First Watch is my favorite breakfast place because every location, including this one, is always consistently tasting delicious with fast, easy service. It was my family first time here and I'm not impressed with service. We asked for a seat outside and we were about to get up and leave because it took that long before they came to serve us. I've been here before at the location in Nashville and it was great, but this location has other flaws. They have seasonal menus they discontinued early and still have them posted. I loved the million dollar breakfast sandwich! The bacon makes it, so I'm glad it really covered a layer next to the patty. The English muffin is very light and fresh, and is perfectly toasted. The portion is perfect for me with the salad. The Florentine Eggs Benedict is a classic go-to, and my friend loved it! We enjoyed the donut holes if you have a sweet tooth, because they're fall-apart soft in the sauce. The service was wonderful! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is one of the BEST first watch locations I have ever been to, its beautiful on the inside and you can tell that management is extremely involved and running the ship the right way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have free Colombian coffee while you wait (which is delicious). Service was fast and great, the staff was upbeat and polite. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere inside, the restaurant was moderately busy yet quiet and pleasant. We ordered Salmon Benedict, Farmhouse Hash (bacon, potatoes, avocados, onions) with scrambled eggs, and Frittata Rustica, along with decaf coffee. Food was fantastic, from presentation, flavors, to how quickly everything came out. I appreciate that they bring you a carafe of coffee to your table, and they refill the carafe in a timely manner. Never heard of this place before today. My wife told me we were going to breakfast so I assumed IHOP or Denny's but she told me no we are going to first watch! Plenty of parking since in a strip mall, building looks nice and inside decor was fresh and new looking. Not to noisy, but we were also early and they were about half full. Plenty of staff, and everyone was hustling around and taking care of customers. Didn't take temps, didn't wear gloves but social distancing was in effect and everyone wore masks. No condiments on table as the wait staff brings whatever you ask for in small one time use containers which is great. I ordered eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and it was 8 out of 10 stars and the only reason I say 8 is that one of my yokes was solid so when I cut into it no yoke ran out... But all the flavor and appearance was there. See pic attached. My wife ordered the tri-Athlete and it was 8 out of 10, the only complaint my wife stated was they didn't put any butter on the toast so it was dry but her dish included jam so she sad it wasn't a big deal. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive and made sure we got whatever we needed. When the waitress brought us our coffee she left a pot on the table for refills and it was fresh and hot. We will go back again for sure, way better than IHOP or Denny's and I need to try the avocado toast. Saw the table to our right ordered it and instead of them mashing the acabado up it was cut up in chunks and it looked like they used 1 entire avocado! read more
