Was really excited to try this place. Food was ok. The potatoes were undercooked with my 'Chicki-Changa," but the entree was ok. I'm not sure what I ate that 'offended' me, but within an hour of my meal, I was sick. I had hollandaise on my entrée, which also had 'whipped eggs' folded into it. My husband also had hollandaise, but he was fine. I know this place is new, so I hate to put up a bad review as one of the first ones. Ive experienced much much better. The first time we went there we waited over an hour for food so they gave us a discount for that meal and a comped meal if we went back. The server was wonderful so we decided to go back. The second time the service was okay and the food was pretty good and we didn't have to wait over an hour so we were happy. We went a third and FINAL time and it was pretty much garbage all around. The biscuit and gravy was disgusting. The multigrain pancakes were so dry that they were literally falling apart. Neither meal was finished. Our server initially forgot his writing pad when he came to get our order, and then after getting our order he didn't come back to the table again until we asked for the bill. Someone else brought us our food, but only after asking two other tables if it was their food. My husband and I really enjoy eating at this location, but today was an exception. Granted, we did come at 2pm, which is close to the end of the day. But I would think that with 30 mins until closing, there is still enough time to order our food. Well, we sat at the table for 10 mins and no one came to our table! Absolutely loved this place!! The coffee was good and there were a lot of food choices, the food was delicious and our waitress was so nice and attentive. I had turkey gravy and biscuit and he had the breakfast tacos and then we shared the banana pancake which was huge, all of it tasted really good. I was down from New York visiting my boyfriend at Fort Benning for family weekend, and this was the best place we ate at, we love cafe like this back home. We'll be back again in a couple of weeks after graduation! Btw our entire check was paid for by a man at another table, we both just about cried, it was so sweet and wish we could have thanked him. Took the family here again to eat breakfast. We were not disappointed. Tried the chickenchanga and it was very good with a side of home fries that were flavored and cooked just right. We arrived at 9 am on a Sunday morning in a totally crammed waiting room and took exactly 1 hour to be seated and ordered as soon as the waitress addressed us. We were there for over an hour and a half with no food. Silverware and cups were dirty and even the waitress was shocked at the dirty glasses. She replaced the glasses and we cleaned the silverware ourselves. We ran out of coffee just waiting for the food to come out. Update: The food was good, but nothing to wait almost two hours for. The server did not return to the table after we got our food. Would be good if you had all day to wait, or arrived an hour earlier than planned. Personally, we will not be returning. read more

We arrived on Sunday morning in peak breakfast hours. We were pleased to find that the restaurant had at least 10 open tables, hoping we'd be able to be seated quickly. The unfriendly hostess unfortunately shared with us that the wait would be 15 minutes. Puzzled, we sought the complimentary coffee bar, which we disappointingly discovered was filthy and offered no cream. The lobby soon was uncomfortably filled as anxious guests were told to wait while more and more tables were sitting open in the restaurant. We were finally seated and our waiter couldn't have been kinder or more attentive. My sister and I both had the Chorizo Omelette. She enjoyed it, I thought the "home made" pico de gallo and the eggs were extremely generic, but it wasn't bad. Finally got here when it wasn't packed (Monday at 10). Early breakfast and Lunch times usually have a wait time and I highly recommend you should check in online to reserve a spot before getting here. We got seated quickly and server was super sweet and attentive. They have a great kids menu - half waffle, chocolate chip pancake, french toast, etc. (They even give you a warm syrup bottle). I usually gravitate to the seasonal menu but chose a healthier option from the regular menu. I got the Fritata Rústica omelet and it was amazing. A representative from their corporate office was in touch with me soon after and she convinced us to try it again. Today we did and everything was fantastic. I had Huevas Rancheros Tostados, which I think is not an everyday item, and it was one of the best breakfasts I have had. My wife had a Frittata Rustica and it was also very good. I have been a long time patron of First Watch. Given the company's self promoting ethical guidelines, I was happy to see they were enforcing masks --- until they weren't. A sign on your door is not enforcement. While waiting for our table a large group more than 10 were allowed to enter the restaurant with no mask in sight. We promptly left. The host made zero attempt to inquire or enforce the masks. This is about public health. I expected more from you First Watch. Funny thing is, other restaurants are having no problem enforcing this. We will never return to First Watch unless this is fixed. If it is not fixed before pandemic ends we still will not return. Do your part. read more

Fantastic place to grab brunch with friends, lunch with in-laws, or just because. The food is pretty good and filling and the juices are my favorite. I don't normally drink juice but the juice here is really good and flavorful. The only down side to this place is sometimes it takes super LONG for your food to come out.
