I had tried the chi pudding with multi grain toast and almond butter at the taste of kettering yrs ago. Loved it so that's what I usually get here. They are busy so check in online to lessen your wait. Service was great.

Second time at this particular First Watch- first time review at this location and the customer service never disappoints. I love the accessibility of pay as well where you can pay by phone allowing more time at the table and you don't feel rushed to get up and take care of the bill! Their vegetarian and non-dairy options were the highlight for me this time around.

Great place, clean, friendly and really good food. This is the second time back and will come again.

Lone Star Brisket Hash

Typical First Watch with a nice summer menu. We ordered the Lone Star Brisket Hash and the Trifecta. Although the hash was excellent there was maybe, and I'm being generous here, a table spoon on brisket under the eggs and potatoes. So not much value there. The Trifecta was good. Attentive service and decent value given the amount of brisket in the hash.

Impromptu breakfast at a place I haven't been in a long time. Love the farm to table decor. Service a little slow but she was apologetic and so nice. The market veg was so full of flavor!! I will definitely order again. Mushrooms peppers zucchini shallots are an explosion of flavor. Hubs had the cinnamon crunch pancake. He loved it. Eggs cooked good. Said the turkey sausage was "ok". I like that we got a pitcher of water so we wouldn't have to wait. Bill was $26 buck for all this delicious food!! We will definitely return. Great options for all eating styles! Yum!!

I am out of town and decided to order First Watch to go via Uber Eats. I received hardly half a bowl of lukewarm soup. I also did not receive napkins or spoon. The flavor of the soup was bitter.

Morning Meditation while Cliff has coffee
Rhonda M.

My neighbor, Cliff, and I stopped in for brunch. We were seated immediately & checked out the new Spring Menu while our friendly server got coffee for Cliff & a delicious Morning Meditation for me. Cliff decided on The Traditional Breakfast while I chose the Tacos Al Pastor Hash from the new Spring Menu. I ordered my eggs over medium & they were cooked perfectly. My meal had chunks of fresh pineapple throughout. The fresh pineapple was delicious but completely overwhelmed the dish. I could taste nothing else. The ambiance was what you would expect from First Watch. Our server took good care of us & received a generous tip.

Here's a thumbs down for First Watch :(. !!

Had the worst experience at this location. Waited on your wait list for over 20 minutes and when asking for an update the lady said our seats will be delayed for another 15 minutes. When we asked why the delay we were informed that if we did the app it would Move us up in the wait line. People beware of this practice because it was not told to us and we ended up going to your competition Waffle House and received outstanding service at a great price.

BLT Egg Benedict with greens

I love First Watch. A few things I appreciate about a restaurant with not much seating is you can join the waiting list online which is a huge help. The menu has something for everything, the staff is all very nice, the place was packed however we got our food within 10 minutes of being seated. The parking is a little crazy but that is the only bad thing I can say about this place.

Sunrise Granola Bowl Avocado Toast

Let's just say, I wish we had a First Watch in RI. Was on a girls trip and we went here twice during our 4 day stay. Everything was delicious and came out quick! The million dollar bacon (forgot to take a photo) was incredible. I've already been recreating the coconut chia seed pudding bowl since I've been back. Definitely worth a visit! They also have an online wait line option!

Coffee - just ok
Steve S.

We've eaten at First Watch restaurants in other cities but it's our first visit here. It's just as good as the others we've been to! I had the avocado toast and it's awesome! Toast with a avocado mix piled on top. Came with 2 eggs over easy - just right! Coffee was just ok but the cups are big! My SO had the lunch special, roast beef, havarti cheese with tomato soup. Delicious! Service was fast and friendly. I'm a fan of First Watch!

A favorite for brunch, we booked dinner for a Friday night. Phenomenal experience celebrating the holidays with a small group of family and friends. We already loved Table 33 for lunch or brunch, but had never experienced their dinner menu.... Now, it's our favorite Dayton-area restaurant for any meal, snack, or cocktail. (Do not sleep on their wine list though, fabulous assortment and available for retail purchase) Friday night dinner reservations and we were floored with the recent dining room updates - including new dining venues off a hallway, each with its own unique decor (including a unique chandelier in each) and a truly decadent and unexpectedly private environment. Seating for 4 and above in the varying spaces. After dinner, we booked the guaranteed add-on table reservation at the adjacent venue, 'The Dessert Room'. A well-appointed room with a European decor and upbeat music settles you in for a delightful list of desserts, from gelato and macarons to pies and cakes, and a nice coffee, port, wine, or cocktail menu. The service is amazing. The food and cocktails, phenomenally good. The venue? Truly gorgeous. The owner is reinventing another adjacent property next to 'The Dessert Room', currently a mix of a Mexican fare (bowls, burritos) and tequila. Previously a coffee shop, interested to see what it ends up being to tie these venues together.

A friend who knows that I like to find good little restaurants, many off them beaten path, told me about the restaurant at the General Denver Hotel in Wilmington, OH. We decided to take the short drive from Cincinnati to Wilmington to check it out. This is the kind of place I would consider a HIDDEN GEM. I love that the restaurant is located in an old hotel, in small town. We sat in the bar area ( I think there must be a larger room also). Our waitress was terrific. We weren't finished with our original diet Pepsis when she delivered new drinks. Now the food. It was delicious. We ordered Clam Chowder and we each had a Lamb Burger with home made Saratoga Chips. The Lamb Burgers were out of this world. This is a great little getaway so we will be back!

Unfortunately, the experience was not. The waitress was great on checking in with us and providing drinks, receiving our dinners took over an hour and out of 12 dinners, they were either over cooked, under cooked, or cold. On top of that they had someone else other than our waitress try to bring out the meals and had everyone's order mixed up. Beautiful facility however the service does not meet expectations.

We also go the chorizo a la vodka which was 9/10 We lastly got the cheeseburger which was 7/10, good ingredients but have had better tasting burgers. Everything tasted fresh and was locally sourced. There wasn't anything inherently wrong with our meal at Corner Kitchen but it was just mediocre…read more Perhaps part of the reason is that we went early to try out the Happy Hour they were promoting and we were the only people in the restaurant. The decor looked more drab and like a diner than I expected. I assumed it would be more like the other hip, upscale restaurants in the Oregon District. We started with cocktails, an espresso martini and an old fashioned, that were very good...my husband commented that it was one of the best old fashions he's had in a while. We then ordered 3 small plates from their Happy Hour menu to share. The shrimp and grits were tasty but only 2 shrimp, even for a small plate, seems skimpy. The charcuterie was some grilled bread, a very small amount of cheddar cheese and sliced salami, some jam, and "pickled vegetables" which were grated carrots and two slices of jalapeno in a condiment cup. The poutine was just odd. Instead of a beef gravy and cheese curds on top of fries, it was deconstructed: a bowl of gray mushroom gravy with a small pile of fries and fried cheese curds. Overall, it was a decent meal and the server was good, but I wouldn't choose it above any of the other restaurants in the area.
