The food was so good. Their bread and dipping oil was honestly better than other Italian restaurants in the area. It was flavorful and savory, not just plain vinaigrette. I wasn't even hungry when we got there, but boy oh boy was it good. They had vegetarian-friendly options and everything was delicious. The tiramisu and the chocolate cake with ice cream on top was so good we almost forgot to take a picture. The staff were so lovely and nice. We had a great time. I really wish I could remember her name. Her service was so seamless. Their takeout boxes are also environmentally-friendly. We don't have to worry about microplastics in our food. Service was good, very prompt Restaurant was designed with arches and columns like Rome, but was intentionally cracking and falling apart (I promise you were not in danger with their design) The bread was pretty respectable, and we enjoyed the olive oil provided. We got a salmon and chicken parm. Would try a different dish (rather than chicken parm) because it was over fried and not chicken wasn't well flattend. Mother's Day at Bravo! Italian Kitchen was extremely disappointing. I made reservations for 12:30 PM because my family attends church first and the restaurant is about 30 minutes away. The day before, I called and spoke with Haley to specifically confirm what time brunch ended since we had a similar issue last year when brunch ended before we arrived. She assured me brunch would be served until 3 PM. Perfect... or so I thought. We arrived for our reservation only to be told they were completely sold out of brunch food. On one of the busiest brunch holidays of the year, how does a restaurant run out of brunch entirely? Especially after confirming the timing the day before? To be fair, the server was very kind, apologetic, and understanding about the situation. Unfortunately, that didn't change the fact that we drove all that way specifically for brunch and ended up leaving hungry. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing another table being seated as we walked in -- and they were actively eating brunch outside while we were told there was none left. Two years in a row of brunch issues on Mother's Day is unacceptable. If you want breakfast/brunch, I'd recommend going very early or choosing somewhere more reliable like First Watch instead. read more

Bravo! Is a fantastic place and a great alternative to "the other Italian place" - you know the one. The menu is different enough to find new food options but some you may feel familiar with. Service is clearly meant to be more upscale. And do yourself a favor and sign up for their emails because they send a LOT of "gifts" which is just straight up money to use on your meal. I get a Togo order regularly, and the other day, my fettuccine came with horrible boxed-type noodles. When I called, the manager said they had substituted these for the regular noodles, which had run out. There was no mention or reduction in price for the low-quality noodle besides a reduced portion; however, they were so bad that I would not have wanted a normal portion. I wanted my money back because they passed off the worst boxed noodles as fresh pasta, which is ludicrous. The manager could not make this decision to give me a refund. He said he would get with someone and have them contact me. Of course, not a peep from anyone. So, I guess Olive Garden will be where I get my consistent to-go orders. I now understand the reason bankruptcy is happening. It isn't the staff as they are nice; someone at the helm makes poor decisions. read more

Prices have greatly increased; however, a discount card attracted our attention. We like the Dayton Mall property. Today seems too warm and humid for patio dining. We like the dinner menu options and the prepared meals; we like the ambience. Early evening is an attractive time for us. Usually the servers have been well- trained. Looking for Chicken Parma and salmon tonight. These dinner prices are high, and as we scan the restaurant, there may be only three other tables. Ashley our server is great, and knows the menu. There is an abundance of servers on duty clumped together in a myriad of personal conversations. Bravo's has a plethora of recipes, and the cooks follow them. My salmon is overdone, and I forego a send back. All in all a delightful dining experience. read more

We ordered food for three adults and two kids. The spaghetti pomodoro was supposed to have fresh tomatoes and fresh basil and fresh Parmesan. My daughter ordered kid's spaghetti. Instead of the pomodoro, I got an additional kids spaghetti. The manager claimed that they looked the same and that the tomatoes were shredded and the fresh Parmesan had "melted away." I asked for a refund and told them they could just charge me for two kids' meals, however he claimed he could not do that and only the GM could. Not only that, there was no parm on the Cesar salad and the bread was stale and hard. This is probably one of the worst food experiences we have ever had. Love great Italian and Bravo is definitely of my go to restaurants. I had a reservation but had no problem getting seated right away. Our server, John, was very nice and personable. He did a great job taking care of us all night. He even forgot to ring in our spinach artichoke dip but still brought it out at no charge. The food was very good. We had some cocktails that were excellent. I really loved the limoncello lemonade and the peach Bellini was excellent as well. The chicken Parmesan was yummy. Another fabulous meal at Bravos. Our server Ashley is just the best! We had been coming to Bravo's since the old location but took a long break after a significant staff change. Then we stumbled upon Ashley in the bar one night and now eat here weekly. Food is tasty and consistent. One of the managers , Demarcus, always takes time to offer a warm hello and more often than not he delivers our food. Service here is exceptional. I WANTED to love it. I used to love Bravo, but it has really gone downhill. The restaurant still looks beautiful but it was very empty. Perhaps 4 other parties inside (at 6:40 pm). There were many servers on duty but it still took a very King's time to be greeted once we were seated. I ordered Pasta Woozie. I love all of those ingredients so I knew I would like it. To be fair the noodles seemed very fresh and I loved them. The portions and the rest of the toppings were very sparse. Hardly any sauce, and only a tiny bit of spinach. It was really good. It just didn't seem like their typical portion. So, all in all, mine was good it just wasn't great. If the dish had been made to spec I'm sure it would have been amazing. My daughter's dish however is where things really fell flat. She ordered the Spaghetti Pomodoro. Her portion was quite large but it was NOTHING like the description and nothing like the picture. It was just spaghetti noodles, and a small amount of the tomato compote. The picture had halved cherry tomatoes, large pieces of basil and shavings of Parmesan. What she was given looked like something we could make at home by crushing a tomato and sprinkling a bit of basil slivers on it. The taste wasn't there. Lack of flavor. The only redeeming quality was our waiter. He was kind, helpful and just wonderful. Even though he was great and we tipped him well for that, the food really needs some work.
