Had breakfast here today and it was fantastic as usual. I love all the the healthy options they offer, especially the fresh juices. I had an omolette and the wonderful cheese grits. I also tried the millionaire bacon, which was okay but I'm not a big bacon fan. I like First Watch for it's healthy menu options, but even more for updating a tired breakfast/lunch concept. First Watch is open only till 3 pm each day and understands it cannot be everything, to everybody -- all the time. It's not IHOP, Denny's, Bob Evans, or even the Waffle House. If anything they're closer to the Wildflower restaurant concept with interesting fresh baked breads and muffins. As one of my friends noted, she comes here for the "great service, and a clean, bright atmosphere and consistent food". I would agree. I had the Monterey Club which comes with turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, monterey jack and mayo on multigrain for a reasonable $8.50. While my friend had the Breakfast Scramble which comes with spinach, ham and melted cheddar and monterey jack on multigrain toast. topped with hollandaise, also for about $8.00. Both were very good, well prepared and flavorful. Expect pay around $21.00 including tax, but before gratuities. We'll be back, enjoy! read more

This location was alright. We literally walked in right before the crowd on a Sunday. The staff is excellent! The food was good. Our bacon came out cold so we had to send it back. It was the same bacon reheated up. I feel in a microwave but i could be wrong about the microwave. The bacon came back on the same 2 plates in the same position we sent it back in. Love First Watch. They always have great food and service. That said, on Saturday after a round of early morning golf, six of us got on the wait list at a nearby First Watch in Champions Gate. When we got there the place was packed!! There were people everywhere...blocking the doorway, no place to stand and wait. We ended up leaving. OMG!!! Just completed a swim workout and needed to replenish. YELP found First Watch and on their menu was the Tru-Athlete breakfast. The 500 calories was insufficient for the replacement of the calories burned from the swim workout so I also ordered a side of potatoes. Fabulous menu with wide ranging choices for the healthy minded and those on a holiday break. Service was speedy and food delicious. While traveling through decided to stop and give it a try especially with a 4.5 star. I regret it. I had the traditional with cheese grits and bacon. Asked for it to be cooked light as I do not care for crispy bacon. It was over cooked and just crumbled. Toast was not warm enough for even the butter to melt. Eggs over medium cooked well. Cheese grits no salt. I could eat tell the server as after she took our order we did not see her again until we got a check. She didn't even bring our food. Someone else did. Not impressed and will not stop here again. On a positive. My wife had the wild mushroom frittata and it was excellent. So it may be a hit and miss here. I have written a previous review and gave 5 stars. I am now reducing this to 4, why you ask? It's the little things, the details. First I was asked if I wanted coffee, and when it came the server grabbed the cup on the table from where I was to drink from it, not the handle to pour my first cup. I asked for over medium eggs and they were slightly shy of hard boiled. It was offered to redo them, but I declined. I asked for toast and it was barely toasted, more like bread. Credit to my server, he was professional, polite and took the price of the coffee off the bill. I watched 2 guys wait 2 mins at the register before anyone came from the kitchen to take their money. This took my eyes to the AC return vents above the entrance, which were dirty looking, if not dirty then they need repainted. So it's the little things like this that means a star less for me. Didn't see a manager in my hour visit and the staff on several occasions seemed to all chat in the kitchen. Food is still good, love the re-model, this location just needs to tighten up a little. read more

Kitchen is accommodating to gluten free options. The bread is toasted in the same toaster as regular bread so for someone with celiac this dos not work. Some food can come into contact with gluten. This place says they care about people and their safety. Well, yesterday we went there and ordered the eggs Benedict. Something was TERRIBLY wrong w/ this food. Could it have been the eggs used in the Hollandaise sauce? I was SO SICK. Its now 24 hours later and my tummy is still not right. And, btw, the servers were less than friendly. When the runner brought our food, he threw the plates down and ran away. We noticed him chatting up the tables of young gals for whom he was all smiles and took his time. We were the only senior citizens in the place. No one ever asked us how things were nor we were we offered a refill on the coffee pot. My husband's breakfast of traditional eggs, potatoes and bacon was ok. The meal was $32 for the 2 breakfasts before tip.We shall NEVER return. read more

Great breakfast and lunch spot! You really can't go wrong with any of the options here as I've enjoyed basically every thing that I have tried. Most notably, their chickichanga entree is delicious! I love that they have healthy options available that are still very tasty such as the power bowls. This is a dry establishment, however their juices and coffee make up for it. I regularly enjoy their iced coffee and think it's one of the best in town. Be sure to come early as this place gets absolutely packed. This is a place I have visited several times in other locations. So I was expecting a quality breakfast and decent service. I ordered my usual Avocado Toast. I also ordered some grits-they were really yummy. They sent out the toast. The avocados were brown along the edges and tasted too lemony. The plate was stone cold. It was clear this was an order that had been sent back, saved to resell or something like that, so I send it back too but I had taken a piece of the egg. The next plate was the old eggs. You could see where I had taken my small bite prior. I send it back again taking a chance that it would get spit on. I should have made them comp me for the foolishness. Love this place! We have been here often in several different areas, and the food is consistently good. I love the varied menu and when we want "something different" for breakfast or lunch, we usually come here. Servers are good, seating is easy and the bill is reasonable. Their "healthy" choices are wonderful - love the avocado toast. My only negative comment is that we like to sit outside but their patio is right off SR200, which is noisy and smells of traffic.
