The host and server were very friendly, my only issue would have to be that I specified to the server I would like Grapefruit Juice twice, but was still brought Cranberry Juice. I'm sad that the chimichurri steak & egg hash is seasonal as it was so good. The egg was perfectly cooked and the yolk flowed nicely down to cover the steak and potatoes. I believe I gave 5 stars previously but for today I had to subtract a star. I get it was a busy day but I don't think there was any excuse really for what happened. Drinks usually come first, my friends didn't get their hot chocolate until we were already eating, and halfway into eating my bf still had not received his barbacoa tacos. Initially service was good, our server kept coming back to get our order as my friends were running late and we were waiting for them. After we got our food it was then hard to find her. I believe the waitress either sent the manager or she was walking around, either way I appreciated the fact that they removed the late item from our bill. Food is always good, I had the club sandwich substituted with croissant, and a cup of tomato basil, it was all fresh and delish. My foreman enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and her mini me enjoyed the pumpkin pancakes. My bf also enjoyed his barbacoa tacos. We got the Morning Meditation juice, the Farmhouse Hash, and the Bacado Omelet. The juice was AMAZING! So refreshing, and you could taste every ingredient that was in there. It wasn't too busy when we came in, but when we left around noon, a line started to form. I was craving something sweet so I went with the classic chocolate chip pancakes. Their pancakes are some of the best I've had. They are fluffy and light. Buttery goodness. The syrup is served warm and hot. I love drizzling it over my pancakes and dipping them in the syrup. My friend really enjoyed his lemon ricotta pancake as well. He could taste the lemon flavor throughout the pancake batter in addition to the lemon curd. I also tried the mint mocha, which was a miss. The first time we came here, it was relatively newly opened. Had a few service hiccups, but the food was very good, and the pancakes are some of wife's favorites around. We have been back a few times since, this last time was just outstanding thanks to Rogilio. One of the best waitstaff of any restaurant we have been to. We always start with the granola crunch pancake and then either split an entree. My favorite entree is the salmon bennie, but I did recently try the breakfast sandwich (san bacon/bacon on the side for the beau). First Watch almost always has a wait, but not many people know that you can get on their waitlist by going to their website to join their digital wait. It's worth it. This location also has a patio and bar seating. For bar seating, you can seat yourself (another way to skip the line). Love their coffee. If you're looking for a hearty, filling, delicious breakfast, this is your spot. The farmhouse skillet hash is my absolute favorite here. Don't worry the eggs come with the whites I removed them after getting my food (I personally prefer the yolks). The whole meal is very filling and it's a pretty big serving in my opinion. The million dollar bacon is pretty delicious if you like bacon and maple syrup/honey. I think it pairs beautifully with the skillet. Overall the food is pretty delicious. Only thing is I try to have it in moderation, I can tell I'm eating a million calories when I eat here, nothing wrong with that but this the epitome of fattening American breakfast. They have some very creative dishes and fun combinations, they also have a whole healthy section if that's what you're looking for but I do think the best stuff is the bacon/potatoes/chesse/pancakes/waffles/all the high calorie stuff lol. The service is pretty good but be warned that this place fills up and often has a wait on the weekends, if you're in a rush I would call ahead to make sure they have available tables. Gosh, what can I say? The only good experience was that the server was nice and really tried for us. The food coming out of the kitchen was not good. I ordered the classic eggs benedict, which I often order as a go-to besides pancakes. Never in my life have I seen boiled eggs in an eggs benedict. The best part of an eggs benedict is the runny yolk. The potatoes were also unevenly cooked - under and overcooked. Most of the dish was not edible. I picked at it. The ham was similar to a shaved deli ham, and the bread was not an English muffin. The hollandaise sauce was lemony. I informed the server that the eggs should be poached and not boiled. She said she'd get me a new one. The second time, the eggs were soft boiled. I ate the eggs but didn't feel like eating the rest. Potatoes were still the same. One of my friends ordered the elevated egg breakfast sandwich that was supposed to be on a brioche bun and have Gruyère cheese. It looked like a hamburger bun. Didn't seem so elevated. My other friend's farmhouse skillet also had flat eggs that weren't over easy, and the potatoes were also like mine. Upon leaving, the half of the restaurant we were seated in didn't have any tables bussed. I saw a stack of plates, and on the top was an uneaten eggs benedict also with the eggs boiled. UPDATED Review from 8 months ago. I placed an online order and was instructed to come to the back to pick it up. Cool, no problem. My order wasn't ready, cool, it's a holiday weekend. Someone from the back comes out and asks what I'm waiting for and he says he put it out already and someone must have taken it and I have to wait for it to be cooked again. This isn't a sound system to have in place if pepper can walk in from the back and take other people's orders. I'm good on this location and won't be coming back here. This is the 3rd negative encounter out of about 5 or 6 visits I've had with this location. I'll drive further out to another location. read more

I am a fan of First Watch, normally they have good service at all locations. But I don't know if I just have bad luck and got a terrible waitress or if it was because it was a Sunday. The wait wasn't too long, so we got our table in about 15 minutes, and that was the beginning of this bad experience, no waiter or waitress showed up in about 10 minutes of being seated, so we had to ask for help,5 min later a girl comes to our table with the most rude attitude, she didn't even say anything about making us wait for her, anyway, we are trying to have a good time, so we don't pay too much attention, and we ordered coffee and milk, which they always bring in this little metal pourer , but she brought us a huge glass of milk and we were a little surprised, so I said, no we didn't order a glass of milk, we just wanted milk for our coffee, and once again with a bad attitude she says "Im not gonna charge you for the glass of milk, we just don't have the little milk dispenser" and I was surprised she even said that because I didn't think I was gonna be charged for it, but she made it seem like we couldn't afford a glass of milk. Well moving on we ordered our food and once again she disappeared, never came to check on us, but someone brought our food and then another waiter comes to check on us, very nice young man, and we asked to be helped by someone else since our waitress was rude and never there, he said he would take over our table and after that the experience completely changed. Food was good. Ambiance was good. Nothing extraordinary. I just hope this girl finds another job, customer service is definitely not her passion. read more

We tried out this new spot on a Sunday morning, it wasn't crowded when we arrived at about 8:45 but by the time we left it was getting packed. The food was delicious, I highly recommend the bacon appetizer, its sweet, savory and melts in your mouth. We had the bacado omelet with a large chocolate chip pancake and the chicken pesto hash and enjoyed it all. The kale tonic juice was really nice, just the right amount of sweetness. They have high chairs, boosters, and kids meals, so they are very kid-friendly. We had great service. One thing to note - you order at the table but then pay at the counter. Here's what we had: - Coffee: They leave the carafe on the table, which is nice, but they only have pre-packaged creamers and half-and-half - Cinnamon chip pancake meal: I believe this was a seasonal item, and I really enjoyed it. It came with 2 eggs plus my choice of meat, which they let me sub out for their potatoes (thanks!), which were really flavorful - Chocolate chip pancake kid meal: There were plenty of chocolate chips in the pancake. The chocolate milk looked like it was made from a powder mixed with regular milk. - AM Superfoods bowl: I didn't try this because I thought it was just yogurt when my husband offered it to me, but he said it is good. So I finally got an opportunity to go to First Watch especially since there's one closer to me. I sat at the bar and was trying to decide on the Chickenchanga and the Farmhouse Hash. The waitress said the Chickenchanga was most popular so I decided on that. I read the details of the dish and it said Vera Cruz sauce but when I received my food it looked like hollandaise I verified before the waitress left. I tasted it and it was decent but something was missing....Pico..yep i asked for a side and that made it pop with some flavor. I would order it again but Tex-Mex it up remove the Vera Cruz sauce and add sour cream and Pico. read more
