Went in to First Watch and I have to admit I am not impressed their food was sub-par at best. Not only was there no direction to the servers who were running around with their heads cut off but the coffee we ordered was burnt. I ordered and Bacon Avocado omelette to only find maybe 2 pieces of avaocado thatvwere black as well as eating burnt bacon. The "Fresh greens" they were slimy and you could tell that they were past their prime. My husband ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, the gravy was oddly gritty and chalky. His eggs were over cooked you could tell that the sunny side up eggs were DONE. Will say this toast was pretty good though. Will not ever be returning back to this place definitely do not suggest anyone to go. read more

Waited over an hour for food just to have it come out cold (as in the butter couldn't even melt in the toast), undercooked, and just downright horrible. When we commented on the quality,we mentioned that we were starving so we would just eat what we could. Server stated that nothing could be done to adjust our bill because we wouldn't let them remake it. We did not want to wait another hour for bad food. Didn't really expect things to be taken off but did expect the manager to at least come talk to us and apologize. read more

This place is SO good! We came for brunch and everything we had was fresh, local and delicious. Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgable about the menu and had some great recommendations. We had the farm stand breakfast tacos, Florentine Benedict and power breakfast quinoa bowl. My quinoa bowl was great; nice and clean while still being filling. Their detox juices are great as well! read more

First Watch is a real gem in Longmont. Their menu has a unique spin on breakfast. I only wish the Turkey sausage biscuits and gravy had less sodium. On a Saturday during the Christmas holiday we had no wait and were sat immediately in a booth upon our request. The coffee was good and strong- not like the black water you get at Denny's. I chose the Hacienda hash which was two eggs and avocado mash over potatoes and chorizo with chipotle ketchup and perhaps I'm forgetting a few ingredients but holy smoke it was one of the best tasting breakfasts I have ever had! I can see why it's the most popular thing on the menu! My friend got a sandwich with bacon and egg and I felt it needed maybe a little kick but was also quite good. The French toast looked awesome but I don't eat gluten so I didn't try it. Props to them for having some quinoa bowls with veggies. Love this place. Location could be better but whatever. read more

I bet you can't go wrong here! Farm to table concept with fresh ingredients. I had the pesto power bowl and my husband had the chickenconga (I don't remember how they spelled it). This is probably better the snooze! Portions were great and a double bonus their meals/nutritional value was listed in my food tracking app which made tracking more accurate. I enjoy First Watch, and love that there is a seasonal menu. The prices are on the higher side for breakfast. For two main dishes and two coffees, we paid $32 before tip. I can appreciate that there is coffee and water at the door for those waiting for a table, nice atmosphere, and great service. Also love that I was able to swap my side of potatoes out for greens. Besides the price being a bit steep, my only other complaint is that there aren't more sugar options for my coffee besides stevia and sugar in the raw. read more

Absolutely Delish! I had the avocado on toast with eggs and my husband had the chia seed granola bowl- both were fantastic! Prices are reasonable, service was very good, food took a little longer due to being super busy but came out nice and hot and waited about 10 minutes for our table during a busy Sunday morning. I had the Salmon Benedict. I had to search for the salmon. There were 3 tiny slicers, not much salmon comes with this dish. The menu calls the greens have a light dressing. It didn't say it is a vinegar dressing. I don't like vinegar. So, I didn't eat them. When I mentioned the menu should print a vinegar dressing, I received an attitude from the person I was paying. Wow! This place is simply amazing! Nice atmosphere and friendly, attentive waiters and waitresses. The multigrain pancakes are pretty good, but I'd order two as they aren't exactly as big as they say they were going to be. The food is ok but the noise level is unbearable. First they remodeled and made all the surfaces hard so the sound reverberates throughout. Then they added rock music for breakfast which is so loud that conversation is difficult. The manager said "Corporate" makes then keep the music loud, and he could not turn it down. Breakfast was good but on the expensive side. With the noise level, we have decided never to return. There are alternatives!!!! read more

Today I came here with my family who were visiting out of town. We were seated immediately. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to take our drink order we finally had to flag someone down. We asked for regular and decaf coffee. It took 25 minutes for the decaf coffee to be delivered to our table. The place is 40% occupied and we've been seated 35 minutes and we still don't have our food. Overall: okay, not great. The menu looks fabulous and the avocado toast is. Fritatta was dry and over cooked. The pumpkin spice pancake was crumbly in spots and under cooked in others. When I inquired about the "maple" syrup, found out it wasn't 100 per cent. Probably mixed with high fructose corn syrup. Yes! I recently went here for a nice breakfast by recommendation from a friend. I must say that literally everything they have on the table tasted amazing! For example, the "million dollar bacon" is probably the best bacon I've ever had! I will admit that some of the prices are a little up there, but in my opinion it's worth every penny. Most of the staff are excellent and the service is fast and friendly. I also love the environment, it so clean and modern. I feel like I could have breakfast here every morning:) read more

The wait was long,but if the food is good then it's ok, right?! It started with no clean silverware and went down hill from there. I ordered the margarita and it was a sour mess of disappointment! The food came...and the kids drinks were forgotten about. When the food did arrive it was less than stellar. My husband couldn't finish his burger it was too soggy. A salad, how can that go wrong?
