Came here around lunchtime from work. It was busy to my surprise. I guess alot of people wanted a brunch option as well. We were greeted and seated almost immediately even with the crowd. We were seated at a round table and told our server would be there soon. Our server took our drink orders first and returned quickly to take our food orders. They had a Fall Menu available. I really wanted the lemon ricotta pancakes and the honey chipotle chicken hash(from the fall menu) so my colleague agreed to split the two with me. I usually get the chile chorizo so I decided to try something different. Our food arrived in a good amount of time and we dug in. The pancakes were delicious as usual and so was the hash. We got our eggs scrambled and it had good flavor overall. We almost finished our meals but had just enough to take home. The service was good and the food was too! This good breakfast and lunch place has great items to choose from. The restaurant is packed with tables and chairs with warm interior decor. It's just a tight between some tables. Their biscuits n gravy are one of the best in town. Service was friendly and helpful. When it's crowded, service understandably gets a bit slow. We like this popular place. Restaurant setting is casual and comfortable, and service is always on point. It is also nice that they add seasonal items to their menu. Ate here at around 10am on a Friday and it was full! By 11am, there was a wait to be seated. The staff were kind and going as fast as they could. All the food was alright - good. My party got the blueberry pancakes (which lacked flavor but wasn't bad), the Belgium waffle (same thing flavor wise as the pancake) and the elote breakfast burrito. I wasn't mad at the burrito, it tasted good. The worst part of the whole thing was the coffee. My table got the pot of coffee and wow, their plain coffee is baddddd. I've gotten their specialty iced coffees before and they're really good, so their normal hot coffee being so awful is kind of sad. I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I arrived and waited for a table, only to see multiple parties who came after me get seated first. After realizing something wasn't right, I went to the front desk, and the staff member told me I "wasn't waiting" because she had never taken my name in the first place. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she implied that I was being dishonest, which was extremely frustrating. Another employee attempted to assist and said they would seat me soon, but there was no sincere apology--just visible frustration from the staff member who skipped me. I completely understand that Sundays are busy, but working in customer service requires basic organization and respectful communication. I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant chain since 2017, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, due to how I was treated, I don't plan on returning to this location. read more

I've been to other locations and like most, you will get a waiting time. There is plenty of parking here as it shares the parking lot with an Asian super market. Nice breakfast/lunch menu (they only do breakfast and lunch) with reasonable prices and the do allow certain modifications to the menu choices. The whole staff was efficient and friendly. Wait time was about 15 to 20 minutes, considering it was the weekend, it wasn't bad at all. Like the interior of the restaurant. I had the vegetarian benedict. The restaurant is always busy and bustling with a bit of noise. Servers were polite and friendly and aimed to please. I ordered my usual Floridian French toast (with fresh fruit and wheat germ) only to find out that they don't offer wheat germ anymore. Sigh. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my meal because they make French toast correctly (with the bread properly soaked in the batter). Hubby had an elevated egg sandwich with avocado and bacon and potatoes. He said the egg and avocado needed some seasoning because they were bland. The juices looked enticing but I could not afford the carbs; so, I washed down my meal with water. This is a quaint, family-friendly, breakfast spot. Although very busy, we were greeted immediately and seated within 15 minutes. While our main server was tending to other tables, a different server asked for our drink orders within 2 minutes of being seated. We ordered the Honey Bacon Brussels Sprouts Hash based on a recommendation from the server. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and paired well with the honey-glazed bacon and potatoes. The service was attentive and the food really impressed me! The option to have scrambled eggs soft or hard was nice, hardly anyone asks that. This morning we had a spontaneous breakfast run while we were in Plantation. The food and customer service was amazing. We were welcomed and seating right away without waitlisting. I tried the pork chile hash off their seasonal menu and I was in ahh. All the flavors complimented each other- my taste buds exploded with flavors. The pork was well seasoned juicy, and tender. The cinnamon chip pancake was airy and fluffy- melts right in your mouth. Inside was very clean and gave me a rustic feel. I'm very thankful for this chain opening up their business in South Florida. While I love their breakfast, I do not think I will return to this particular location again. The service was terrible. While they had plenty of waiters, it seemed as though our server Connie had more tables than she could handle. It felt like the ratio was their 1 table to her 4-5. I entered after my party was already seated. We were a party of 2 and when I sat, she had already placed her drink order. Once the drink came out, connie let her know the shot was missing and would be back. I was confused because she greeted me but didnt ask if I wanted anything to drink. After circling around our table tending others, Connie returned 5 mins later only to tell her the shipment for the shots hadn't come in which was when I interrupted and asked if I could order a drink. While she brought out our millionaire bacon in a timely manner, it seemed as though she took care of everyone but us. It got so bad, I walked up to the front to ask the hostess if we could have another server because we just wanted to eat. It's frustrating seeing others come in after us, tended by the same host, eating, and you're still waiting to order.
