BLT Eggs Benedict
Caryn C.

Thought I try something different and got the BLT Eggs Benedict it was mediocre. The lemon hollandaise on the Benedict was not to my taste. The ciabatta bread was hard and had to be cut with a knife. Will not be a choice in the future. Had a great server very friendly. The restaurant noise level was loud due to large crowd.

Pictured is the overcooked "poached" eggs and the underdone sunny side up eggs.

We were really disappointed with our visit. My "poached" eggs came out overcooked (like a boiled egg), my husband's were severely undercooked, and the potatoes weren't done. Even when the eggs were remade, it took 15 minutes and by then the rest of our food was cold. The pumpkin pancake had good flavor but was raw in the center, and they were also out of regular pancake batter and pumpkin donuts. Our waitress was kind, but service was slow. For a $50 breakfast, we expected better quality and consistency. Unfortunately, we won't be returning!

This place is one of my favorite breakfast places. It never misses!!! Service was amazing. Every time I go I always pair it with one of their juices which goes together so nicely. It's one of those breakfast places that you just want to take your friends and family to. The inside is very clean and well organized with the amount of customers coming in each time. Side note: Go as early as you can! It's packed the whole day especially on the weekends. Wait is usually 30-1hr depends on the time and day that you go.

Honey Caramel Crunch coffee

Visited Oct 19, 2023. I had the day off therefore brought my daughter here for a mommy and me date. I usually have a pretty decent experience. This day was not one of those days. I checked in online to speed up the wait time but it seems that it had the opposite effect. After I checked in and sat down I watched the host seat everyone who walked in after my check in first before attending to the virtual que. I was pretty upset. I went up to see when he'll seat me and he then said 'oh i was just about to call you guys'. Indeed he was because I was now standing there, but if I hadn't then he would have continued seating everyone else standing behind me before getting back onto the virtual que. From check-in to being seated took 22 mins. My mistake was sitting down after checking in. Everyone who walked in said they were just walk ins so I was feeling frustrated because after 20m I'm committed to the wait and do not want to drag out a hangry toddler to wait somewhere else. After being seated the server was nice but also forgetful. Food was good, decent size. The drink ordered was not good - Honey Caramel Crunch, it just had an awful aftertaste. Parking is in a shared lot and there are single gender specified restrooms.

Came here for lunch with three other people and a baby. We opted for outdoor seating so we could sit right away. I am kicking myself for not getting the name of the server because she was AMAZING. She checked on us regularly and food came out in a reasonable time. The only thing we would change about our meals were the following: my shrimp and grits and my sisters farmhouse hash had sundried tomatoes, but the menu advertised house roasted/regular tomatoes. I think that does change the flavor and grease levels. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Great food, fast service. Jennifer was really nice! Overall a cheerful breakfast place with cozy decor and a delicious menu!

French Toast, grits, egg

The food was good a good variety of healthy food. They have fresh made fruit juices . The service was quick and waitress was nice. I would say the noise level was a bit on the high side as the background music was kinda of loud and made it a little chaotic. We ordered BLTE was great, turkey sandwich was average, chicken avocado chop salad was great, grits with Floridan French toast with fruit was good. The pancake was not good had a weird taste to it . Overall would definitely return.

Chorizo Omelet with Hollandaise sauce

Great atmosphere and customer service at this beautiful First Watch location! From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with smiling faces and seated with no wait. Our server was awesome and made it an even more enjoyable experience! I ordered the Chorizo Omelet and it was absolutely delicious. My recommendation would be to get hollandaise sauce on top! The manager was also super friendly and even ran out to the parking lot to hand me a bag I forgot on my chair at my table. I was very impressed by the level of customer service shown by this amazing restaurant. I'll definitely be back to this location in the future. Thanks, First Watch!

Breakfast Power Bowl - Fantastic!
John H.

We have been to a number of these across the country, and when we arrived in town looking for a late brunch we saw this was in the neighborhood, so we stopped in. It was every bit as good as all the other locations that we have been to. Great food, great service, and very reasonable pricing. My wife got the Breakfast Power Bowl, which was a huge serving of quinoa, sausage, veggies, and 2 eggs. I'm some other locations they use meat substitutes, but this was 'real' meat sausage. I got the Baja Turkey Burger, which was a very tasty turkey patty with toppings that complemented the sandwich very nicely. It was a blast of fresh flavors. Our server, Mona, was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. All of the other employees that we encountered on the visit were equally pleasant, and I can see how that might be challenging as we were there right before closing. I'm sure they all wanted to wrap up for the day, but that didn't show in their attitude and delivery!

First watch is very subpar in my opinion there are several hole in the wall spots in the Nashville in Smyrna area that you can go to instead of this place it wasn't good enough to knock my socks off in my personal opinion but also not horrible. I did get the caramel crunch iced coffee and it was absolutely too sweet and I have a huge sweet tooth so that says a lot.

Cranberry Mimosa
Sami S.

1 of my favorite breakfast joints. My go-to is the Tri-Fecta: waffle, turkey sausage with scrambled eggs. That raspberry sauce that comes with the waffle, breathtaking. Since they are now serving mimosas made me a fan even more so I've ordered the Cranberry Mimosa. I'm usually here eating by myself or with my sister. Restaurant is sitting in a shared private lot. Services is top-tier for me. Staff members is attentive and always ask if we are okay. Last time I was here, my sister received a free drink. I think it was called the Purple Haze.

Basic multigrain pancake

First time visiting this place. Overall, it was a nice visit. It was EXTREMELY cold in the building but I will attribute that to being early in the morning and the weather being finicky the past week. Our waiter was very patient and accommodating. I was very pleased with the service. My food was tasty. I ordered the omelet with all of the meats, potatoes and a pancake on the side. The potatoes were really good but could have been hotter. The omelet was meh. The pancake was good but not as "huge" as the menu stated for the price. I also had the tropical drink they featured (without alcohol) and it was very tasty. I would definitely visit again. I think it's worth another trip.

We originally were sat at a smaller four-person table right by the roll up windows towards the front of the restaurant, and the draft was so intense, we were freezing even with jackets on. We asked to be seated somewhere else, which they did (although that spot wasn't much better), and placed another couple at the original table. Within minutes they had the same issue... bundling up, switching seats around, etc. our waitress seemed on the younger side, and maybe even new. But she appeared visibly confused with just about every request we had. Her response was usually "uhhhh..... okay" followed by us getting wrong drinks/food. The food overall was decent. The chicken tenders were juicy and crispy and the ranch was great. Their fries were delicious. It likely wouldn't be my first choice in picking a place to eat, but I do believe it deserves a second chance. I'll be going back when it's warmer to hopefully have a different experience.

The fettuccine alfredo had barely any sauce, was mostly oil, and the noodles were crisp on the ends. The burrito had a large amount of sour cream even though we specifically requested NO sour cream. The mozzarella sticks were bad, and the zucchini sticks were undercooked. The tiramisu we got was FROZEN, and the cannoli tasted nothing like it should, they forgot our drink (sweet tea) but gave us the straw for it. They also gave us a zip lock bag filled with what looked like coleslaw that smelt rancid, and there was a long black hair in the tacos, the sauce they gave for the tacos was good but in one of the containers there was something floating in the sauce, looked white. Only the wings were somewhat acceptable. I rarely give bad reviews, but this order didn't meet expectations at all, especially for the price.
