They charged $35.00 for 7 pounds of Wash and Fold Laundry. A complete rip-off! Don't go there!

Lady tried to overcharge me by quoting a price higher than what is posted on the wall. Watch out. The owners are liars.

Do a nice job with dry cleaning but really expensive. $4/shirt wash and fold and 7 for dry cleaning.

The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was the price for wash and fold.

Not sure if they're in the process of renovating but even when I came here few months back, it still looked the same so I don't think they're in a renovating process or it would have been done by now. Quarters use to give 7 minutes and now they give 5 minutes. You'll get your basic laundry needs done here if you're just coming to wash and dry clothes. I personally haven't used their services but seems like they're great base on other reviews. There's some cute decors around the place now but the place is absolutely filthy which is ironic when it's a place you come to get your clothes cleaned. Machines are dusty, found pet hair or some kind of fur in some machines, floors are dirty, and it looks like someone was sleeping here and left their blanket here. A worker came in and didn't even bother getting rid of it. There's wooden boards around the place too and benches are dirty which sucks if you want to just stay, relax, and wait for your laundry. Some pros: they have a vending machine for snacks and laundry needs and they have a scan and pay on some of their machines.

They are responsive and have great communication throughout the process. It's definitely not cheap, even when you save by signing up for the membership. They still lose your socks, and aren't transparent about cost. I wanted to re-route items for wash/fold to hand wash; they helped re-route the items but didn't tell me how much it would cost me until they accepted them and washed them, so I paid over $100 (in addition to what I was paying for the wash/fold items, also over $100) for 25 times to me washed and hung to dry. Not worth it. I scheduled a pick-up, completely unaware that my subscription was still paused, so I was charged full price as if I didn't have a subscription. It was PAUSED, not cancelled. So why no pop-up message on the app asking if I want to un-pause? Why doesn't the membership automatically un-pause when someone with a paused membership schedules a pick-up? Why is there no confirmation page before the pick-up is scheduled to confirm with customers what their estimated cost would be for what they're about to schedule? These all seem like common sense solutions to this issue, none are in use. For someone who just has a slumlord property manager and laundry machines that are constantly going out of service, it's incredibly frustrating to have to pay this much - $100s of dollars and my sanity - to do laundry. I cancelled my membership and will give Rinse some time to see if they catch up with reality and the state of the economy - because if I'm paying over $100 a month for laundry service, I'd think I'd at least get all my socks back!
