The coffee has been consistently great. The first time I visited, I tried the iced chai. As an Indian, I'm pretty particular about chai since I usually make my own at home. It definitely had a nice kick of spice, but I realized iced chai just isn't for me. That's completely a personal preference, though. On my most recent visit, I ordered a vanilla latte, and it was excellent. The food is just as good as the drinks. I've had the pesto turkey sandwich and their breakfast sandwich, both served on their incredible homemade sourdough bread. The sourdough alone is worth coming back for. Service is also so good! The juice quickly arrived and it wasn't one of those tiny 4 oz juice glasses but a full size 16 ounce one and my wife tasted it and said, "that really is fresh squeezed juice!" My wife had the classic breakfast of scramble eggs, bacon, sauteed potatoes, whole grain toast and a delicious jam which she thought had berries of some kind but wasn't sure which ones. I had the Power Breakfast Bowl, which had protein-packed quinoa, Italian sausage, house-roasted tomatoes and cremini mushrooms, kale, Parmesan, lemon white balsamic dressing, EVOO and two basted cage-free eggs. I brought this to the cashier's attention and she offered to swap bakery items for the inconvenience, so that's 5 stars for service! While that has never happened with the same exact cookie at Third Gen, I know this is a pretty new business so they might still be working out certain things.
