We've visited twice now and had similar experiences each time. We went on a Saturday morning, expecting a wait, but were seated promptly. We've been to First Watch in other states and we're excited that one opened so close to us! Knowing the menu, I ordered the Chile Chorizo omelet with salad and my son had the chocolate chip pancake. Each visit, everything arrived quickly and tasted fresh. If you get coffee, you get your own personal pot at the table which was fantastic for my copious weekend intake of coffee! The service is friendly without becoming overwhelming, and the cafe is super clean. The outside patio looks amazing and I can't wait for warmer days to sip my coffee there! Cool interior, unlike any other restaurants I've been to. There were some pretty tasty-sounding items on the menu but I opted for the Farmhouse Skillet Hash with over-easy eggs on top. It also came with a pair of toast and a mini fruit portion. It was delicious! Perfectly cooked eggs, nicely seasoned potatoes, red bell pepper, cheese, avocado, and bacon. My dad tried The Works Omelet which came with toast and some greens. He ate every last bit! We also ordered a side of their Million-Dollar bacon which was VERY sweet and peppery-- a bit too much for my liking. Kinda pricey ($35 before tip for the two of us), but the meal was hearty and felt good eating it. Like, you can tell they use some quality ingredients for their dishes. First watch is a national chain and I've been to plenty before. Usually a solid choice, but of course CO manages to mess this up too. (Originally from out of state, and let me tell you that the food in NOCO as a whole is AWFUL compared to any reputable city..Even the decent stuff is just that...nothing to write home about, but onto this specific experience....) First, why have an online wait list if that means nothing? Get there and have to wait 20 mins past our quoted time online. Finally get seated and then wait 15 minutes to be waited on and another 45 for our food, no exaggeration here. If you can't pump out breakfast foods quickly then idk what to tell you..breakfast is typically easiest for restaurants to prepare...and that's your whole MO here! This place was smalllll. We had 10-15 people hovering over our table and bumping into us at any given time while they continued to wait for a table. It was so loud we were screaming at each other. Our waitress was never to be found to let her know about the issues and things we needed. I was given a dirty coffee cup complete with lipstick stains and a pot of burnt, rancid coffee. Never did get to let her know since we only saw her at the very start and end.. The burrito I had was filled with potatoes primarily when it was supposed to have meat..? We came around noon on a Sunday, service was a little slow because it was busy, but the food absolutley made up for it. I had the baja chicken burrito bowl, other people in my party had the BLTE and the traditional breakfast. All of them were absolutely delicious. The potatoes and bacon are flavorful, but this menu is not lacking in tasty healthy options. All their juices are fresh squeezed, I tried the blue booster and it was refreshing! I've been to the Windsor, CO location several times and it's one of my favorite breakfast spots! Not many places have turkey sausage gravy and because of a meat allergy it's all I can have. Their biscuits and gravy are so so delicious! The rest of the food I've had was really delicious too. Service has always been really good and servers are attentive. Never have to wait long for a coffee refill and always get hot coffee. I definitely recommend First Watch as a great place to eat! I'll be going back soon! read more

I have eaten here 2 times since changing from the Egg and I. And not impressed. The interior is bland and grey. The food...pretty much the same. They've taken away yummy food options and replaced them with things that could pretty much be made At home. Me and my boyfriend used to visit Egg and I every weekend. Disappointing. We went for a brunch meal today. We waited thirty minutes for a table (New Year's Day so expected a wait). But there were so many people waiting and always open tables for long periods of time. Once seated, (at a table that had been open the entire time we were waiting) we waited about 10-15 minutes for a waitress. She took our drink and food order and we didn't get at our drinks for another 20 minutes. We waited for food for about 40 minutes. The food was mediocre. Fresh, but nothing to worth waiting an hour plus for. Our waitress was having to act as hostess the entire time. Short staffed today? We waited 15 minutes after eating (no plates cleared out) for our bill and finally walked to the front register to ask if we could pay. Not a good experience with three small children. No family dining experience should take upwards of two hours to complete. I will say the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly and apologetic. Probably won't go back. read more

Just returned home from the Friends and Family event that First Watch in Windsor is hosting today. We loved it!! My husband called it a wonderful segue from Egg and I to First Watch. The waitstaff is very cheerful and hardworking. The food is "eggsellant". I had the avocado toast and my husband had the bacado omelet. Everything was fresh and tasty and we left more than satisfied!! We both loved the new whole seeded bread--yum...Definitely will patronize this restaurant!! read more

Been here a few times. Used to go to the one in Colorado Springs a lot. This place is terrible and no accountability. Not just once, but multiple times to where I felt like writing this review. Servers are rude, dishes and glasses were dirty. Today I ordered five meals off their website. Nothing said door dash. Waited 40 minutes, which is fine. Door dash shows up and hands me a bag with one order out of five. I called to let them know and the hostess responds with typical responses like unfortunately, I understand but, type responses and offers to get the manager. Without putting me on hold I hear the manager say "I don't want to take the call." She says they won't do anything bc they made it available to the driver, but I ordered off their website not door dash. I went up and grabbed the other bag. Delivery driver got tipped $20 for two pieces of French toast. read more
