANY kind of problem. THEY will not respond to emails or calls. I have no idea if they willcrefubd the money for the item they say shipped but didnt or if they will ever send the otgerbout of stock items. No clue. I do know they have my money and won't even respond to a 'F. You, we have your money and do not care'. As a Boy Scout and Venture Crew leader, I will never order from there people again simply because they refuse to respond back. What did actually come in, I like. Too bad the rest will never come and it's cost me almost 100 at Christmas and as a single mom of 4 teenage boys, that's money I didn't have to line someone else's pocket with. read more

I ordered three tactical stockings for my kids for Christmas. When I ordered the items in November the company said they had them in stock. Well. They didn't, and weeks later after multiple voicemails, emails, and questions left on their Facebook page regarding the status of my order they responded with an offer to refund my purchase. I reluctantly accepted thinking I'd order the items next year, but then National Parks Depot only refunded me for two stockings instead of the three. They didn't respond to further emails, and I've had to dispute their cash grab with my credit card company. read more

Customer service is unreachable. I have tried (for the past two weeks) to contact them through the site contact form, the email listed for customer service, Facebook and calling. Ordering through the site works fine, but if there is an issue with an order, it's like you have entered a black hole with no possibility of communication. Update - two posts I made on their Facebook page "mysteriously" disappeared, as did the negative review I posted directly on the site... I contacted the BBB, and within 24 hours, they reached out to me on Facebook to process a return. Be warned - they will not pay for return shipping! At this point, I don't even care - just want my money back. FINAL UPDATE - My purchase was refunded, however... not only did they not pay for return shipping, they also did not refund the original shipping charge!! read more

So I'm not the only one. Placed an order in November for gloves and the stockings. Was never informed that the stockings were on back order until after I sent several messages and left voicemails and it still took two weeks for them to respond, but I eventually got them. Now the gloves said they shipped and when I finally remembered that they hadn't come I checked the shipping tracker which said they were delivered... to a different state! Yet again several messages later someone responded asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I said replacement and got no further responses. That was two weeks ago and the gloves were a Christmas present. They don't answer the phone or return voicemails, they don't respond to emails. The website order tracker has never worked and now the only way you were able to contact them which was through the help option is no longer working. This is absolutely horrible and I have never had a problem like this with any other business so I'm not sure what they are doing or how they stay in business. read more

Ordered a stocking as a Christmas gift at the beginning of October. Confirmation email said they would start shipping mid November but haven't received a shipping email (11/23). Tried to email to check on order and was just resent the original confirmation email. Really starting to think this was a scam and will soon be contacting my credit card company and the BBB. Really disappointed. read more
