A group of friends and I came here for brunch on New Years Day. The place was bustling and we were told that the wait could be up to 1 hour or more. They were definitely booked and overwhelmed. We waited it out and were seated in a semi-private area. I wanted to try the Purple Haze juice, which was made with butterfly pea tea, but they were out of this. I was able to try the Millionaire Bacon, which was incredibly delicious. The Bacon is cooked with maple and has an almost candied quality to it. It was crisp to perfection and simply addicting. There was a Double Bacon Parmesan Hash special, which looked and sounded amazing so I ordered that. This was chock full of potatoes, onion, Parmesan cream and cheese, with a fried egg, arugula, and shredded Parmesan on top. There were also 2 pieces of bacon, but I wanted much more, especially because Double Bacon was in the name. The Egg was perfectly cooked with a slight crunch at the edges and well seasoned. The Potatoes were actually crispy with melty Parmesan on top. This was irresistibly cheesy and full of wonderful flavor. It was a very hearty and tasty meal. I think the addition of Millionaire Bacon would elevate the dish and make it even more enjoyable. The service could have been better, but I think it was because they were extremely busy and a lot was going on. The host was gracious and apologetic about the long wait, really doing his best to get us seated more quickly. However, our waitress was a bit curt and seemed like she couldn't be bothered by extensive questions about the dishes and unlisted prices. I would not rush to return. read more

Had a wonderful experience at First Watch with the entire family--grandma, aunts, cousins, grandkids, and even great-grandkids. It's not easy finding a place that can comfortably accommodate a large, multi-generational group, but First Watch made it feel easy and enjoyable. For the very first time, we went to a First Watch and did not have to wait for a table. And it was a Sunday after church. The place was filled but there wasn't a wait nor a long line. But we did a lot of waiting after being seated. Service was not great. Twice, I had to grab another waitress to get something because ours was nowhere in sight and had not been for a while. Otherwise, the food was fine. The pancakes are enormous. The French toast was yummy. The roast beef sandwich and omelette were good. Its always a dice roll when I come to this place. Often times I lean more to old school breakfast joints than "elevated" breakfast spots. The service can be good or it can be terrible and I say this after coming here multiple times. The servers can be rude and it loses the appeal of overpaying for breakfast. We've been going since the day this location opened. My wife and I go about 3 times a week (usually after the gym) the staff is always really nice, the food is always consistent, service is good, and prices are fair. My wife says their coffee is really good, I wouldn't know as all I drink is Diet Coke. We've had essentially everything on the menu from the pancakes, the waffles, sandwiches, omelettes, tacos, bowls, seasonal items, my wife gets their special drinks too. Like any restaurant everything won't be perfect, but they will ask and they will do what they can to make it right. The layout is good and most of the chairs are comfortable. We love First Watch for the fresh ingredients and we love the seasonal menu swaps especially the shrimp and grits when they have it. The restaurant's layout at this location is very open where its very farmhouse modern styled. Its perfect to grab a quick, healthy breakfast or lunch, fitting most busy schedules. I've been a few times, and it is just okay. The inside is fine, and the food is fine. Don't get the hot chocolate as it tastes like water. The pancake is dry. The avocado toast lacks seasoning. We usually go to the location by Sawgrass which we still like but thought we would have a taste of the newest one. Apparently it's been open for a month. It is a lot more spacious than the other location and they have some tasty cocktails which the other location doesn't. The food was as good as our usual spot.
