Had breakfast on Luther King holiday! Understaffed, slow service breakfast came cold! Not returning!

We are regular customers. Ordered after waiting 20 mins. Our water went to the wrong table We didn't get drinks until our meal was almost over. Food came out cold had to be recooked. Not up to standards at all. Food was refrigerator cold forgot to bring muffin until meal was almost done. Very disappointed. Probably won't return Good money thrown away on bad food. This is a very clean restaurant that offers a variety of foods that are far more fresh than what most restaurants provide. They have a fantastic "Bacado" omelet with bacon and avocado. The fruit cups are top-notch with fresh berries and grapes and very little, if any, honeydew melon (which is normally used as a filler at other restaurants). We really enjoy this restaurant and frequently visit for the breakfast menu. Oh, and the children's chocolate chip pancake is the best we have ever tasted! It is truly a marvel. Enjoy! read more

Wow! The BEST Pancake ever!! I ordered a pancake with banana,blueberry, and peacan and it was to die for. This is the bomb! So fluffy and delicious. All the fruits are so fresh and my kale tonic was fantastic~ The sevice here is superb,too. Torrey was super friendly and attentive! I will be back for lunch soon. I never give 1 star in Yelp to anyone but this place piss me off. First, their fresh squeeze juice was already pre maid, because you can't change ingredients. So I took simple orange juice which was watery and didn't taste fresh! Than I ordered ciabatta tartine which was toasted in old oils same as potatoes. They forget to put avocado there, even if it was on menu. But what forced me to give such a negative feedback is that after few bites of our food waitress drop check on the table! Are you serious?? This is your policy? We didn't even eat half of the food!!!! So you just want to kick people out of you place, without asking if they want something else, we wanted desert and tea after food, but obviously it's not permitted in First Watch. And place was half empty, if you think that they needed tables! Embarrassing for such a chain of food places. First timers! Definitely not the last! What a wonderful breakfast we had! We ranged in age from 3 to 73 and we all were in agreement that this is the best restaurant find ever. The variety of choices was amazing. It was challenging to reach a decision but we struggled through. The omelettes were unbelievably delicious. My great grandson had the waffle with fruit. The up front staff was the absolute worst we have ever seen. Granted we had a party of seven but they sat at least thirty people that had walked in after us. We waited over 45 minutes to be seated. They were rude and non caring. It finally occurred to them to put two tables together. We will never visit this place again. Called in a to-go order. Order was ready when promised...though missing my juice bar drink. Staff was very friendly, even offering my friend a cup of coffee while I was in the restroom attending to my youngest. We ordered the Monterey Club, Market Veggie, Day Glow and kid's Turkeywich. The Club and Veggie were very fresh and delicious. For sides, we chose fruit cups and seasoned potatoes. We were very pleased with both selections. The Day Glow juice was wonderful, though I was disappointed there was more ice in the cup than juice. Overall, I'd recommend this restaurant for a clean, healthy meal option. read more

This is a great little chain that offers healthy options for both breakfast and lunch. Although I don't eat here every week I would say at least twice a month and have always had great service and food. My personal favorite is the energy bowl, yogurt, fresh strawberries, bananas, and your choice of homemade granola or muesli. Can't go wrong at First Watch. read more

If you want some far out great tasting breakfast food, this is the place to go. Got take out from there a few days ago and it was awesome. It's not cheap but it is good. First, have to say , love the food. Usually have the market veggie sandwich & super kale salad. And I thought I didn't like kale! First Watch has great look and right up there on cleanliness scale. But, be prepared to gamble on the service. Went before the lunch rush, at least four waitress, plus one more helper. Got drink right away, she was going to bring back a straw, waited 6 minutes for her to take my order, said would refill my drink, she didn't. When someone else brought my order, asked for a drink refill and got it! Walking by me 3 or 4 times, I finally had to basically shout for my bill. While eating a couple sat next to me and asked me if I thought they were ever going to be waited on, just then waitress came. When I went to till to pay the bill, the man ahead of me said in all the times he has eaten there, this service was awful. He said he even had to wait 5 minutes to be seated and only 5 tables Were full. That man was given a free meal as was I. I didn't expect or want that. What I wanted was to have nice relaxing lunch, not be irritated ! Last time there, my waitress was good, I left her a double tip. read more

We dined at this location on September 24th 2017. It was a huge mistake. We have been there many times and have not had any issues before. We regularly dine there after church service every Sunday. We arrived as normal and gave our name to the girls at the desk. There was a major problem getting seated. We stood patiently for 35 minutes or more an still had not been seated. There were at least 30 to 35 patrons that came in after us and were seated before us. Granted there were 7 of us but rather than try to put a couple of tables together as they became available they continued to seat new patrons as the tables emptied out. At that pace we were never going to get seated. I made a couple of suggestions to the girls that were seating people and they did not take my suggestions well. After standing there for 25 minutes she told me that our table was being set up. Not true, since we continued to stand for another 10 to 15 more minutes. Years ago I worked in the food industry and had I treated customers in this manor I would have been out of a job. Very little effort was made to seat us until after 35 minutes we decided to leave and go over to Bob Evans. Then suddenly they made an effort to get us seated. Once we were seated, the waitress was wonderful, but after all that waiting when our orders arrived the sausage was under cooked and soggy. Very disappointed in this visit and will not visit in the future nor would I recommend this place to anyone else. You need to get some better hostess that know what they are doing.
