The Trifecta.... French toast, eggs over easy and paid a couple $ more to get the Million Dollar Bacon... . worth it.

First Watch is a great place for breakfast, brunch, lunch. Very nice location in Creekside. The ambiance is open, classy, and bright. Our service was great with Eeshell taking good care of us. We had multiple employees stop by to check on us and our entrees were brought out as soon as they were ready by other staff. Our meals were nicely prepared and had a good taste. I would recommend a little garnish to help fill in a gap here or there so things have a nicer presentation. Pricing: A little above average but not too bad. It's a nice place with good service so worth a few extra $. Note: The bathroom doors are on an auto open/close system... if you use one just give it a second, it'll close on its own.

First time here, in TX. I ordered different to try other food since I know the French toast is good. Here is everything we had and my opinion: * Biscuits and Turkey gravy- good but gravy could be more on the white flour gravy side * eggs - egg-cellent! I did have to scrape off the chives. Not sure why chives are on eggs other than looks pretty? If I had known in advance I would have taken it off. * upgraded Million dollar potatoes- Ok a bit on the salty side * Barbacoa tacos - ok, won't get again. tortillas are plant based so do not expect Mexican tortillas. They broke apart easy. The barbacoa is more shredded beef not Mexican Barbabcoa * coffee- great! Just sadly they do not offer splenda! * water - definitely tap and smelt like it, couldn't drink it. * Service - Nick was great! Super kind and attentive guy. I would come back but more for traditional American breakfast dishes like French toast!

We've been to multiple different First Watch locations at this point, and thankfully, we enjoyed this one just as much as the other ones. We decided to be seated outside, which is very rare for us, but they have a nice green spot outside where kids can play. Also, it was actually very loud inside. I'm not sure what the acoustics are, but it was extremely overstimulating inside, just walking through to go outside for me, I imagine it would be worse for children. Our server, Olivia, was fantastic. She brought a smiley face chocolate chip pancake out for my daughter, when I asked if she could do something for her birthday, and she brought a candle out with it. She tried to keep the flame from going out, but it was pretty windy outside but it's the thought that counts. Plus, my daughter was happy, and that's all that really matters to me. Moving onto food-- the side of million dollar potatoes minus the bacon was fantastic, as was the chocolate chip pancakes. My husband got the Florida French toast, something he gets at every location. The veggie omelette was also good. Olivia said it's not on the menu anymore, but thankfully, we were able to get something vegetarian. She did say that I had cheese, and I guess I just assumed that it would be Mexican or mozzarella cheese, but it was actually tasted like a goat cheese which I don't like, but it's on me, I guess for not asking what type of cheese it was. I wish the server would have mentioned it though, since I don't like goat cheese. I liked that I had a pot of decaf coffee for myself after Olivia brought out a fresh pot because I like my coffee nice and hot. I wish they would have Splenda as a sweetener, and my husband was happy that they had hazelnut creamer. I also like that I could pay for my phone from the receipt-- it's so much easier than going to the front with a stroller. All in all, a great family birthday brunch!

Lots to love about this new addition to our Creekside Park neighborhood! Aesthetically, it's exactly what I want from a breakfast/brunch spot: the decor is fresh yet charming with modern farmhouse details. Most importantly, it is bright, sunny, and flooded with natural light (which is what is sorely lacking at the breakfast place just down the road.) All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and even though the place was packed, the air remained light and calm, and the servers maintained smiles and good spirits. The food arrived hot, and I didn't have to wait too long for it. Now the food: this is where the star was lost for me. First, the outstanding: that Millionaire Bacon was perfection: sweet but not overly so, wonderfully seasoned, with a touch of heat. It paired deliciously with my perfectly poached eggs. I also tried the blueberry pancakes, which were not as light and fluffy as I prefer. The taste was delicious, but the texture wasn't to my liking. Also, the chicken sausage patties tasted too much like chicken and not enough like sausage. I look forward to another visit to try more of the extensive menu.

We had the pleasure of visiting First Watch on their opening day, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly, attentive service that made us feel welcomed right away. The atmosphere was bright, clean, and inviting--perfect for a relaxing breakfast or brunch. Our food arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Everything we ordered was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. One of the things I appreciated most was the wide variety of menu options. There is truly something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for something classic, healthy, or indulgent. I also tried their breakfast juice drinks for the first time, and they were a pleasant surprise. They were incredibly refreshing and flavorful, and the perfect complement to our meal. It's little touches like this that really make the experience stand out. Overall, the service was outstanding--our server was attentive, kind, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. For it being opening day, everything ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We left feeling happy, satisfied, and excited to come back again soon. I highly recommend First Watch to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This is a counter order deli- NOT like New York Deli at all as another yelper mentions. And we should know coming from New York. My husband and I agreed we would rate this 6 out of 10. Flavor wise the food here is equivalent to a toasted yolk. While it has a nice outside space and is dog friendly, a classic deli experience it is not. One side set up like a Starbucks counter and a small kitchen for made to order items on the other, the brick and metal interior just couldn't pull off a deli experience. Now if you are looking for a quick bite with some interesting flavor combos and a good cup of coffee with your dog or kids, this would be a good place. With a fun rainbow colored bagel to entice kids to eat and the outdoor space to run around and pet dogs, this is a nice neighborhood breakfast spot. For me, the production style food that came out lukewarm, the server who carried our tray of food around everywhere, even outside, before coming to us waving our number at him, the average seasoning of the dishes and the self serve and self cleanup, did not meet my expectations of a cafe much less a deli. Come here with an average rating in mind and you will enjoy it as such. Just don't call this a New York deli.

This is an order at the counter, pay in advance, and they give you a little flag with a number on it place. Okay, pet peeve one, I hate tipping in advance, but it is a common kiosk thing now. Pet Peeve 2 all the prices rang up a dollar or two higher than the menu prices. (Soup and sandwich menu price 13 rang up 15) I understand inflation is a thing but if you're going to raise prices, go ahead and hit print on some new menus. It's a short menu, it's only two pages long. Second fact, prepare to wait. Maybe one chef back there hand wrangling each burger or sandwich by hand. Third fact there's about six tables with comfortable chairs and the rest have hard plastic chairs. so if you are coming at a busy time, you aren't going to have a padded seat. Countering these irritations is the fact that the food is actually really really good. It is simple fare, but really well done. The potato soup hovered just on the soup side of the line between potato soup and mashed potatoes, but had fresh crispy bacon and scallions added right before serving. The roast beef sandwich had sliced roast freshly from the oven just for this sandwich. So we got five star food but the rest of the package doesn't add up for me. I'm going to give it four.

I do not like most mushrooms and didnt know this before coming but I still liked the coffee, as it seemed a little less heavy than traditional coffee for some reason. They have a decent food selection consisting of pastries and house-made latin/american dishes ranging from homemade chips and guacamole to Chilequiles. Note that all food is either vegetarian or vegan. The theme of the place is artisenal Latin/Mexican. If you dine in, you will receive your cold drink in a tall ceramic mug/cup most likely in an Aztec/Mexican style, while the hot drinks will be served in a mug and the food is served on festive plates. They play light Latin music in the background. They don't really advertise their syrups if you come in for an iced latte like me, but basically any of their artisanal coffees can be made iced or cold and you can choose from any of those ingredients/syrups in those choices to flavor your own custom latte. I also added a slice of banana bread from the pastry case adjacent to the register. The alchemist - a pretty light tasting latte with obvious notes of cinnamon. I liked it. Banana bread - more like a triple slice of bread. Its gluten free and very dense. A little on the dry side, obviously. Overall, I can see why they're highly rated. A must visit if you want to try some of the best coffee woodlands has to offer.
