Million Dollar Bacon? What in God's green earth has the city of Aurora been up to now? A breakfast restaurant that mainly serves brunch from 07:00am sharp to 02:30pm in the afternoon. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas! You can get in line, or start an order on their very easy-to-navigate website. First Watch has a new app for App Store and Google Play that helps skip the waiting times, order ahead for takeout online and browsing the menu! I think that in itself is very helpful, so I decided to give the Centennial location an opportunity for my business. I learned that First Watch is 20 minutes North from me in Arvada, so I will be more than happy to stop by there as well! Voted "Second 100 Restaurant Brand," by the Nation's Restaurant News, i was already sold on the over the top performance by First Watch. The title itself doesn't draw me in, sounds mostly serious and a little intimidating. We were sat down at 08:00am and were handed these laminated menus. Apparently the restaurant is so hard to get into and hardly no walk ups. That's how good it is. You'd have to join a waitlist because it's offering all three options of Dine-In, Curbside Pickup and "No Contact" delivery. The Seasonal Items already made in contact with my eyes, because I couldn't keep my hands off the Million Dollar Bacon. The bacon itself looks amusingly "transparent," and see through. The "invisible" looking strips with some sort of hardwood glaze, is only 530 calories and Keto friendly. You get 4 slices of the syrup drizzled strips and their secret is brown sugar. Just super sweet and Smokey! The Healthier Side included an A.M SuperFood's Bowl with Chia Seeds, Coconut Milk, Pudding and all the basic ingredients for the morning bowl. I in no way was feeling up for it, because I make that everyday at home anyways. I opted for the Egg-Sclusives Farmhouse Hash, because the proportion was generous and stylish. Seriously, look at all the options for Egg-Sclusives. Most items look like it'll leave you full and not ordering more. My Farmhouse Hash had 34 Grams of Protein because of the two eggs, bacon, a good fat such as avocado. I enjoyed the two sunny side eggs on top, sprinkled with green onions and tomatoes. They include a side of fresh fruit and with a strong coffee, you can't go wrong with that. You can select two subtitutes for the eggs: Whites and lightly dressed mixed greens. Overall, the Breakfast & Brunch Establishment is hard to get to, as any brunch location, but I'd say, make a reservation and join the waiting list. Takeout is also another wonderful option and really try to savor the full menu First Watch has! I can totally understand why it's called First Watch in the first place. You're literally watching the stupid waiting list. It's that good. read more

It gets crowded with ridiculous wait times at peak hours, but the food is always great. Average prices. Friendly staff.

I really love this place, the food is amazing! We go there every other weekend, but last time we had a bad experience. Our server misheard our order and ended up bringing us a dish that we did not want. She apologized but seemed upset when we ask her to please take the food back and bring out what we had originally asked for. What really bother me was that she charged us for a sandwich that we didn't eat because it wasn't what we asked for! A sandwich that we didn't even touch because we gave it back as soon as she brought it out and we saw it was wrong. read more

Service was great. To go order was accurate. Ready in a timely fashion and was yummy! I'd be back

This came up as a place to visit and it was good. Just not great. The menu was fairly straight forward with a leaning toward health conscious add in items if you want. Serving size was good - you don't get a gut buster with every entree, so yeah that's cool. The most notable items were their apps - the bacon item (sorry don't remember the name) a standout. Otherwise, good to visit. read more

Another great meal at this First Watch. The BLT Eggs Benedict with potatoes was delicious. The service provided by Zo was outstanding, such a pleasant young man! I would suggest some acoustic panels to absorb some of the noise, it can get very noisy and hard to hear. I'll be back just the same. read more

Love the location , the food choices are amazing the food and atmosphere was great ,the staff were friendly and polite and professional.

I have never had a bad meal there. I had the Works Omelette. The eggs were soft and creamy, full of meats and vegetables.

Great menu and staff. We love the changing seasonal menus and variations on traditional favorites to change things up. Several locations in the Denver metro area so you can always find one nearby. The seating system is a bit wonky and can be off putting with many parties waiting and open tables but once seated... worth the short wait. read more

Sorry, but you can't go wrong at First Watch for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Everything is cooked fresh, farm to table, with seasonal specials and amazing presentation. Service is always friendly and accommodating, from coffee, hot sauce, to the check. :) read more

Oh first watch. I feel like I shouldn't love a chain restaurant as much as I love this place. Their avocado toast is my favorite and as delicious as all their other meals look I can never say no to my favorite basic millennial meal. Their coffee is great, fresh squeezed juices are delicious and of course their grown up drinks are awesome!! read more

Food was great and the environment and service were equally good! I loved their skillet.

Breakfast was delish!! Atmosphere was ok, a little loud for my taste. Wait staff was amazing. read more

My friends and I ordered: Smoked salmon frittata, bacado, elevated breakfast sandwich, ham and cheese sandwich, and a blueberry muffin. We all cleaned our plates and enjoyed our meals. I liked the kale tonic and my friends enjoyed mimosas. The only two complaints I have are: 1. We sat outside and told the bus boy that we wanted to move to a specific table in the sun after he got it cleaned. He went on to clean two other tables and then went inside (presumably to clean tables inside). He didn't get to the table we wanted to sit at until after we had finished our meals. 2. The front area is way too crowded and congested. They had people picking up orders there, waiting to pay, and waiting to be seated. I think they could find a better way of doing things to prevent that congestion (especially during COVID). That being said, it won't prevent me from coming back. There are so many more dishes I want to try. There was a water bowl on the patio, so I think they may allow dogs outside. read more

Oh my God, I had the Power Wrap and I couldn't be more happier with my choice. While visiting a friend in Denver, we decided to grab a quick breakfast on the way to the mountains. It was pure deliciousness, I have to tell you. Never had a better Turkey egg wrap ... definitely recommend this place read more

Where is food? I've had there. I've always had good breakfast meals there. Today was terrible came out burnt the afternoon. Cooks could not cook the breakfast. Very disappointed. I don't even think I'm gonna come here again. I always order the chickie. Changa and I barely recognized it this morning. Really disappointed. read more

Been wanting to try First Watch ever since they planted their new location in Aurora, and I am so thrilled that there is finally a nice, cozy, modern breakfast/lunch spot! My friend and I went on a weekday morning when it was nice and quiet, there was no wait, and we were seated immediately. The inside is so airy and open, rustic/farmhouse decor, and very clean. The menu has a lot of great options for breakfast and lunch, and they were offering seasonal Fall specials! I ordered the multigrain plain pancakes which were wonderful! They were MASSIVE, perfect for sharing, and the pancakes were perfectly cooked, nice cake-y texture, and very filling. My friend got the steel cut oatmeal and fruit. Beautiful presentation, great flavors, and fresh food! The only reason I am giving 4-stars instead of 5 is because the hostess was not very friendly upon our arrival and exit (our server was very lovely though!) and I wish they had specialty coffee offerings (lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, etc). For a nice breakfast spot with so many food offerings and a bar menu, I was surprised that they only offered brewed coffee. Other than that, it is a lovely daytime spot with a great menu, nice dining room and patio, and I will definitely be back! Would highly recommend! read more

So good!! The farmers skillet is incredible . Finally a delicious and clean breakfast place in the suburbs

A true gem right around the corner from the University! Our first trip was to wait for my son while he was at a meeting, and we decided on having breakfast. The staff, Hanna & another lovely young lady were warm, personable and proficient. Their breakfast sandwiches are todiefor! Just delicious! And the atmosphere Is warm, inviting and lovely, with changeable paintings and drawings filling the walls! *We loved the experience and staff so much, we returned Saturday morning for a repeat breakfast. Food just as enjoying and delicious and two gentlemen, one being the owner according to my son, we're doing the staffing honors. Just as personable and accommodating! A true go-to whether attached to DU or just passing through, as you'll always feel welcomed! read more

First Watch - Hanna & her lovely co-worker! La Belle Rosette. - American Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

The food was good , the waiter was nice and great , the reason I'm giving them a 2 star is because the hostess said there a wait that's fine and all but they said they don't take reservations but they kinda do because you can call ahead an make you wait longer even when they do show up so you just have to wait patiently , then I watch about 15 parties get seated before us I'll probably never go there again and waste my money read more

Portion sizes are small. Food isn't very good and the service is bad. Decent waffle and that's about it.

Always great food. Service was slow but the staff is great! My preferred place to go for brunch!

I heard about first watch on Instagram so I decided to go there last weekend and do pick up. I am telling you this menu has so many unique and tasty options, I already know I need to go back 4 more times! I tried out the purple haze drink which was a tasty spin on lemonade, and I also ordered the ham and Gruyère omelet. Everything was soooooo good! What I really like about this place is they have so many healthy breakfast options so I'm really excited to go back! read more

This particular location service level is absolutely horrible. After waiting there for Close to an hour, we finally sat down and ordered immediately. After another half hour our server realized that she forgot to put in our order. Although our server apologized and gave us a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the damage is already done, and walked away without ever being served our food. I don't believe there's any real excuse for The quality of service that was given. Other than poor quality employees, or lack of quality management. read more

First let me start off by saying that place be BUSY!!!! so the earliest the better. Now I know I'm late writing this review because I have continued to go there for breakfast multiple times..so bare with me. My favorite meal is the trifecta if you love delicious crispy on the outside soft in the Middle French toast than honey this is the place. Now they have other great choice but I love French toast so I get the same thing every time, but wait there is more please please.....if you go try there KALE TONIC juice it is to die for... typically my bill comes out to $23 but it's always worth it. read more

Food was fantasic had the Trifecta, Belgium waffle, eggs, suasage, and potatoes. My wife had the same except for the pancakes instead of the waffle. Waitress was pleasant. What a breath of fresh air! It is a lovely place and has some great food, the coffee is delicious and has a great background of where it is sourced. I had the avocado toast with basted eggs and my husband had the skillet and they were both delicious, the ingredients are so fresh and great quality and the portions are just right. The feel of the place is quaint and very clean, they have fresh juice made on site. Do yourself a favor and go! I wanted to say, I never post bad reviews about places I visit, I find that there is an abundance of that and not enough of the good reviews, we go out a lot and again only review the best!! read more

This is our first visit to this restaurant. Walked in right at 7 am as they were opening the door. Food was very tasty, not very hot i think the plates were cold when they put our eggs on them.
