On our drive to First watch, we placed ourselves on the waitlist. When we arrived we only waited less than 10 mins. Novia provided great customer service. She was attentive even if it was a busy day. I ordered an ice caramel coffee with extra cold foam. For the main course, we ordered the tri-fecta with scrambled eggs with cheese, Belgium waffle, and million dollar bacon. Everything was very good. The only thing the water cup were not cleaned well but I asked our server and she changed it right away. Overall the experience was good. read more

Came here around lunchtime from work. It was busy to my surprise. I guess alot of people wanted a brunch option as well. We were greeted and seated almost immediately even with the crowd. We were seated at a round table and told our server would be there soon. Our server took our drink orders first and returned quickly to take our food orders. They had a Fall Menu available. I really wanted the lemon ricotta pancakes and the honey chipotle chicken hash(from the fall menu) so my colleague agreed to split the two with me. I usually get the chile chorizo so I decided to try something different. Our food arrived in a good amount of time and we dug in. The pancakes were delicious as usual and so was the hash. We got our eggs scrambled and it had good flavor overall. We almost finished our meals but had just enough to take home. The service was good and the food was too! Glad we had something different for lunch and wont hesitate to eat here again! read more

Our meals were exquisite and cooked to perfection. My friend loved her meal so much, she scarfed it down in under 10 minutes. I lived the breakfast potatoes. My omlet was on point and so were the mushrooms. Definitely coming back! read more

This good breakfast and lunch place has great items to choose from. The restaurant is packed with tables and chairs with warm interior decor. It's just a tight between some tables. Their biscuits n gravy are one of the best in town. Service was friendly and helpful. When it's crowded, service understandably gets a bit slow. We like this popular place. In the weekend morning, expect a wait in line. read more

Nice menu with a good selection of sweet (wide selection of pancakes and French toasts) and savory items (eggs, omelets and salads). Restaurant setting is casual and comfortable, and service is always on point. It is also nice that they add seasonal items to their menu. For example, they were featuring Shrimp and Grits in their summer menu. Good solid choice. read more

Ate here at around 10am on a Friday and it was full! By 11am, there was a wait to be seated. The staff were kind and going as fast as they could. All the food was alright - good. My party got the blueberry pancakes (which lacked flavor but wasn't bad), the Belgium waffle (same thing flavor wise as the pancake) and the elote breakfast burrito. I wasn't mad at the burrito, it tasted good. The worst part of the whole thing was the coffee. My table got the pot of coffee and wow, their plain coffee is baddddd. I've gotten their specialty iced coffees before and they're really good, so their normal hot coffee being so awful is kind of sad. The inside has a lot of tables, and the booth seats are very comfy! read more

We have been here before , I alway love the look of the restaurant It's cute and homey reminds me of a diner in Alabama The waiter greeted up right away ! We decided to do the special menu My hubby loved his skillet and as for me my sandwich was way to sweet and I like an even blend of flavors but the honey and the jam were overpowering the rest of the flavors I wouldn't order that again read more

The only reason they are receiving a 3 star review is because the server Logan was outstanding! He greeted us with a warm smile and he was on point with his service. After finishing the first half on my sandwich I felt something in my mouth. It was a full piece of wax paper. I told Logan and he immediately sent the Manager over. He was better off sending my 15 year old as he stated oh sometimes that happens I will make you another, I said I don't want anything else. After ten minutes in limbo my wife asked Logan for the check and he said the Manager is taking care of it and is going to do something for you. I handed Logan $20 dollars and said your Manager needs to effectively learn how to communicate with guests. Retraining would be a good start for him. We walked and he didn't even look at us. That will be our last visit EVER to that location and possibly First Watch in general. Thank you for the horrible experience. Logan great job! You prevented this from being a one star review. read more

Came here again because I was in the area Still not good, not busy and open 4 top tables again I was sat in a 2 top table even after asking for a larger table it's not like there is going to be a mad rush for service Many open 4 top tables My last time at this location would rather travel the extra miles to get better service Would not recommend this location, you would figure that the manager would read some posts and find out a right fix read more

I've been to other locations and like most, you will get a waiting time. There is plenty of parking here as it shares the parking lot with an Asian super market. Nice breakfast/lunch menu (they only do breakfast and lunch) with reasonable prices and the do allow certain modifications to the menu choices. The whole staff was efficient and friendly. Wait time was about 15 to 20 minutes, considering it was the weekend, it wasn't bad at all. Like the interior of the restaurant. I had the vegetarian benedict. My and a friend both thought the salt level on the potatoes was high. Would recommend, but make sure you know that you might be waiting. read more

There is always a wait when we go to First Watch. But today it was only 10 minutes for a table for two. Lots of parking in the strip mall lot. The restaurant is always busy and bustling with a bit of noise. Servers were polite and friendly and aimed to please. I ordered my usual Floridian French toast (with fresh fruit and wheat germ) only to find out that they don't offer wheat germ anymore. Sigh. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my meal because they make French toast correctly (with the bread properly soaked in the batter). Hubby had an elevated egg sandwich with avocado and bacon and potatoes. He said the egg and avocado needed some seasoning because they were bland. The juices looked enticing but I could not afford the carbs; so, I washed down my meal with water. Brunch for two was about $30 plus tip. read more

We had brunch ... my girls loved it so much they made us order the million dollar bacon 2X .

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I arrived and waited for a table, only to see multiple parties who came after me get seated first. After realizing something wasn't right, I went to the front desk, and the staff member told me I "wasn't waiting" because she had never taken my name in the first place. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she implied that I was being dishonest, which was extremely frustrating. Another employee attempted to assist and said they would seat me soon, but there was no sincere apology--just visible frustration from the staff member who skipped me. I completely understand that Sundays are busy, but working in customer service requires basic organization and respectful communication. I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant chain since 2017, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, due to how I was treated, I don't plan on returning to this location. read more

Cody first of all was on the ball and fantastic. The kitchen on the other hand was not on point. Too much distractions. Their music back there over powers the music in the dinning area. Fresh ingredients, friendly service, delivered fast. That sums this healthy-ish style diner up. You can be as healthy or not as you wanna be here. I tend to alternate. Whatever you decide, I recommend the Kale Tonic. Refreshing and gives you a burst of energy to digest your meal with. Opted for the Italian omelet and a good ol cup of black coffee. You can go wrong with Amy of their egg or pancake dishes, lots to choose from. If you're feeling simple, you can ask for any number of eggs, any way you like em with a side of toast or English muffin with jam. Great spot to start your day with a meal that doesn't put you in nap mode. read more

This is a quaint, family-friendly, breakfast spot. Although very busy, we were greeted immediately and seated within 15 minutes. While our main server was tending to other tables, a different server asked for our drink orders within 2 minutes of being seated. We ordered the Honey Bacon Brussels Sprouts Hash based on a recommendation from the server. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and paired well with the honey-glazed bacon and potatoes. I was not a fan of the Gouda cheese; but overall, the meal was fantastic! We also ordered the Works Omelette with a side of grits. The omelette was savory and included bacon, sausage, mushroom, onions, and cheese. Most places do not make grits well but these grits were creamy and delicious. If you're looking for an affordable and healthy breakfast option, I definitely recommend this place read more

I typically go to a different First Watch location, but we were in the neighborhood and stopped by. It was busy. The hostess looked like she was doing us a favor by seating us. Our server was friendly, but not attentive My lemon ricotta pancake was good but missing the fresh berries & the glob of lemon curd looked unappealing. My daughter enjoyed her avocado toast - even though her egg didn't look fully cooked The blueberry muffin was good. The coffee carafe made me happy because our server barely came to our table The one thing I hate about first watch is having to pay at the front. The person ringing us was handling multiple ring ups on 2 registers and seemed mad I asked for a receipt. All in all, we will not stray from our other location. This one was just not as good. read more

I'm probably the last person on earth to try First Watch and after having it I'm wondering why it took me so long. Everything was delicious! The service was attentive and the food really impressed me! The option to have scrambled eggs soft or hard was nice, hardly anyone asks that. The sausage was tender and flavorful, really surprised me. And the waffle?! Probably my favorite part. It was actually incredibly soft with a perfect dust of cinnamon and powdered sugar and went great with their warm syrup! Their cheese grits also were a delicious side to add. read more

H -ighlight: Love the name! "First watch" because breakfast is the first thing you should think of when you wake up in the morning E -ats: The works omelette (egg white) consisting of sausage, bacon , mushroom, onions, tomatoes, and cheese. Also comes with some salad and toast. Overall, it was healthy tasting balanced breakfast. I love it egg white and the fact that it was packed like a burrito made it more valuable. So if you're a fan of something clean and healthy, get this 40 plus grams of protein meal. A -mbiance: nice wooden vibes. Nice lights and decor R -ating: 4.3/5 T -ips: Last two times I went, they asked if I wanted coffee before water. It's not free. LOL. But I believe it's unlimited. S -ervice: Service was spectacular. I've never been disappointed with First Watch. It's my to go breakfast spot. Also depending on the location they offer alcoholic beverages. This morning we had a spontaneous breakfast run while we were in Plantation. The food and customer service was amazing. We were welcomed and seating right away without waitlisting. I tried the pork chile hash off their seasonal menu and I was in ahh. All the flavors complimented each other- my taste buds exploded with flavors. The pork was well seasoned juicy, and tender. The cinnamon chip pancake was airy and fluffy- melts right in your mouth. Inside was very clean and gave me a rustic feel. I'm very thankful for this chain opening up their business in South Florida. They have new and exciting menus for all season. Each employee we encountered displayed a bright smile. They never cease to amaze me with their creativity and hearty meals. #ThankyouThursday read more
