The food was outstanding, my personal favorite is the oxtail, but everything we tasted was delicious. The Rum Punch is a must-try! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how flavorful the food was and how welcoming the atmosphere felt. The restaurant has a warm, family-oriented environment that makes you feel right at home. What I also love is that Ranch Caribbean Vybez isn't just a restaurant or an event venue. They host fun events throughout the week, including Thursday night karaoke, which creates a lively, welcoming atmosphere for anyone looking for a great night out with friends and family. Whether you're planning a special celebration, stopping by for an amazing meal, or looking for a fun evening of entertainment, I highly recommend Ranch Caribbean Vybez. So I was so very disappointed when after Covid they continued with the only pick up service. The food quality is enough to continue yes but the vibe dining in and at the bar I truly miss. My daughters fell in love with this place because every time we walked into that dinning room there was a particular servers who KNEW US. They knew us enough to know my daughters had a favorite table (the 1st we sat at dinning there). They know us to know that my daughters had special distinction drink mocktails (one of the reasons the fell in love wit this place) that they could order even when it was no longer in the menu. This was one of those places we frequented....even if they couldn't get their special table or waiter, the quality never disappointed. During Covid we order delivery regularly because we didn't realize how much this spot because our Caribbean food must have. I can't say we ever really had tried a different meal from over favorable ones that made us say this is one thing they don't get right to us. And the rum punches and Bob Marley drinks they served during their dinning days is what got me to the pin t I had to start stopping in this joint just to have a drink and appetizers. This really used to be by spot back when they had dine in services. Over the years it's in our delivery/pickup Bronx favorite list unfortunately. I say unfortunately because now that we are back at full operational living. I har to slash the delivery/pickup weekly rituals to only situations of desperation not necessity. So this spot has only become a craving order delivery/pickup order spot. Not a I got some/gonna make some time to go enjoy a drink and some Caribbean food spot destination. Which this was my #1 default choice before Covid as I said this used to be my spot. I would take my daughters here damn there biweekly if not be there weekly myself on dates and when hanging out . Cause they people there were serious enough about customer service they would acknowledge knowing who you are and treat you as such. Hence again why my daughters loved this place as kids. *Looks right and left* a yoo when yall opening the dinning in area again cause it's been log enough now...FIX IT! lol

I remember when Fish N' Ting first opened several years ago and I'm pleased to know that this family run establishment is still kicking. I would put it in my top five list for Jamaican restaurants in the city. The menu is wide and varying and accommodating of different diets. If you love jerk chicken, you need to try it here! The jerk chicken lovers in my life can't get enough. My recommended dishes are the whiting (fried) with rice and peas, rasta pasta and now the lobster (which I didn't know they had). The seafood is made to order, fresh and super tasty. I never thought sweet chili and lobster would be a good combo but it totally rocks! It was truly delectable. My only issue is that they charge for gravy if the dish isn't saucy (as if) lol but I get it!

Typically, I order the chicken poppers and a side of rasta pasta. The chicken poppers are always and I mean ALWAYS cooked perfectly. They are basically smaller versions of chicken tenders. Whenever they arrive to me, they're fried crispy and hot, then tossed it whatever sauce I request. I usually get the honey BBQ sauce but lately I've been testing others and baybeeeee, they have a nice selection! I fell in love with the honey garlic sauce. Whenever I receive my food, it melts nicely onto the chicken, making it sticky sweet. Now, the rasta pasta could use some work. The first time I got it, it was very greasy and lacked flavor. It almost tased like a hot pasta salad, the kind you would get at a cookout or deli. The next time I ordered it, it was perfect. It had a subtle creaminess to it with perfectly cooked bell peppers and a subtle jerk seasoning or something close to it. Third time I ordered it, it was back to subpar. I'll still order it, in hopes that its just as good as that second time. On another note, I've had the mac n' cheese with oxtail. I wasn't a huge fan of the mac n' cheese. It was creamy but there was no pull to the cheese, which I prefer, therefore it kind of fell flat to me. The oxtail however, was heavenly. Very tender with delicious flavor. I also liked that they offer it off the bone. Finally, I would pass on their french fries. They are regular pre-frozen fries, nothing spectacular. Overall, if you are looking for a delicious Caribbean-American fusion, fast-casual restaurant, the sauce-boss wins! Highly recommended.

We pull up, walk in and just stand for a bit as there isn't a hostess stand or hostess. The gentleman behind the bar then greats us and states we can't sit anywhere. After sitting for about 5mins my BF asks me if there's a QR code to scan because we still didn't have menus. I ask the same gentleman if there's a brunch menu and he then brings over menus. There isn't a brunch menu nor are bottomless mimosas offered. Even though what we were looking for wasn't available we decided to stay. The gentleman behind the bar was doing everything besides cooking LOL. He took our orders, served the food and made our drinks. A waitress didn't arrive until we were closing out our check. For apps we had beef empanadas and broiled clams. The clams were amazing!!! The sauce was amazing!!! For my meal I had the round steak w/ onions and my BF had the twin porkchops. The porkchops were some of the smallest I've ever seen to the point it didn't look like it was actually two. The porkchops were flavorful but he was still hungry after finishing the plate. I also had a whiskey sour which without a doubt was the BEST whiskey sour I've ever had. The gentleman that waited on us was very nice. With additional staff I think the experience would've been smoother.
