I have to give this business a very low rating.
First off, it does not look professional or welcoming at all, that's probably why there is no picture shown here. It is very old and runned down set of 2 houses on a lot next to waianae store. With a company who has 3 locations, my assumption is that the owner probably has lots of money to upgrade the place, so I asked the workers why no one fixes the place. To my surprise, they said "the owner is a squeezer" which means he doesn't want to spend money. Not only does this business owner not care to fix this clinic for patients, or staff or their company reputation, but then the staff are that fed up to comfortably say something so unprofessional to me (a patient).
When you walk in the house, there is not much space, when you are signing in, there is seats so close that it puts another patients face up to your rear which made me uncomfortable. The receptionist seemed very disinterested in me and the other patients, but very focused and busy on her work.
Now this is what really got me. My therapist, the head PT who's a doctor to top it off, Conrad Cadaoas was the most repulsive and unprofessional I've ever met. He seemed to be coming off or he was on some type of upper type of drug. He was all over the place. He was yelling at the receptionist and even called her stupid in front of myself and another couple. He was flirting with staff members and patients and no one seemed to mind.
Specifically him and a patient named tiffany a young girl who used to come to therapy in little skirts and heels used to flirt and he even groped her and she loved it. Again, no one seemed to mind. At that point, I asked my MD to transfer my care elsewhere. This was absurd. After talking to staff about this PT, they revealed that Conrad has had relationships with former patients, sexually, socially, in the clinic partying and doing cocaine and even taking them traveling.
I'm shocked that this business is still running, and its just a lawsuit waiting to happen with a perverted drug addicted head therapist running the show. read more
