My biggest critique of this location comes down to those three-tiered motorized robot servers. Personally, I'm really not a fan. I feel like they cheapen the dining experience rather than elevate it. I don't quite understand the point when a human server--often just whichever nearby staff member happens to be passing by, rather than your actual server--still has to take the food off the tray and place it on your table. It ends up feeling inconsistent and impersonal. I know AI and tech are here to stay and I embrace it where it fits, but we have to ask ourselves: does this actually enhance the customer experience? In my opinion, it doesn't, and those bots must have cost a pretty penny!It's truly a shame to have stellar, personal service from someone like Chase alongside good food, only for the overall experience to feel just "fair" because of a robot cart delivering dishes.
