Their drink menu is creative and includes some of your favorite wines, spirits/classic cocktails. I've ordered/Tasted: The No Woman No Cry Two different Chardonnays (don't remember the names) Mojito Extra Dirty Gin Martini (wasn't my favorite, it tasted like maybe there was vermouth missing from it or there wasn't enough. Still pretty good though.) Each of these drinks were really good! My favorite was the No Woman No Cry, it tasted really tropical. A nicely balanced cocktail that wasn't too sweet! Food: 10/10 The food has come out hot, fresh and delicious each time I visited. I've had: Coconut Shrimp (crispy, really nice crunch, nice amount of coconut) Lamb Tacos (these were made with curry which was something new for me, loved it!) Jerk Ribs (these were SO good! Tender and seasoned to perfection) Mozzarella Sticks () Service: 9/10 I've gone during a slower evening and during one where it was more packed. The first night I was seated immediately at the bar and was taken care of very quickly. The feeling that I got was very pleasant and welcoming. I know this was a courtesy, but my gf and I were able to stay a little past closing (don't expect this when you visit, I just wanted to share to let you all know how kind they were!) The second time I visited it was more busy because they were hosting an event. At this time food took longer to come out. Other than that, the servers did the best they could. Ambiance: 10/10 The ambiance here gives really fun girls night, good music, after work drinks, and a perfect place to have a yap session or even just a chill dinner in a beautiful place with friends. I love how welcoming the staff makes everyone feel and how they check on the tables just enough (and not when you're mid bite ). The Bronx needs more places like this! Overall: 9.25/10 I'll definitely be coming back to hangout with my girlfriends. I think this spot is so cute, the food and drinks are high quality and it's just overall really good VYBEZ (wink). Definitely come here during the week. Their happy hour menu feels ILLEGAL because the prices are so good and the food is even better.

Stew peas with pigtail and chicken foot

The line was long after work. That's good for them. The place was clean and it smelled good in there. There are two areas of this place the front being a very beautiful and well lit establishment. The back being take out but still stylish. The service was good, the male staff server was very attentive to the orders individually making sure there were no long thyme branches in the plates. Attention to detail was very nice. They had a lot of options available as well and the price point was average and pretty fair. I wanted a mild beef patty. As I waited, I also wanted oxtail and as I continued to wait I thought I'd try the stew peas and save it for another day as well. The beef patty was flaky but not sturdy. Almost as if it were baked then steamed. The filling was very lackluster and had zero texture. It was like eating water paste. I was very turned off after just a few bites. The oxtail was standard. Not what I would consider to be carribean at all. But seasoned well, and in a brown gravy sauce that was good. Rice and Peas average at most. Cabbage had the mixed vegetables in it, average and ok. The stew peas had pigtail and chicken foot in it. I kindly asked the man to avoid the chicken foot and he did try but beans are very thick lol he did as good as he could. The stew peas were much closer to authentic and done correctly. This I enjoyed. Over white rice of course and nice and thick stew like red beans with meat will always hit the spot for me. Ranch Carribean is still a very new restaurant. I did enjoy the esthetic, service and overall variety of options. The 3 stars is due to lack of authenticity with the oxtail and that damn beef patty. Lol I was really craving a jamaican beef patty for like 2 weeks y'all. This is a carribean place, not necessarily Jamaican but gahdang. This wasn't a Jamaican, Haitian, Guyanese, Trini, etc. type patty either. As someone who is very well versed in Carribean food, I was very disappointed. IMO if a Carribean spot beef patty don't hit that's very telling of what the food will taste like. The oxtail was good but not carribean style more so a southern style. I'll try different things the next time I'm around and give them a chance to redeem my first visit. I do wish them very well. The staff is cool and pleasant, attentive. This place is local and locally owned. I want them to thrive. But I gotta be honest too.

Ranch Caribbean Vybez is an awesome new establishment in the Co-op City area in the Bronx. The staff is super friendly, your food comes out, hot and fresh and in a timely manner. The owners are awesome. The interior is super modern, with Caribbean flare. I love coming here. My new spot for good food, good music, and good Vybez!

    Jerk lobster tail

I have done takeout from here since they opened, and food was always a hit. So we decided to do my dad's birthday dinner here, and was blown away by the service, accommodations in the planning process and overall dining experience. They produced a personalized prefixed menu, ordered a cake and reserved a section of the restaurant. Service before and during dinner was always on point. Everyone loved everything they eat, not one complaint. My faves were the rundown lobster, jerk lobster, fried shrimp, oxtail and calamari (so fresh). The rum punch was hitting!! So happy to see a family run business, serving the community, well needed.

Curry Goat with oxtail gravy(bits of meat for generosity)

Under $30($28.87 via card) If you're in co-op and you're not shopping here you're stupid. The dollar to food ratio is perfect(better then what you'd get on food delivery service) First time walking in here and you know it's the typical Jamaican attitude(not up to American standards), but that's just some in general. that's where the food steps in and it's beyond Good That curry goat was $15(ALLL THAT FOOD) Like I said. You're stupid if you live around here and not tapping in. SIDE NOTE THE DINE IN SECTIONon the other entrance IS IMMACULATE. 5/5 highly recommended(went @8pm)

Once alerted that my order was ready, I pulled up and grabbed a metered spot right in front. As I entered, the shop it was empty but the staff was busy working on online orders in the open kitchen. Seating is available at a couple tables and counter top. I grabbed a seat as I waited because my order wasn't actually complete. Staff was pleasant but clearly behind on orders. Once completed I grabbed my order and headed out. I went with the #5. Breezin- strawberry, pineapple, peach, w/ orange juice base and I added banana. Overall a local spot offering healthy options on the go. Just A Note: They are on Uber Eats but they also offer online ordering and you can get 15% off your first order when ordering directly from them.

For drinks, I had the Legally Blonde with oranges, lemon, pineapple, and ginger root. It tasted healthy and not too sweet. I personally wished I tasted more ginger in it. She had the Crush with apple, lemon, orange, peach, pineapple, and a ginger shot. Hers had the ginger and flavors mine was lacking. I went with the Captain Jack wrap with an impossible burger as the protein, vegan mozzarella, sweet potato french fries, lettuce, and bbq sauce. This wrap blew my mind. As soon as I pulled it apart the cheese just stretched across both wraps. The i.possi ke burger and sweet potato fries blended beautifully, and it had just the right amount bbq sauce to not feel over-saturated. I highly recommend it.

Very reasonably priced for such great tasting food. Every person at my party of 110 people were raving about the great food and service. I am so very grateful to the three lovely ladies that served my guests; Bernadette, Chrissy, and Leona. they were attentive, polite, professional and could not have worked any harder. There was also still plenty of food to take home which left me guests feeling very happy to have another day of delicious food. To everyone at Hearty and Healthy, thank you all so much from the food preparation, exceptional service, and all of the take home containers you prepared. I cannot thank you all enough!

I grabbed a tin of Shepard's pie for $7 (they had a hot option, but I wanted it for work the next day). It was quite tasty and a very good size for the price. In addition to the prepackaged reheatables and salads, they also have a hot food bar where you can get a fresh plate--small around $9, large around $12. It was post-Thanksgiving and they had roast turkey and sides--pretty decent as well--again, good portion for the price--I might have been a little turkeyed out at that point, though. They also have a sampling of sweets and pastries and a coffee/tea bar up front. A couple of stools if you want to eat in, but really seems best suited for grabbing something hearty and, well--not unhealthy, at any rate--for lunch or dinner when you don't have time to cook.
