    Bacado Omelet and salad.

Great place to go for healthy brunch. My wife and I like to go after a good hike in Lowry park.

Very pleasant waitress while we sat on the outside patio. We had delicious foods and great service. Prices are reasonable. Sister had an omelette with toast & potatoes. Chickichanga was its name & she had it without avocado. She loved it. Aunt's summer special brisket hash was delicious with two eggs & potatoes. My 1/2 sandwich & 1/2 salad was wonderful! I had the avocado chop salad that came with chicken. Mmmm...the 1/2 beef & havarti sandwich was yummy. They must have forgotten the horseradish that should have accompanied it but I totally forgot. The ice tea was refreshing. Go there--pleasant place, great help & food feels healthy.

Five stars for three good reasons: 1. Customer Service: The service here is stellar; we came for brunch the day after Christmas; and, boy, it was super busy in here. My family of 8 waited only 18mins to be seated after we put in our name for a table. The employees work hard here making the the turn-around time for tables quick. Our server Sydney was very attentive, super friendly, and got our order correctly and promptly. 2. Food: Everything we ordered on the menu for 4 adults and 4 kids was delicious and fresh. We loved everything we ordered. My kids wanted to order more food after we finished eating. I've never seen them wanting to eat that much food. 3. Ambiance: The entire restaurant is clean, warm and inviting. We plan to come back again, again and again!

They aspire to be great but my breakfast was nothing like the picture. Imagine ordering 'elote hash' that was all potatoes and 5 kernels of corn. Topped with eggs and two slivers of avocado. Something I'd never order again. They get three stars for their wonderful kale and watermelon drinks. I might go back for the Benedict one day.

So this place use to be the Egg & I and man am I glad it changed. The new menu and decor is on point. Fabulous service, clean place and all around mist eat for breakfast in Windsor. I had the BACADO OMELET - Bacon, avocado and Monterey Jack. Topped with sour cream and served with a side of housemade Pico de gallo. The pick was tasty with not too much heat. I got my potatoes well done with a side of sourdough toast. Eggs were fluffy and full of bacon goodness. Avocado was both inside and on the top of the omelet. I'll be back again to try more on the menu.

Glad to see restaurants opening back up and First Watch has done a great job spreading everyone out while still maintaining great service and wonderful food!! The Quinoa Power Bowl was perfect for me and Devin inhaled his Trifecta! I also highly recommend the special "Morning" drink, but I cannot remember the exact name

I had the delicious crab cake appetizer and Salmon in Beurre Blanc Sauce and my husband had the Fried Cheese Curds and Stuffed Pork chop. Both absolutely delicious. Best Mashed potatoes I have ever had. This was our second time at Windsor Mill Tavern and we love the warm Irish Pub Style atmosphere. Only thing missing is a fireplace! This is our new favorite hangout after having moved here to Severance, Co this past March. We love it. Oh! And the seats are comfortable as well. We will be back. Love having a place that is only a couple miles away from where we reside! Well done staff and management! This place is a gem!!!! And the prices? Quite reasonable!

We started with the Cheese Curds - these were great, the breading on the curds had really good flavor. Would order again. For entrees we ordered; bacon avocado burger - their burgers are huge, and a lot of great flavor. Would definitely order again Cup of bison chili - chunks of bison meat in the chili and was a nice portion. The flavor is good, I'm glad I tried it and would order again. Moody blue salad - this salad was big and packed full of goodies, it was the best salad I've had in a long time. The balsamic dressing was so good, mixed with the candied pecans and blue cheese, so good! I'd come back simply for this salad. Our server was a little spread thin and had tables on opposite sides of the restaurant, so we felt a little neglected, but when he was around, service was great. Just had to wait for long periods of time for water/drink refills. Overall, glad we stumbled upon this place and will definitely come back again.

Hopped in with Thursday night reservations, and we were seated within a few minutes. The menu is as fantastic looking as we remember. Pretty much, this is one of those places you go when you want to eat a bougie dinner. Oh, and the cocktails! Wife N. started with the Woo Girl a lovely off-fizzy gin-based hibiscus drink. Delightful. I went with an Old Fashioned. They have three different Old Fashioned choices (I've had all, and all are stellar) but tonight I went with the "With a Twist" which adds in some unique pineapple and vanilla notes. Fabulous! The apps arrived. We started with the Fois Gras Terrine--pretty much you can't go wrong with Fois Gras and Chimney park gussied it up with marinated apricots, pistachios, and what turned out to be the most delightful edible flowers (the purple poofy one looked like a garlic flower and had a light garlicy taste which, with the Fois was a bite of heaven---many folks think flowers are just garnish but don't shy away from trying a bite or you'll miss out! The only drawback was we ran out of the (two) toast points a third the way through the terrine. No big deal, we just spread it on their wonderful table bread. Bison tartare. Perfect egg yolk on top and a lovely dijon cream, served with housemade potato chips. Best tartare in recent memory. Next, the lobster bisque which we mentioned we were sharing. It arrived split into two perfect servings, with bisque poured tableside. Chunks of fresh lobster swimming in a delightfully tasty bisque with just a bit of spicy heat to it. I think if there was only one thing I was allowed to eat for the rest of my life, it would be this dish. On to the mains. She had the pan roasted Chilean sea bass. Flawlessly cooked and glistening, on a bed of pea risotto and adorned with pea shoots, most excellent. I had the mushroom-crusted New England scallops. Five #12 scallops, perfectly seared, on a bed of black rice, served with morels, bok choi and a couple black truffle shavings with a beurre blanc. This was a delicious umami bomb. Everything on the plate had a reason for being there and, on the off-chance I managed to get all the elements in a single bite it was a bite of heaven. Stuffed to the gills, we could only take home a dessert. So the flourless chocolate torte made its way into a to-go box and we had it back at the hotel room. Everything you'd expect a delicious wrap-up to be. Second visit in two years, and the quality of service and food was consistent across both visits. We're Chimney Park fans, and will be back any time we're back in the area. Wouldn't miss it for the world.
