Great Menu, Great Service - Great Food - we are from S CA and love going out to a great breakfast - we are staying at The Gaylord and weren't excited about $50 for. Breakfast buffet so found First Watch on Yelp - we were not disappointed! They were very busy but we were seated quickly as soon as a table opened up it was cleared and reset in lightening speed - our server Stephanie greeted us immediately with a carafe of coffee and ice water for our table! - nice touch - our meals were delicious and eggs cooked perfectly - I had the Parma Hash - the portion so large it still looked like I barely ate anything and the multigrain toast was delicious- my husband had Barbacoa Benedict he left no trace of it on his plate - oh and the juice is fresh squeezed! read more

SUCH great breakfast food. If you're a fan of bacon, try the Millionaire's Bacon. It was the very best bacon I have ever had in my life! I had the Farmhouse Skillet also and it was delicious. read more

Horrible experience. Service was slow. Manager was so rude and inattentive. The table was dirty and had used empty creamers spilled on it. I usually love this restaurant but I will be driving to eat at a farther location in the future. read more

I was pretty impressed with this place. I didn't realize it was a chain restaurant though. I had the eggs with Quinoa. The only thing I didn't like is that there was a lot of lime juice. Which I wouldn't of minded so much if they have it on the menu it just made it a little sour tasting. Portions are really big here. read more

The food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was very busy on a Saturday morning, but we did get seated right away. The service was awful, we waited 11 minutes after being seated just to see a waiter. He was not at all friendly and would have expected him to explain the menu choices a little, but he was not helpful at all. It took 20 minutes before we could give our order and another 23 to receive the order. Again the food was fine and they certainly have a better variety of fresh / healthier dishes than almost any other in the area, I have no plans to return, can't wait almost an hour to receive food for breakfast. read more

Really great fresh breakfast and brunch food. The wait is normal anywhere from 20-30 minutes, especially on the weekends, but if you get there before the rush you'll be sure to get in. I got the Avocado toast and it was great! read more

Chain breakfast/brunch. Not bad, not great. I'm an eggs Benedict slut and that's something hard to mess up. So as usual came for breakfast and we wanted a First Watch favorite "millionaire's bacon". Fourth visit to this one and the 4th time they have run out. I'd say someone needs to learn how to order product to make sure you don't run out during your open hours. It has happened at busy times and weekday mid-mornings. Phenomenal! I wanted to go to brunch for my birthday so my sister decided we go to First Watch. When we got there, although it was busy, we were seated immediately. We all ordered different things but everyone was very satisfied with their orders. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with potatoes and a hard fried egg (I don't eat eggs so i gave it to my son) and it was perfect. My mom raved about the broccoli cheese soup she had and her coffee. My son raved about The Works platter that he had and his hot chocolate. They get two thumbs up from me!!! read more

First off, I generally love this place. Great food, lots of healthy stuff, great atmosphere. What costs this place its stars is that the last three times I've been here I have had a long wait from the time I got a table to when I actually got waited on. Every time apparently there was a mixup as far as who was assigned to my table. Once I had an hour wait between arrival and getting my food. Each time it happens I think it must have been a fluke because things are great otherwise and were fine before, and each time it happens again. Not sure I will be coming back, at least on weekends. read more

This was my first time eating her and it is a great place to get food. The wait is a little long, but it is honestly worth it. Our waiter was incredibly kind, and the food was delicious. 10/10 recommend. I ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs and seasonal fruit. I was a little hesitant on the fruit because I have had some bad experiences with "fresh fruit" , but to my surprise it was actually fresh. The only reason I gave it a four rating is because the wait is a bit long like I mentioned. I will definitely go back. read more

I always up to try new breakfast/brunch places as it is my favorite meal of the day. We went there around 11 on Sunday. As we walked in the door, there's one staff standing at the register up front, busy cashing out a line of customers. There's nobody at the host station. We stand there behind another customer for a while. Nobody is acknowledging us, so we asked a lady in front of us, if this where we supposed to be. She said she doesn't know either since it's her first time here too. After standing there for at least 5 minutes, a man came over and put our name down on the list. Granted they were busy, a simple "Hi, someone will be with you in a moment" would have been nice. After that we step asides and had a cup of coffee that they have set up by the door. This is a plus. Not long after, we got seated by who might be a manager since he seems to be doing everything. He greeted us when we got there, seated us, took our drinks ordered, brought our drink over and again took our food order. We only see our server when she came over and asked if our food was ok, and brought us a check. The food was good, not great. I had an eggs Benedict. It didn't come with a usual English muffin. The bread that they serve is crispy and tasty, however makes it a little more difficult to eat than English muffins. Sauce is a little bland for my taste. I can't remember what my husband had, I remember it was pretty tasty. As far as the price goes, I feels that it's on par with other places. Overall, this place doesn't makes me dream about going back, but will definitely stop there again when I'm in the area. read more

First off, I'm an early riser so I had no wait and that made for a much better experience on my part. Upon first seeing the cafe I thought "eh, maybe an okay place but I'll keep an open mind" but as I was seated promptly and offered coffee immediately I was surprised. The atmosphere had a modern feel to it while keeping the classic cafe feel. I ordered an omelette with egg white, cheese, spinach and avocado which was perfectly cooked. The ham was tender and delicious. Make sure you try the toast with jam as well! The coffee was bold and very good flavor with plenty of creamers to choose from. Once I was finished I already had my check and paid at the front with very friendly service. All in all I'd recommend this cafe to anybody 10 times over! read more

First Watch is one of my favorite brunch spots. I have been to multiple locations including Knoxville, Charlotte and Nashville. This was my first time at the location. We sat down and had dirty cups, requested new ones twice and waiter insisted he asked the bus boy to bring them over and over but never just remedied the issue; so 20min in we had no water. Then one meal came with under cooked eggs, the two meals that had country seasoned potatoes came undercooked, they weren't crispy but instead mushy. The sandwich that should be toasted was just cold bread. Instead of apologizing and fixing issues the waiter kept acting like he didn't know what was going on and was insistent to blame others. This was just poor service and food and it's very sad considering how much I enjoy this restaurant and it wasn't even busy. I truly hope they can get it together. read more
