Great food, service and atmosphere. Of course I met the bathroom since I was with my twins...we can never go to a restaurant or anyplace without having to visit the bathroom. With that being said it is kept clean. I like that it's private bathrooms and they have a total of 4 if I'm not mistaken. If you get there on a weekend after 10am you best believe there's a wait of 20 minutes minimum. Anyways everything we ordered we enjoyed. The waffles, pancakes, million dollar bac9', million dollar potatoes, the chia fruit bowl and so on. My least favorite which I won't order or pick as a side is the sausage. read more

I came to First Watch with my mom to have lunch. I asked for the Egg Benedict BLT. I asked for the food not to be assembled because I like my toast to stay very crisp. The food was very good. The hollandaise sauce had a great lemony taste. The food was served promptly. The side potatoes were also very tasty. The dining room and bathrooms were clean. Solid spot for Brunch, there's many options to choose from & something for everyone. It's a nice spot we decided to sit outside due to the great miami weather. Drinks were actually really good, I have to say I got 3 different drinks & enjoyed each of them. I'm sure any other options would've been great aswell. I will say the food is good but nothing out of this world. It's definitely better than any other average breakfast spot. I would say prices are ideal for what you're getting, not overpriced at all. If you're coming here on the weekend, CHECK IN ONLINE. It was our first time coming here, just a party of 2. We were told to sit at the outside bar which was being rained in. We came back in to try to get a seat and suddenly the wait time was 15-20 minutes. We waited 20 minutes then had 2 parties in front of us. At least 10 parties sat down. We checked again and 4 MORE parties were ahead of us. We were informed that people could check-in online and just show up and be seated. This is a terrible system and priority should be given to people who are there in front of you. We waited 35 minutes and after being informed even more parties were in front us, we opted to sit at the inside bar that cleared up. It's very unfortunate that this system overshadows the delicious food. The banana foster French toast was so rich and had plenty of sauce for every bite. The Al pastor egg dish needed more vegetables but it was good. OMG! Why did I not come here sooner! I was able to get in quickly (it pays to dine solo) and a great bar seat outside. I selected the Brussel Sprout and Bacon hash from the new fall menu. Chef's Kiss ‍. Thick chunks of potato, 2 eggs to order (don't know about you, but a runny yolk really pulled it together), arugula, bacon, goat cheese, and chili crisp. Service: When we arrived, we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, but it ended up being a 10-minute wait. Staff are so nice & cordial. Provided great recommendations. Complementary hot coffee right when you seat, which is nice touch. Their menu selection is excellent. We ordered the following: Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos - a must have! Lemon ricotta pancakes - another must have! Kids french toast with pork sausage Farmhouse Skillet Hash - loved it! Watermelon mint tea - I wasn't a fan of this drink. First time at the doral location, parking was easy. Parking directly in front gets full later into the morning but there is a garage. Staff was friendly. Food was good. I did outside seating and only problem was the ants. Ants were crawling on chair, I know that is something out of their control and it didn't bother me. Noticed Doral opened a new breakfast spot; I had tried this in Sarasota so was excited about. It was so packed that didn't even bother; so decided to take home. I ordered a Multigrain Pancake Plain loved it! The maple they sent not so much but I used my own Niagara Falls Brown Ale Maple so good! Also ordered a Power Wrap and I'm substitution of the Pico de Gallo I switched to Seasoned Potatoes. Wrap was okay nothing out of this world though it looked completely different from their menu picture. I guess if you take it to go in comparison of dining in you don't get the same. Bummer. I have not had First Watch in a couple of years - so it has been a while and then I found out there's a new location in Doral and happened to be near by and check it out. The quality of the food, service, refreshments, juices, coffee, everything is served fresh and right on time! This establishment is ran efficiently and most of the time it's a packed house from my previous experience at First Watch locations and this was no different. A pro-tip is to check in online via wait list so you can get a head start waiting in the long lines for your table. This does not guarantee a seat as it says on the fine print but it helps and saves you a ton of time while planning to make your drive to the restaurant. And absolutely love all their egg exclusive dishes from the menu! Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been to a First Watch location yet! read more

First Watch is a breakfast restaurant, it has a farmhouse - farm to table like atmosphere. This is the first time I had been to the DORAL location . I got there pretty early around 9 am and there was no wait . They have indoor seating and they have covered outdoor seating with fans which is very nice . I was seated right away within minutes my server came . Christopher who attended to me and my friend was very nice and informative. I ordered the trifecta which came with eggs pancakes and a protein . However I received poatotes on the side I asked of a protein. This restaurant has a lot of options . Whether you are into oatmeal , pancakes , waffles , wraps they have it all. I will definitely come back too try more items on the menu. read more

It had the perfect blend of flavors. For my main course, I ordered the Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl, which had been highly recommended to me by two employees. To start I had the Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee which has become one of my favorites, made with Salted caramel and honey topped with a sweet cream cold foam and toffee crumbles. The combination of these flavors is great and sweet cream foam has a great consistency. As my main I had Biscuits and turkey Sausage Gravy with a side of seasoned potatoes, this dish usually comes with eggs any style, but I opted out on the eggs. The sausage gravy was great and had some spice. The potatoes are well-seasoned and crispy. However, their online checkin customers are prioritized, so there were several parties that got seated before us, and the queue ahead of us never got shorter. We ended up grabbing some bar seats because we had been waiting for 40 minutes and had 4 parties ahead of us. That being said, the food here is great. Flavors were well-balanced, and everything was as expected. Our server, Christy, was super sweet and attentive. Had it not been for the check in process, I would have been super happy to eat here.
