My favorite breakfast place. Service is always awesome. Restaurant and the bathrooms are always clean. Also the little stickers they give out randomly are adorable.

We were seated right away, at the last hour of the days business, with almost a full house. Quick and friendly service. Food was served fast and hot and fresh. A pretty busy place with lots of staff, good to see. Cute decor and clean.

Breakfast with a smile. Your more upscale breakfast place in town. We are glad we got a chance to stop in and check out the place.

The Traditional. Two over medium eggs, turkey sausage and potato's.

Well as most of my followers know I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but I've always liked the First Watch locations I've visited and the Hampton location is no different. Today the wifey and I both got the Traditional. Both with 2 eggs over medium, turkey sausage and potato's. As for the meal - it was very good and hit the spot. Let's talk about service because that's what really shined today. Our server - Zachary (Zac) was absolutely great. I mean this fella greeted us at the door and sat us down. 2-3 minutes later he was collecting our order. Within maybe another 3 minutes we had our drinks and maybe 8 minutes later we had our meals. Zac checked on us several times and kept our drinks full. He was outstanding. Now here is another kicker. During our meal another person (lady) didn't catch her name, I'm assuming a manager, came to our table and the tables around and made sure our meal and time there was good. That was a very unusual service and I noticed how rare that was. So basically a real descent meal with outstanding service. As for the location. It's in a strip mall and had plenty of parking. The restaurant appeared well cared for and clean. We didn't use the restrooms which is often a real tell of a location. So listen if you're hungry, go ahead and give this place a try. I don't believe you'll be disappointed.

I really liked this place! I visited my daughter and we stopped for breakfast and were so impressed! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and really good food. You gotta try them!

Use the app online to check in faster before arriving! I live First Watch! It's me go to whenever I have time to brunch on the weekend. We went this time to use a gift card we received. I loved the new drink they had, the hibiscus punch. Very refreshing! I was also super excited about my favorite pancake, cinnamon chip. However, it was a little burned. I know the chips make it a different texture, but I didn't eat over half of it because it just was too hard. It was very disappointing. My husband enjoyed his burrito and the rest of my breakfast was delish. 4 STARS! I know I'll be back and this was a fluke. I still love First Watch!

Jennifer was amazing. Super dope server who was hilarious. My first time at this location. My food was so good. Service was top notch. I chose the turkey bacon sandwich but subbed for the million dollar bacon. Great choice. We'll be back STAT!

Although first watch is a chain, we found ourselves feeling well taken care of and the food was delicious and fresh. Our server was great, very sweet and attentive. I got one of the "hash" breakfast dishes while my husband got one of their seasonal items - the carnitas quesadilla. Both were yummy!

The Hampton location is convenient for me but not my preferred location. Honestly, with the service I received last time I went to visit, I may only want to go to this location moving forward. We were seated outside pretty quickly. If you know the outside area is by a busy road so it is a bit noisy and harder to hear those at the table with you. We didn't mind it this day as we were on a time crunch. I was eager to see if they offered gluten fee French toast as I know it varies by location what they would make off the menu. The server asked if it was per allergy or preference. I let her know I was gluten intolerant, and it was per allergy and wanted to be sure they would prepare it in a safe manner. I was so happy when she told me they could accommodate this. The price was $10.99 . I added a side of fruit for $5.49. A little pricey but I was impressed with the French toast. It was tasty and now I know there is another option I can add to the list.

Ask the Community - First Watch

Are customers available to make reservations?

You can reserve seating ahead of time (same day) with their app or on yelp, then you have 15-20 mins to check into the restaurant.

Does first watch serve alcoholic beverages? Mimosas, sangria, etc?

I don't know why so many people said no to this, they have several alcoholic beverage options. They're listed under the juice choices on the drink menu! They usually have some seasonal options as well that they have on the big chalkboard.

I was in the mood for fish and grits and although they did not have the combo on the menu the waitress instructed me how to order it. I only have two negative comments: 1) I asked for cheese and eggs and they just put the cheese on top of the eggs instead of cooking it together, and 2) I ordered biscuits and they were hard as hockey pucks. I asked the waitress about it and she said different cooks make them different ways so I ordered toast. I have had their biscuits many times before and they were delicious. Whoever the cook was on biscuit duty that day needs to not be chosen for that duty in the future. Overall, my experience was great as usual. All cash business, no credit. I was prepared!

After being seated, the staff informed us that their…read morerefrigerator had broken down the previous evening--something that should have been disclosed prior to seating guests. I ordered chicken wings, and when they were served, I noticed visible blood on the bone and meat, suggesting they were either undercooked or not properly handled. This raises serious food safety concerns, especially in light of the earlier refrigeration issue. Shortly after eating, I began experiencing stomach discomfort, which made the situation even more alarming. Food safety is a basic expectation when dining out, and this experience fell well below acceptable standards. I hope management takes immediate steps to address both food handling practices and transparency with customers to prevent this from happening again.

They made an excellent omelet after modifying the choice of meats and vegetables for my taste. The eggs for the omelet was smooth without being burnt. Food inside the omelet was hot. I added a hash as a side and it too arrived hot. Coffee is ok. I prefer a stronger like mud coffee so it was ok. The atmosphere was nice: clean restaurant, appropriate wall decorations, booths and tables in good repair. Service was quick and accurate. Both gals serving were hospitable and always quick to top off coffee or water / drinks. Prices are reasonable; however, like many places today, their suggested tip starts at 20% and is on the total bill, including tax. Gratuity is supposed to max at 15% and on the subtotal before tax. I'm good with tipping extra here as the service earns it, but I didn't care for how the bill showed up. Food, service and atmosphere for a small diner is 5-star; coffee is 3 which is roughly 4.5 so Ferttita's is rounded up to a 5-star. Especially for the happiness and service of the staff. Let me tell you they have some mocktails on the menu. I absolutely love that! I've been saying we have a string market for mocktails. But, the Petron flight is so aesthetically pleasing. I Next we ordered our food. Buttermilk biscuits with an apple compote paired with a streusel topping. You can have the biscuit just the way it is, or put the apple compote on top, and finish it off with the streusel topping and it really is a great mesh of all flavors! The fried green tomatoes were my favorite! You have to put all the ingredients together... the salad, the sauce and the tomato. There was so much flavor! The berry french toast was my favorite sweet treat of all the things I tried. The gumbo was packed full of shrimp, meat, okra and more. The temperature was cool not as hot as I would have liked. But, that's nothing hard. The place does not lack flavor one bit. Our waitress Shana handled our table of 8 with ease. She was on it. There were other food runners helping out as well. Everyone was great! Making a reservation was easy. They were able to accommodate our party The portion sizes meet the price. To some pricing maybe a little much to some, but if you sit back and see what you get both portion and flavor it all adds up. Parking is a large lot shared with various businesses. Overall this was a pretty good spot to come to.

Whether it's with friends or just the two of us, we've never been disappointed. Let's see how this visit went. We were immediately seated once we walked inside. It wasn't completely packed for a Saturday afternoon but staff was really busy with customers. The vibe was one that made us comfortable for the most part. After a few minutes of looking over the menu, we were ready to order. My selection was the Tavern Monte Cristo which consisted of chargrilled chicken and ham as the protein with Gouda cheese and cider aioli fried in a tempura batter with tavern fries. The meal was served hot and ready and tasted great. And having the cranberry coulis as a dipping sauce really added some taste. My only gripe with the sandwich was the amount of protein. I'm not sure if I ate most of it when we dined in, but when I ate the rest for dinner, it was more breading than anything else. Still good but they could've included more. Nonetheless, I was full. Good stuff as always from Park Lane Tavern :)

Another Yelp Reviewer's suggestion for the win!…read more I happened to be in the area today, and after my first stops, I needed something to eat. Again, thanks to other Yelpers, I found this place. I'm so glad we found it. This place does have a small private parking lot, which is a good thing for the area. The interior was nice, large, and seemed very clean. Plenty of seats inside and a few tables outside. The fella who served us was very nice, pleasant, and took care of us. Now let's get to our meals: Holy mud were they good. The wifey had The Jim Boy. Which is a couple of eggs, a couple of sides, potatoes, and toast. She tells me the whole meal was very good with the potatoes being the flavorful standout. As for me, I had The Lumberjack. Wow was it good. It was smashbrowns topped with 3 eggs your way, fried chicken breast, sausage gravy, and a buttermilk biscuit on the side. Their website pictures were different from how it was presented to me today (not that it means a thing). Again what a wonderful flavor. The biscuits were great and the sausage gravy was fantastic! I will say this it is a very filling meal - you will not be hungry after eating this. So with all this said, I highly recommend this place and I'm sure I will be back. I might even try to hit it for lunch next time. So if you're looking for a place - go ahead and enjoy this place.

I saw when she took it back her and a few other waitresses just looked at the food giggled and looked at the plate.
