I can't say enough how excellent the service is here. If there were six stars, it still wouldn't be enough. At a lunch here, one of our party unexpectedly got sick and didn't quite make it to the bathroom. I have never seen more prompt and professional staff. They cleaned up so quickly and made the embarrassed sick party feel comfortable, even giving her a complimentary sprite to settle her stomach. I wish I could remember the name of our waitress. She was such a gem! Thank you to the entire staff of First Watch for treating someone's awful, embarrassing day with grace and compassion. Other than that, their fall menu was also very good. I love the diversity of healthy options, especially the egg-based ones. I tried the fall mushroom frittata, but the chickichangas will always be my favorite. read more

The service was great, we had a server who was attentive in the proper way. It was a bit of a wait, and was slightly more crowded than what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend coming about 10 minutes before you want to eat. The food was not bad, but could have been a lot better. I feel as though it needed a lot more salt and seasoning because it didn't come with much. The drinks were delicious though. I wouldn't mind coming here for a brunch vibe. read more

I'm here visiting and needed to have breakfast. So I searched near me and this came up as #1. So off I went! My breakfast was just what I needed and the waitress Allyssa was so nice, greeting me with a smile and a hello good morning! I loved that they serve you very cold water and leave a glass milk bottle for refills. I ordered their traditional breakfast with eggs over easy with sausage. The bread they serve is so soft and delicious! The potatoes cooked to perfection. There's even preserves they serve with the bread but I skipped it to dip it in my eggs. I ordered an Earl Grey tea which was served with honey & lemon. Just what I needed. Their specialty is fresh juice. I decided to get one to go. I went with their seasonal watermelon and it's very refreshing! I definitely will be back once more before I head home. I think next time I'll try something sweet like their banana fosters! read more

If I could I would give them a 10! The GM, Deborah, goes above & beyond to make her customers happy. We had fabulous food, great & friendly service & an enjoyable time! The restaurant is clean with an open air fill which creates a welcoming ambiance. I've never had a GM respond to concerns that have been written. Deborah is genuinely invested in her restaurant and all its workings. Thank you!! read more

Went to breakfast with my family. We ordered breakfast tacos, Homestyle Hash, Million Dollar bacon, kids Greek yogurt and kids waffle. Each dish was very flavorful, not over powering and made you so full you felt like you needed to roll out. The person at the front was very welcoming. Our waitress was very nice and kind. We enjoyed our meals and was a very nice atmosphere. Very clean! We will be back for more brunch and breakfast meals in the future! read more

After a long morning out in the heat hosting a garage sale with friends, we ended the morning with a late lunch. First Watch hit the spot and had a variety for everyone. My husband enjoyed a low carb breakfast. I had a wonderful Cob salad. Our friends enjoyed their breakfast & soup/Salad combo and their toddler had many options as well. The staff was friendly and our server didn't raise an eyebrow or get upset when the toddler spilled her food all over the floor. In fact her exact words were "That's what brooms are for". Oh and our friend asked for a sample of the vegetable soup. our waitress was kind enough to bring her out a sample which she loved and ordered some to go. We all had a great time, delicious meals and are looking forward to going back again soon. Thank you First Watch and the amazing staff for making our lunch out so enjoyable. read more

Good food, always a good spot for breakfast. A bit expensive, but what isn't any more.

I've always received great service and yummy food coming to this location. I enjoy the variety in the menu and think the pricing fits both what you're getting and your portion sizes. The location is easy to find, however, parking and navigating is quite the struggle on a busy morning. That outta the way, I certainly suggest stopping by and enjoying a nice breakfast/brunch! read more

My wife and I rarely go out for breakfast - usually the day's most unimaginative meal. Going to this restaurant has opened up new possibilities. Jennifer took great care of us. My wife had the Modern Croque Madam which she shared with me. This was simply amazing, featuring a sunny side up egg over Challah bread with fresh tomato slices, two cheeses and crispy bacon with a modicum of Parmesan cream sauce atop. I had the Brisket Corned Beef Hash topped with two sunny side up eggs. This dish had lots of meat along with perfectly cooked potatoes and peppers. I also have to give props to the management staff. They orchestrated the cooks, waitstaff and bussers to provide short wait times while still making each guest feel welcome and each plate made with care. read more

Food is tasty. Prices are a little high. Customer service is hit or miss. It is very loud in this restaurant.

Horrible customer service. Have placed orders here and they are consistently wrong/somehow lost and they wasted an hour of our time waiting for a to go order. Today I called to try to place an order despite this happening in the past and they wouldn't answer the phones for 30 mins, I finally get though and they tell me that we can't place any orders even though they don't close for 3 hours?? I'm done giving them chances and I wouldn't recommend you do either. Inconsistent and terrible service read more

First time here and it was yummy! Monday around 11am was a pretty full place, but I was seated right away. Food took a little long to arrive and the waiters were rarely seen, but that was OK. Food tastes good and it was a nice atmosphere. We paid at the front register after eating. I'd definitely come back, more of a light brunch and breakfast place and definitely good options! read more

We had gotten there and requested a booth and they told us they need 5 minutes to clean one up and told us they would send a message when it was ready. We waited 15 minutes for service before we decided to leave because they had seated at least 2 or 3 groups ahead of us. Not to mention how small and crowded it is inside, not comfortable at all. read more

Love that the Yelp app lets you know how long the wait is and that you can get on the wait list without having to be there in person. It was 9:30 am on a Sunday and we were driving around looking for a place to eat. Initially we thought we'd try out a brunch place that doesn't have a location in Tucson for something different. As soon as we drove up to this place though we saw a horde of people waiting outside. Nope - not worth it. We were hungry! Searched on Yelp and saw this First Watch location had a 14-20 min wait so I got on the wait list online right then in the car. When we got to the restaurant I checked in with the hostess and got a text 10 min later that our table was ready. What a painless way to get a table for Sunday breakfast! The place was packed, but service was quick and our orders were well prepared and delicious. read more

I ordered the banana foster French toast and it was SUPER yummy a little on the sweet side but that's to be expected lol, a family member of mine ordered the lemon ricotta pancake it was HUGE honestly it was big enough to share!! Had good flavor, fresh fruit & the tart yet sweet ricotta on top. My other family member ordered the savory pesto chicken quinoa bowl it was bomb!! All our meals were delicious I would definitely recommend coming here!! Definitely check it out!! I'll be back soon lol read more

We had a great brunch here on Saturday morning. The host and server were both friendly. My online waitlist request had us seated immediately. The food was tasty. The bloody mary was fantastic. Love how they are willing to accommodate vegetarians and vegans, and that they didn't mind when I wanted to change up a dish a bit when ordering. Will definitely be back. read more

Love this place. They are always quick. We've gone a few times since moving to this area and love it. The servers are always super quick and attentive. Never have a long wait. I do order the same thing every time I go. The eggs Benedict. It comes on a ciabatta bread and is just so different in a good way. The ham is thinly sliced and the sauce is soooo good. It has a really great hint of lemon. There entire menu has a artisan twist to it. It's not your standard dinner food - it has an upscale clean eating twist. And if you are ever looking for a spicy but sweet kick to your breakfast - get the million dollar bacon! read more

We both ordered waffles and omg, YUM!! The waffles are so airy and crisp with a side of nice warm maple syrup. We also ordered the million dollar bacon, extra crispy of course, and loved it as well. Our favorite server, Amber, is one of the best servers we've had in years- she never misses a beat and goes out of her way to make sure we're enjoying our food. Saturday mornings are for mimosas and brunch. Too bad this place does not serve mimosas! We came to First Watch after receiving a coupon in the mail for. BOGO free special. Since I got up early on a Saturday and we had nothing else going on, we stopped in for some juice and for some eats. I had good the Root Down (a mixture of beets, ginger, and other stuff) and the BLT Eggs Benedict. My juice was gingery goodness that woke me right up! All signs of drowsiness was gone. As for eggs benedict, they were okay. The eggs were overcooked and didn't ooze and delicious yolk when cutting in half. It failed that test completely. The hollandaise also wasn't as lemony or creamy as I prefer but I did enjoy all the fresh greens on the plate. They were both served on a piece of toasted buttery bread instead if the traditional muffin which I enjoyed since it gave it some texture. Bacon was cooked perfectly and I was satisfied. All in all, I wouldn't mind stopping in again but they definitely need work on the eggs benedict. 3.5 stars! read more

First watch is a consistently good breakfast spot. And for me consistency is everything. I had the bacado which is an omelet with bacon, cheese and avocado with a little dollop of sour cream on top. I think it is really tasty!!! The potato's it comes with is perfectly cooked meaning all the potatoes are soft and no hard spots and it has a really nice flavor. They have really good toast too! Their wait staff is so so but nothing to stop me from coming back here again. I would highly recommend this place. read more
